There is a Hizb in the Ummah that is sincere to Allah (swt), truthful to His Messenger (saw), hastening within its journey, joining its night with its day, until the promise of Allah (swt) and the glad tidings of His Messenger (saw) are fulfilled at its hands. This Hizb does not fear the blame of any blamer for the sake of Allah (swt). Its resolve does not weaken, nor does its determination falter, by the Permission of Allah (swt), until the promise of Allah (swt) is fulfilled at its hands, and the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) returns, as does the promise of Allah (swt) and the glad tidings of His Messenger (saw), whilst Rome is conquered at the hands of the Muslims as Constantinople was conquered before it.

Palestine is Being Surrendered to the Jews for Nothing!
O Muslims: Palestine is being surrendered to the Jews for nothing, with the seal of approval from the regimes in Muslim countries that endorsed Trump’s plan, and then supported the UN Security Council Resolution 2803 that imposed American control over Gaza. Collectively, they were the spearhead of Trump’s plan, the tool that returned the Jewish entity's prisoners after it had failed to release them, the hand that bound the mujahideen until they were martyred, the legislators who authorized their disarmament and forced them to surrender, and the arbiters who placed food, water, medicine, and even tents in Netanyahu’s hands, allowing him to block more than what enters. They were the true obstacle preventing Muslims from supporting their Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, and they shackled the armies from aiding their people and brothers. They were, and still are, the most criminal towards the people of Gaza. They neither supported them, nor left them unrestrained. Instead, alongside the Jewish entity, they insisted on enforcing the annihilation of the people of Gaza.
Then the Palestinian Authority, which is of the same nature as the regimes, did something even more despicable. If only it had stopped at condemning the operation in the West Bank, and if only it had stopped at merely counting the transgressions of the Jewish entity! Instead, the Palestinian Authority initiated measures on the ground by enacting laws that restrict people’s livelihoods, such as the law on capping currency, e-commerce, and public debt, and so on. This is in addition to the non-payment of employee salaries, which has made life in the West Bank a life of hardship and a struggle for sustenance. And this is the same Palestinian Authority that endorsed the UN Security Council Resolution 2803, and the same Authority that called for the disarmament of the resistance fighters in Gaza!
Under this suffocating siege in the West Bank, and even more so in Gaza, it has become crystal clear that Palestine is entering a new phase, that America is acting as a custodial guardian of the land, perpetrating crimes and massacres, and that the regimes, including the Palestinian Authority, are providing cover for every crime. It has become even clearer than before that the international order and the United Nations will only push the Palestinian people further toward the abyss. This is all whilst it was a Shariah obligation upon the Islamic Ummah and its armies to take decisive action two years ago. Now that the world and its regimes have aligned themselves with the Jewish entity in a clear and undisguised manner, the mobilization of the Ummah has become even more imperative and urgent.
The Islamic Ummah is fully aware today that its agent regimes have placed the Ummah’s resources at the service of its enemies. These regimes are now closer than ever surrendering the entire region, including Syria, Iraq, Egypt, and the Arabian Peninsula, into the hands of the Jews and, behind them, America. Silent inaction will only lead to humiliation, subjugation, and the loss of the region. All of this must shake the Ummah to its core, compelling it to act without delay, and topple these regimes that have gone beyond mere treachery, to outright enmity towards the Ummah.
The time has come for the Islamic Ummah, with its armies, to mobilize in a manner befitting the ‘Aqeedah of Islam. The Ummah must seek refuge in the aid of Allah (swt), for Whom nothing is impossible, either on earth or in the heavens. It is time for the Ummah to remind its enemies of its history, when it was guided by the Book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of His Messenger (saw) under the Khilafah (Caliphate). It must remind them of its victory in the battles Hattin, Ain Jalut, Manzikert, Qadisiyah, and Yarmouk.

Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Türkiye: Antalya Conference “The Background to Peace and the Future of Gaza”
In the face of the ongoing brutal massacres (genocide) perpetrated by the criminal Jewish entity against defenseless Muslims in the Gaza Strip for over two years, which have resulted in the martyrdom, injury, and disappearance of more than 220,000 Muslims to date, Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Turkiye organized a comprehensive conference in Antalya entitled:
“The Background to Peace and the Future of Gaza”
All the speakers at the conference emphasized that the “Trump Plan,” supported by the existing governments and regimes in Muslim countries, is nothing but “treason,” and that the only solution for the Gaza Strip in particular, and for the Blessed Land - Palestine in general, is to declare jihad and general mobilization, and to work diligently to establish the second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the methodology of the Prophethood.

New Arrests of Hizb ut Tahrir Members in Yemen by the Houthis
On Thursday, 27/11/2025, Houthi security forces arrested Saddam Ali Qa’id al-Mukirdi, 28 years old, from the district of Ṣabr al-Mawadim in Taiz Governorate under Houthi control in central Yemen. This arrest is the second, following the arrest of brothers Osama and Mohammad Mas’ad Al-Wurafi in Ibb Governorate on 21/11/2025, after distributing a leaflet titled: “Trump Leads His Followers Among the Rulers in Muslim Lands to a Deal of Disgrace and Shame, Who Bow Their Heads Behind Him by Placing Gaza of Hashim Under Trusteeship and Colonialism.” The leaflet exposes the United Nations’ role in issuing Resolution 2803 on 17/11/2025 — an endorsement of U.S. President Donald Trump’s plan to stop the war on Gaza, which Trump described as “a historic moment.” The leaflet was issued by Hizb ut Tahrir on 19/11/2025 and exposed the conspiracies America is weaving in Palestine specifically and the Middle East in general, as part of the same Crusader war policy launched by George W. Bush in 2001.
Although the leaflet mentioned Trump’s meeting with leaders of Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Egypt, Jordan, Turkey, Indonesia, and Pakistan on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly on 23/09/2025 — without mentioning the Houthis at all — yet the one who has feathers on his head checks on them! So how can those who claim they support Gaza and seek to liberate Al-Aqsa Mosque from the Jews accept that Gaza be placed under trusteeship and colonialism, and that military forces entering it take orders from colonial powers — even if some of them speak the language of the Qur’an?! And how do they target those who reveal to the Islamic Ummah what is hidden in the corridors of American colonialism and the anti-Islam international legal order since its establishment in the Westphalia Conference of 1648 until today?!
The question is, what crime have the Hizb’s Shabab committed to be chased and imprisoned?! Is it their exposure of Trump’s plan and their mention of the treason of the rulers in Muslim lands?!

