Cut the American Noose of Negotiations and Alliances

On September 29, 2026, the spokesman of the U.S. State Department stated, “In support of Operation Economic Outcast, today the United States is sanctioning eight entities and five individuals in relation to Iran’s procurement and proliferation of weapons and weapons components.”

Comment:

With oceans separating it from the Muslim World, the American cowboys have always had only limited tools to control the Islamic Ummah. They have the gun, represented by their armed forces to launch ground offensives. They have the knife, represented by sanctions to weaken their enemies and compel them to submission. They have had the lasso, in the form of negotiations and alliances, to trap their enemies when both their gun and their knife fail.

In the case of the Muslim World, the American gun has failed. It failed against a weak, small state, Afghanistan, despite decades of war. It failed against Iraq, despite it being weakened by the socialist, nationalistic Ba'ath Party and deep divisions over agency to colonialists. It failed against Iran, within months, due to the resilience of the Muslims that prevented any semblance of a serious ground offensive from even forming.

The American knife of sanctions has also failed. It failed in Afghanistan, as Muslims remain firm in their commitment to the Deen. It failed in Syria, when it punished the people for resisting America’s agent, Bashar Al-Assad, yet the Muslims did not stop until they deposed him. It has failed in Iran, as Muslims have decided to tie stones to their stomachs, rather than bend to the will of disbelievers (kuffar).

All that remains is for the Muslims to cut the last hold of the American cowboys over them, the lasso of negotiations and alliances. Iran and all Muslim states must cut this lasso, so that the US capitalist elite must content itself with the spoils of its own ranch, the Americas, whether in Canada, Cuba or Venezuela, until the people there revolt too, having been inspired by the Muslims. Demand the end of negotiations and alliance with the U.S., O Muslims and establish the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly-guided Caliphate)!

Islam forbids alliance with the disbelievers. Allah said,

[الَّذِينَ يَتَّخِذُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِنْ دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَيَبْتَغُونَ عِنْدَهُمُ الْعِزَّةَ فَإِنَّ الْعِزَّةَ لِلَّهِ جَمِيعاً]

“Those who choose disbelievers as allies instead of the believers. Do they seek honour and power through that company? Surely all honour and power belongs to Allah” [An-Nisa: 139].

Islam forbids alliance in war with the disbelievers. Ahmad and Al-Nasa'i narrated from Anas that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «لَا تَسْتَضِيئُوا بِنَارِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ» “Do not seek light from the fire of the mushrikeen”—meaning, do not use the fire of the mushrikeen as a source of light for yourselves; “fire (نار fire)” here is a metaphor (كناية kinayah) for war.

Islam forbids the assistance of disbelievers as an organized military formation. It is reported in a Hadith from Al-Dahhak (ra),

«أن رسول الله ﷺ خرج يوم أُحد فإذا كتيبة حسناء أو قال خشناء فقال مَنْ هَؤُلَاءِ؟ قالوا يهود كذا وكذا. فقال لَا نَسْتَعِينُ بِالْكُفَّارِ»

“that the Messenger of Allah (saw) went out on the day of Uhud and encountered a tidily presented—or perhaps a formidable—battalion. He asked, “Who are these?” They replied, “They are Jews of such-and-such tribe.” He said, "We do not seek the assistance of disbelievers.””
