Dawah around the World: A Promise and an Obligation

Assalamu Alaykum WRWB

Welcome to today’s episode of Dawah around the World – A promise and an obligation.

Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Sudan have launched a very important campaign entitled; Real Change is a Promise and an Obligation.

Sudan is led by a regime who have constantly let down their people allowing them to suffer in almost every possible way. From political chaos, to economic instability, to widespread corruption, to the absence of rights and justice, the Ummah have endured a lot of pain.

This all results from the fact that the chosen system they govern by is based on a contrary basis to the creed of the Ummah, and is based on the separation of the Deen from life. They rule by the doctrine of greedy capitalism, which plunders the wealth of the vulnerable nations, and imposes its ideas and solutions upon them, worsening the crisis.

The rulers of Sudan have failed to solve people’s problems, because they have combined the elements of failure. It can be seen and summed up as follows:

One. They have made the corrupt reality the source of the solutions, rather than solving from the Ideology of the great Islam.

Two. Time and time again they’ve seen their solutions fail, yet they refuse to learn or choose to ignore this and continue to make the same choices in solving the problems.

Three. They have made very clear their commitment to implement IMF recommendations, even though they all go against the well-being of the Ummah. For example reducing spending on education, health and all aspects of care, as well as floating the price of the currency.

Four. They have bowed to the West and allowed for them to dictate their control over the state policies, which is all contradictory to Islam and based purely on the culture of the West.

Five. The leaders of the state’s worry over the agenda of the West to gain its pleasure, instead of solving the people’s problems. This is why their efforts are everything EXCEPT the security and protection of their citizens.

In other words, the greatest wish of these politicians is to achieve the satisfaction of America and the West! Instead of pleasing Allah (swt) by looking after the affairs of the citizens! For which they will be heavily accounted!

Until the disease of Capitalism is rejected and the method revealed by Allah SWT is taken on to bring his Laws into implementation, the reality will not change! It is for this reason, the Hizb launches this campaign to really show how real change is achieved. And what the Shariah method is, and the means and styles that must be followed to get to this objective.

This is by showing the Islamic rulings of politics, economy, social rules and others.

There will be seminars, lectures, conferences, and circles in mosques and universities, to introduce the real change, and to make the people carry the responsibility of this divine obligation.

Pickets and marches, distributing leaflets, raising banners that contain Islamic thoughts and displaying posters in prominent places, in addition to other activities will all be carried out to get the message out, far and wide with the support of Allah SWT Insha’Allah.

Above all, the real change is a promise from Allah SWT for his worshipping believers who implement Islam – all its rules and systems, that he will grant them the empowerment and ruling of the land. Allah (swt) says in Surah An-Nur verse 55 – Bismillah Hir Rahman Nir Raheem:

وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِي الأرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا يَعْبُدُونَنِي لا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئًا
وَمَنْ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ

Above all, the real change is a promise from Allah SWT for his worshipping believers who implement Islam – all its rules and systems, that he will grant them the empowerment and ruling of the land. Allah (swt) says in Surah An-Nur verse 55 – Bismillah Hir Rahman Nir Raheem:

“Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that – then those are the defiantly disobedient”
May Allah SWT hasten this success and May we all be a part of witnessing the blessed return the Khailafah. Ameen.
