The Nature of Islamic Dawah
Under this title, Al-Waie Magazine, Issue 471 said: “Islam does not wait for recognition from the system of ignorance, nor does it ask for any space to breathe. Islam is a Deen of leadership and sovereignty, it does not accept partnership, but instead seeks to be supreme alone, as the Prophet Muhammad (saw) said, «الإسلامُ يَعلو ولا يُعلى» “Islam is supreme and nothing is superior to it.””
If you prioritize safety and fear for your interests, do not let your fear become an excuse to belittle Islam, or reduce it to a docile Dawah whose sole aim is to live peacefully under the umbrella of secularism.
Either be on par with Islam in its struggle and its fervor in confronting falsehood, or leave it be and seek a safe life devoid of conflict, sacrifice, and pain.
Confronting falsehood, exposing its deception, warning people against it, and calling them to abandon it is not a choice but a great obligation.
All the Prophets (as) followed this path. They were divinely guided leaders who feared none but Allah (swt), and they endured harm and persecution for the sake of truth.
Islam does not seek to patch up secularism by advocating morality, as some do, nor does Islam seek to soften the harshness of capitalism by calling for charity and philanthropy.
Islam does not want the Muslim to be docile cattle in a society dominated by immorality and injustice. Instead, Islam wants the Muslim to be a voice for truth, one who strives against falsehood, one who refuses to submit to the system of ignorance, and one who works to dismantle it and establish the ruling governance of Islam in its place.

The Most Serious Affliction to Befall the Islamic Ummah
The Muslim world is torn apart, run by pro-Western regimes, its wealth is plundered, its policies are imposed upon it, and education and media are tainted by the corrupt thought of the kafir colonialist. The Ummah is targeted to lose its identity and forget its Deen completely, and to replace Shariah with man-made constitutions on top of what is already happening. Yet, silence prevails.
Yes, the most dangerous affliction to befall the Muslim Ummah is the absence of political awareness based on Islam, something Hizb ut Tahrir has been working on for over 70 years, and continues to advocate for day and night.
The solution lies not in lamenting the current situation, nor in temporary reactions, but rather in a genuine project of revival. Therefore, the Ummah must reclaim its responsibility and transform from a state of absence to one of effectiveness, and from subservience to leadership, through the following:
- Building an aware Islamic mindset that understands reality and knows how to change it by returning to Islam in its entirety, not fragmented or divided by nationalistic borders according to the interests of regimes.
- Carrying the Dawah to establish the Second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood, which implements Islam domestically and carries it externally through Dawah, invitation to Islam, and Jihad, military power to remove obstacles.
- Exposing the agent regimes and the projects of the disbelieving West, dismantling them intellectually and politically, holding the rulers accountable, and removing them from power.
- Building an aware public opinion based on Islam. The Ummah, the jama’ah of the Muslims, today needs not only those who witness alone, but also those who act, mobilize, communicate, warn, and lead.

The Regime in Kyrgyzstan is Cracking Down on the Members of Hizb ut Tahrir.
The National Security Committee in Kyrgyzstan organized a masked show against the dawah carriers in the Batken region, and announced the arrest of 12 Muslims on the charge of “extremism,” directing to them the charge of “establishing and financing an extremist organization.”
During the arrests, the detainees were treated in a manner that violated human dignity.
Before that, residents of the Batken region went out in protests demanding the release of six men who had previously been arrested on charges of extremism. And the protesters confirmed that the detainees were, during the pandemic and during the border events, carrying the concerns of the people, and offering continuous assistance to needy families. They also stressed that the charges of “extremism” are attributed to them unjustly, and that the security personnel are trying — with false accusations — to depict them as if they are criminals.
The special agencies had previously carried out such illegal acts in the city of Bishkek, and in the Issyk-Kul and Naryn regions as well. And the arrest operations there were accompanied by various illegal practices, such as kidnapping, and electric shocks in temporary detention centers, and pressure on their families.
The renewed injustice of the authorities toward the Shabab who carry the burden of dawah is not a passing matter; as the approaching winter season, with the increase in electricity cuts and rationing upon ordinary people, while it is provided without interruption to the mining sites that consume huge amounts of energy, all of that increased the people’s anger toward the authorities. And in addition to that, the society’s resentment grew toward the illegal violations committed by Chinese individuals inside the country. Added to this is the approaching date of the parliamentary elections, which drives the authorities to take additional measures.

A Delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan Visits a Number of Lawyers in Al-Obeid
As part of the campaign organized by Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan to foil America’s plan to separate Darfur, a delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir, led by Ustadh Al-Nadhir Muhammad Hussein Abu Minhaj, member of the Council of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Sudan, accompanied by Ustadh Muhyiddin Kajour and Ustadh Muhammad Saeed Bukha, both members of the Hizb, carried out visits on Tuesday, 11/11/2025, to a number of prominent lawyers in the city of Al-Obeid, where the head of the delegation explained to them the aim of the Party’s campaign and how this malicious plan can be foiled. The lawyers who were visited are: Dr. Khalafallah Hassan Ali Hamid (Lawyer), Ustadh Mu’tasim Muhammad Ahmad, Ustadh Atif Buloul, accompanied by the preacher Shaykh Hamid Balilah, and Ustadh Yusuf Ali Ahmad Saeed. All of them expressed excellent and supportive positions toward the campaign, and they thanked the Hizb for this stance and for this necessary initiative. At the conclusion of these visits, the delegation handed the lawyers copies of the Party’s leaflets, and they promised to continue the meetings.
On Thursday, November 13, 2025, the same delegation visited Ustadh Omar Hassan Badi' al-Zaman, a leader in the State of Law and Development Party, at his office to introduce him to Hizb ut-Tahrir’s campaign in Sudan to thwart the Darfur secession plan. Ustadh Omar stated, “I consider Hizb ut-Tahrir my second party, and working to re-establish the Caliphate is our primary concern,” praising the Hizb’s role. He then added, “Praise be to Allah (swt) who has blessed us with Hizb ut-Tahrir in North Kordofan.”
The meeting was fruitful, and the delegation presented Ustadh Omar with copies of the Hizb’s publications, which addressed the Hizb’s stance on pressing issues, particularly Darfur.
On the same day, the delegation visited Ustadh Salah Abdullah, a lawyer, who warmly welcomed them. After hearing from the delegation leader about the details of the party's campaign to prevent Darfur's secession, he declared, “We will not accept the secession of Darfur, and we stand with you.” At the conclusion of the visit, he requested several of the Hizb’s publications related to the campaign to personally deliver them to the lawyers.

The President of Slovenia is Ignorant of History, or Ignoring It!
This was in an interview with Al Jazeera Channel on 9/11/2025, which the channel broadcast in full on the morning of 10/11/2025. From the land of the Muslims in Qatar, the President of Slovenia, Nataša Pirc Musar, says: “Israel has the right to have a state.”
The question directed to the president by the Central Media Office of Hizb u Tahrir is: Who gave this illegitimate Jewish entity this right? And is there anyone who reads history and does not know how this deformed entity was established on the blessed land of Palestine? Do the massacres of the Jews against the Muslims, the people of Palestine, escape the mind of any fair reader of history? How was this deformed entity erected over the skulls and corpses of many of the people of Palestine? And how were its people displaced in 1948, then again in 1967? And that was with the help of Britain and some European countries and the betrayal of the rulers of the states neighboring Palestine!
The press release added: Some positions taken by her country against the Jewish entity will not intercede for the President of Slovenia, such as describing its crimes in Gaza as genocide, or announcing Slovenia’s refusal to allow two of its officials to enter its territory, or preventing the passage of some arms exports and imports through Slovenia to it, or its position on Jewish settlement in Palestine, or other positions that some European countries and others took shyly after the major scandal caused to them by the Jewish entity with its crimes in Gaza that make the skin crawl. All of that will not intercede for her or for any other rulers in the world who have done nothing to stop those crimes.
The press release concluded with the affirmation: The Islamic Ummah preserves these positions in its memory and will not forget them. And let the President of Slovenia, who granted the Jews a right to have a state in Palestine, know that the Day of Reckoning is near when we establish the second Khilafah (Caliphate) state upon the method of Prophethood soon, Allah willing. And even though the Uthmani Khilafah (Ottoman Caliphate) did not succeed in spreading Islam in Slovenia in the fourteenth century during the Ottoman–Habsburg War, the coming Khilafah will do so, and it will hold every person of position accountable for his position, by Allah’s permission.

