The Doha Summit to Respond to Jewish Aggression Is A Summit of Agents and Failures

On September 15, 2025, the so-called emergency Arab-Islamic summit was held in the Qatari capital, Doha. The summit was called by the Amir of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, to discuss the treacherous aggression by the Jewish entity that targeted leaders of the Hamas movement in the heart of the Qatari capital. The attack resulted in the deaths of five Palestinians, including the son of the movement’s leader in the Gaza Strip, Khalil al-Hayya, the head of his office there, and a member of the Qatari security forces. This blatant attack was widely condemned by Muslims, both Arabs and non-Arabs.

This summit brought together a large number of heads of state and government members of the League of Arab States, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and the Gulf Cooperation Council.

The summit’s final declaration included a wide array of rhetorical, devoid of action, condemnations of this treacherous, aggressive attack. The declaration highlighted a large area of ​​false solidarity with Qatar, and called on the failing international community to take urgent action, by issuing a torrent of illusory condemnations!

These are the outcomes of this peak of immorality: worthless condemnations, meaningless solidarity, and demands from the arrogant enemies of the Ummah and the enemies of Deen, who sponsored and financed the aggression to do justice to the oppressed!

Such a miserable summit is not worth talking about, except to expose it, disgrace it, and wash our hands of it, because it cannot be influential, nor can any actions emerge from it, and nothing comes out of it except verbal chatter and media hype. This is because we have known dozens of summits like it before, and even for eighty years, summits with no action or influence. Everyone has come to realize that this summit is of the same kind as the Arab summits that preceded it. It harms and does not benefit, and only increases the negligence, and only causes confusion among the people.

Over the years, these summits have become a laughingstock for nations, a mockery for gloaters, and a source of ridicule for mockers. There is no benefit to be expected from them, no hope pinned on them, and no harm warded off by them.

So why insist on holding such absurd summits? Why waste so much money and effort on them? Let these frivolous people save the money they stole from the sweat of their people, stop their futile efforts, and stop wasting their time on them. It is better for them to stop, than holding them. If these people were truly serious about confronting their enemies, they would have prepared whatever military force they could, taken all necessary measures, held fast to the Rope of Allah (swt), and pledged Bayah of allegiance to an Imam, behind whom one could fight and by whom one would be protected. Then they would mobilize armies, topple thrones, follow the example of their Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, and follow the footsteps of his Companions, so they would be honored and be honored.

However, these Ruwaibadah among the rulers of those harmful states do not have control over their decisions, nor do they abandon their subservience to their Western masters. They are mere agents and servants who have no control over their affairs. It is the Shariah obligation of the Ummah to depose them, remove them from power, and install a single Khaleefah in their place. He will rule the Ummah according to the Book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of His Messenger (saw), who will implement the Shariah, adhere to the method of Islam, and carry the Risaalah message of Islam through Dawah and Jihad in the Path of Allah (swt). He will bend the necks of tyrants and terrify the enemies of Allah (swt). Thus, the light of Islam will spread among all people, the banner of Al-Uqab will rise above every flag and banner, nationalistic borders will be erased, barriers will be removed, countries will be unified, cities will be annexed, and supporters will gather from all regions. They will enjoy the justice of Islam and the prestige of the Abode of Islam under the shadow of the Second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood. The promise of Allah (swt) will be fulfilled, the glad tidings of the Prophet (saw) will come to be, the power of the disbelievers will be removed, and honor will belong to Allah (swt), His Messenger (saw), and the believers.
