The Muslims of Central Asia want change.
But what needs to be changed!?

News:

On July 4, the Fergana News Agency, citing the General Prosecutor's Office and the State Security Service, reported: “On July 1-2, mass protests took place against the introduction of amendments to the Constitution that would deprive the republic of its legal status. According to investigators, on July 1 at 14:50, blogger and editor of the newspaper “In the Service of the People” Dauletmurat Tazhimuratov sent a video appeal through the Makan.uz Telegram channel calling for a rally in front of the parliament building for the freedom of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

At 15:30, Tazhimuratov was taken to the Nukus police department for calling on citizens to organize an illegal rally through social networks. Having learned about the detention of the blogger, a group of his supporters went to the city department of internal affairs demanding the release of Tazhimuratov. On the way to the central farmers' market, they staged riots. Tazhimuratov was released, but the riots did not stop, now they took place with the participation of the blogger”.

Comment:

2022 has been a turbulent year for the Muslims of Central Asia. The popular unrest took place in Kazakhstan, in Tajikistan, and in Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan. Every time the people oppose the tyranny of power and wish to change their disastrous existence, the rulers unanimously accuse “outside forces” of organizing unrest in the country, declare a state of emergency and shoot their citizens.

In early January, people in Kazakhstan, dissatisfied with the policy of the authorities, went to mass demonstrations. President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev urged citizens not to give in to the calls of "destructive persons". “We had to deal with armed, trained bandits, both local and foreign. It was with bandits and terrorists,” Tokayev stressed. Almaty alone, according to the president, was attacked by 20,000 radicals. KZh Tokayev added that the so-called free media and foreign figures have played an inciting role in the country. The demonstrations were brutally suppressed by the army and police.

In mid-May, the Muslims of the mountainous region of Tajikistan did not have time to protest against the tyrannical rule of the authorities, as they were surrounded and started to be shot. After the authorities successfully reported on the defeat of terrorist gangs. The statement of the authorities reads: “Organized criminal groups of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, under the leadership and financing of international extremist and terrorist organizations, in order to violate state security, undermine the foundations of the constitutional order, hinder the activities of law enforcement agencies, intimidate the population, attacked a convoy of vehicles of a special anti-terrorist divisions of the Republic of Tajikistan”. Demonstrations were also brutally suppressed by the army and police.

At the beginning of July, news outlets carried news of mass protests in Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan. The last straw in the cup of patience of the people, the tyrannical rule of power, was the new amendments to the constitution, which relate to the status of the republic. The question concerned the part that says that in the current constitution of the country, the people can gain sovereignty and secede from Uzbekistan by voting, and in the new amendment, they want to remove this possibility.

No sooner had the people taken to the streets than the authorities abandoned the troops to shoot and disperse the discontented people. President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev said: “Of course, these events were not organized in a day or 10 days. These actions have been prepared for years by malevolent outside forces.” These demonstrations were also brutally suppressed by the army and police.

As we can see, in all cases of people's dissatisfaction with the tyrannical rule of the authorities, such a pattern can be traced - the authorities blame the external imaginary enemy, do not recognize and do not say that the people are tired of the crimes, persecution and impunity of those in power. The people want the resignation of power and that life change for the better.

The people make sacrifices, even at the cost of their lives, but nothing changes. The criminal power remains, the vicious reality does not change, and life becomes even more difficult.

Yes, the people are tired of the crimes of tyrants and want changes. But it is not enough to want change. First, you need to decide on the basis on which the changes will be made!? If the changes are based on the Constitution invented by a man, how is this the case today and as the President of Uzbekistan Sh. Mirziyoyev says: "The people are the only source and author of the Constitution." That is, a person is a legislator, then this is a democratic - secular basis. On this basis, according to the principle of separating religion from life, a person is a legislator - almost all countries of the world live.

This basis is the separation of religion from life, where the Creator of all things Allah was deleted from life, and a person himself invents laws for himself. This basis has become the main problem of mankind. A man, proceeding from his desires, cancels old laws and issues new laws.

The example of the referendum on amendments to the constitution of Uzbekistan shows that more than 200 changes are expected to be made to 64 articles of the Basic Law, as well as the inclusion of new articles. A person, with his limited mind, is trying to create a system for life for himself, dooming himself to constant suffering and upheaval, and every time it gets worse and worse. And this is used by tyrants and their patron, changing and adjusting the laws for themselves.

O peoples of Central Asia! We are Muslims and our foundation is based on the Islam. Allah created man, and only Allah is our Legislator, Allah Almighty said in His Noble Book:

(إِنِ الْحُكْمُ إِلاَّ لِلّهِ) “It is only Allah Who decides” [12:40]

“And judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their desires. And beware, so they do not lure you away from some of what Allah has revealed to you” [5:49].

And many other verses of the noble Quran pointing out that Allah is the Legislator, and only the Quran and the Sunnah are the source of the constitution.

Muslims! Almighty Allah has already sent down for us His mercy - Islam! Islam is a system for the life of society and the state. Islam is the basis on which we must make changes. Only then will we find success and prosperity.

Hizb ut Tahrir, on the basis of the Quran and the Sunnah, prepared a draft Constitution and a program for the Islamic State of the Khilafah (Caliphate). Hurry up to join Hizb ut Tahrir on the work of reviving the Islamic way of life in the second righteous state of the Khilafah by the method of the Prophethood. And may Allah help us!