What Have Egypt and Turkey Done to Support Gaza and Sudan?
(TRT Arabic, 21 Jumada al-Thani 1447 AH, 12/11/2025 CE) Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel-Aty addressed several issues during a press conference in Ankara on Wednesday evening with his Turkish counterpart, Hakan Fidan. The most prominent topics included bilateral relations and the situations in Gaza and Sudan. Regarding the situation in Gaza, the Egyptian Foreign Minister stated that he discussed with his Turkish counterpart the ongoing negotiations in New York concerning the US draft resolution on the proposed international stabilization force to be established in the Gaza Strip.
On developments in Sudan, Abdel-Aty said that he discussed with Fidan the latest developments in the Sudanese crisis, noting that there was “consensus and agreement” between the two sides on the necessity of ending the war and rejecting any plans to partition Sudan.
Al-Raya Magazine: What have Egypt and Turkey done to stop the bloodshed in Gaza and Sudan? What have they done to prevent the genocide in Gaza and Sudan? What have their armies done?
Egypt and Turkey are major powers influential in international politics, indeed, they are. However, their puppet rulers are content to follow America’s lead, implementing its plans and acting according to its desires.
It has become incumbent upon Muslims to remove these agent rulers, restore their Ummah’s glory and dignity, and establish the Second Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. Otherwise, they will remain passive recipients of events, inactive and without influence in international politics.

Australia Has a Long History of Serving Colonialist Interests in our Lands
The Australian Government has announced it will be part of Trump’s ‘Gaza Reconstruction Taskforce’, a U.S. led coalition of Western, Arab and Muslim states tasked with the forced demilitarisation of Gaza and its subsequent handover to the occupying entity.
The announcement comes as the occupying entity has also announced its desire to claim sovereignty over the West Bank too, consistent with wider U.S. efforts to impose Zionist control over the whole of Palestine in its attempt to reshape the entire Middle East.
Hizb ut Tahrir / Australia would like to emphasize the following:
- Australia has a long record of serving colonial interests in the Middle East. Indeed, it was Australia’s Light Horse Brigade that first rode into Palestine during WWI on behalf of the British, facilitating its occupation by British forces and its later handover to Zionist occupiers.
- Australia’s contribution to the ‘Gaza Reconstruction Force’ is designed to help force the surrender of Gaza politically after the occupying entity failed to do so militarily. Australia enacted its own genocide over its Indigenous population, facilitated the first genocide over the Palestinian people, stood silently over the genocide of the last two years, and is now helping the occupying entity erase Palestine once and for all. Australia will forever stand condemned for its facilitation of these crimes.
- It has been repeated for the last century, but it is even more poignant now. Unless Muslims assert their political will, discard their treacherous rulers and establish the rightly guided Khilafah (Caliphate) State, we will forever remain subject to the crimes of the Zio-Crusaders and the betrayal of their local henchmen.

Save the Sinking Ship, O People of Sudan, before it Sinks with all of you on Board
The ongoing war between the army and the Rapid Support Forces in Sudan is not merely a domestic conflict. Instead, it is an American plan to fragment Sudan into weak, easily controlled entities, thereby permanently eliminating European influence.
The solution does not lie in international settlements orchestrated from the capitals of colonialist powers and their embassies in our lands. Instead, the solution lies in the establishment of a Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. This Khilafah would unify the Ummah and sever the hand of foreign intervention in its affairs.
Therefore, the nussrah (military support) of sincere officers of the Sudanese army, who understand that aligning with the Ummah’s project is extending nussrah for Islam, not for a party, hizb or an individual, but for a divinely obligated path that restores the Ummah’s dignity and sovereignty, is crucial.
Public political awareness is the cornerstone in confronting this scheme, and the Ummah is capable of rising again if it possesses sincere leadership and a clear vision.
The ship is being breached from within, but the hand that draws and plans extends from Washington, London, and Paris. Unless the people of Sudan grasp the true nature of this battle, complete destruction is inevitable. This war is nothing more than a means to redraw maps, eliminate influence, and consolidate hegemony. However, awareness is the first step towards survival, and victory is the key to real change.
