Shariah Law Must Be the Basis of Every Political Decision Otherwise Failure in Dunya Is Certain

Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif on 16th September 2026 said that the situation has already reached to implement the Makkah Defence Alliance amid the rising Houthis attacks on Saudi Arabia. He vowed that both Pakistan and Türkiye would stand with Saudi Arabia practically and diplomatically in case of any aggression.

Comment:

After the claim of the regime of Muhammad Bin Salman (MBS) that it had shot down a Houthi drone on 15 September 2026 in the south of Makkah, the regime in Pakistan and its mouth pieces stormed the national media and social media with the rhetoric of defending Makkah and Al-Madinah. They asserted that they would fight Houthi militia if they tried to violate the territorial sanctity of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In the aftermath of the genocide in Gaza, the Ummah condemned the role of every Muslim state whether near or far from Gaza. None of them dared to attack the Jewish entity in support of the Muslims of Gaza. However, the Houthi militia at least fired missiles towards the Jewish entity. Then, the Ummah felt that at least there is one militia which has not calculated its interest based on nationalistic boundaries or regional interests. However, unfortunately in the current Saudi-Yemeni conflict, it has appeared that the Houthis are not different in their nationalistic thinking, compared to any other ruling faction in the Muslim World.

During this conflict, Muhammad Bin Salman asked the US to help in hi fight against the Houthis, which the US has declined apparently. This request for American help from Muhammad Bin Salman was not a surprise for the Ummah as the rulers of the Muslim World always look towards their masters sitting in Washington, London or Paris. However, the Ummah was surprised when the Houthis guaranteed the US that the ships of the U.S. can pass through Bab Al-Mandab Strait in the Red Sea and that they are committed to the 2025 ceasefire with the US.

The U.S. is the worst enemy of Islam and its Ummah and the protector of the Jewish entity which is slaughtering our brothers, sisters and children in Palestine. No Muslim state or militia or political party should have any relation with the U.S for it is an actively belligerent state. It is sad that even Islamic groups do not adopt a stance of war with those who are the clear enemies of Islam and the Ummah. This is because that they have not made the Islamic Aqeedah the only basis of their thoughts and actions. Afghan Taliban have made India their ally despite the fact that the Hindu State has occupied Kashmir, is killing Muslims all over India and demolishing Masajid. Pakistan has made alliances with China, US and Europe, although China has suppressed every sign of Islam in the occupied East Turkistan (Xinjiang), whilst Europe and the U.S. support the Jewish entity, which has occupied the Blessed Land of Palestine and Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, the third of the three Sacred Masajid.

The thinking that we can decide over our political affairs on other than the Islamic Aqeedah has turned the Muslim World into battle ground, where different Muslim states are fighting each other, whilst allying with the disbelieving enemies of Islam and Muslims, whether the US, China, Britain, France or Russia.

Our salvation is in following the Islamic Aqeedah which demands us that we must consider ourselves only as Muslims. We must not make disbelievers as allies. We must brush aside nationalism or tribalism or sectarianism, erase nationalistic boundaries and integrate under the command of a single Khaleefah (Caliphate). Only then our lands will be cleansed from the mischief and corruption of the Western conspiracies, and the infighting amongst the Muslims. Allah (swt) said,

[لَّا يَتَّخِذِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِن دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَمَن يَفْعَلْ ذلِكَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَ اللَّهِ فِي شَيْءٍ] “Let not the believers take the disbelievers as allies instead of the believers; and whoever does that has nothing to do with Allah.” [TMQ Surah Aali Imran: 28].