Hizb ut-Tahrir / Sudan Continues its Campaign to Thwart the Darfur Separation Plan
On Monday, December 1, 2025, a delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan, led by Professor Nasser Reda, Chairman of the Central Contact Committee of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan, accompanied by Ustadth Abdullah Ismail, Member of the Central Communications Committee of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan, visited Dr. Imad al-Din Muhammad Hamdallah, the head of the Lawyers’ Syndicate in the Red Sea State, at his office in Port Sudan.
After introductions, the head of the delegation explained Hizb ut Tahrir and its goals: “The resumption of Islamic life through the establishment of the Khilafah Rasheedah (rightly guided Caliphate) based on the methodology of the Prophethood, considering it a matter of destiny and an obligation upon every Muslim to work towards it.” The chairman responded, “We support all those who work for Islam,” and requested some of the party’s publications. The delegation promised to provide them and then gave him publications related to Hizb ut Tahrir's campaign in Sudan to thwart America's plan to separate Darfur.
The delegation thanked the head for the warm welcome.
On Tuesday, December 2, 2025, a delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan, led by Engineer Mahdi Muhajir, a member of Hizb ut Tahrir, and accompanied by Ustadth Omar Ibrahim, also a member of Hizb ut Tahrir, and Engineer Walid Kamil, visited Ustadth Imad Ismail Muhammad Ahmad, Secretary-General of the Bar Association in Al-Jazirah State, at his office in Wad Madani. The discussion focused on the Hizb's campaign to thwart America's plan to partition Darfur. Following a statement by the head of the delegation, the Secretary-General commended the party and its tremendous efforts to establish the Khilafah (Caliphate). He stated that he agreed with Hizb ut Tahrir's proposal that the Bar Association welcomed its efforts, and that their doors were open to it.
In conclusion, the delegation thanked him for his hospitality and expressed their intention to hold future meetings.

The Abrahamic Religion and the Reproduction of Colonialism
The danger of what is called the Abrahamic religion lies not only in its being a political discourse cloaked in religion, but also in its ability to reproduce colonialism through a soft, spiritual language that strips the Ummah of its tools of rejection and resistance in the name of tolerance and openness.
The Abrahamic Religion does not merely distort concepts, but gradually reshapes awareness to make normalization seem inevitable, capitulation a virtue, and occupation a partner in sanctity. Thus, the conflict is transformed from an existential struggle into a difference of opinion, and from a national cause into a dialogue of religions. This is the most dangerous matter that can befall nations, when the standard of right is taken from them and replaced with the logic of “international consensus” under the banner of peace.
Today’s war is a war of religion and identity, but they have overlooked or ignored the fact that our Deen has a finality, a Book that cannot be altered, a Prophet (saw) who will not be forgotten, and an Ummah that has never submitted to anyone but Allah (swt). Though it may bend before storms, the Ummah will not die or be erased. Instead, the Ummah possesses an Islamic project that will not fade away, will not compromise, and will not trade away the truth for illusion, because it is from Allah (swt). And when the Islamic project returns, it will not return cloaked in “global acceptance” or “artificial tolerance,” but rather upon the scales of Shariah justice, the voice of truth, and the Rayah banner of “There is no god but Allah (swt), Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah (swt).”
Let them plot as they wish, for their schemes will vanish, and the promise of Allah (swt) is true,
[وَكَانَ حَقّاً عَلَيْنَا نَصْرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ]
“And it is ever incumbent upon Us to aid the believers” [TMQ Surah Ar Rum: 47].

Beit Jinn, Syria, Confirms the Fragility of the Jewish Entity and the Weakness of the New Syrian Administration
At dawn on Friday, November 28, 2025, a military force belonging to the Jewish entity infiltrated the town of Beit Jinn in the Damascus countryside to arrest a number of young men. However, some resistance fighters in the village confronted them and forced them to withdraw after inflicting casualties on their ranks.
Ar-Rayah Magazine: The Jewish entity's incursions into Syria have not ceased for nearly a year, since the fall of the criminal Bashar al-Assad. Its forces entered to establish a buffer zone, starting from the occupied Golan Heights, occupying the summit of Mount Hermon and a number of villages and towns in Quneitra, reaching as far as the Damascus countryside.
However, the storming of the town of Beit Jinn did not go as planned. The forces of the Jewish entity faced fierce resistance and were besieged for four hours, forcing them to use air power to extract them. Its soldiers retreated in defeat, with approximately twenty wounded and reports of two dead, leaving behind vehicles and ammunition, especially after fighters from neighboring villages eager to confront the Jewish entity poured in.
After Salah of Jumuah, crowds took to the streets in various Syrian cities, from Damascus to Aleppo, Homs, Hama, and Latakia, demanding confrontation with the Jews, raising Rayah banners of tawhid (monotheism), and chanting Islamic slogans. They affirmed that the revolutionary spirit remained strong and that the Ummah was ready to continue the Islamic revolution to establish Islamic rule, implement Shariah law, and march with the mujahideen to defeat the forces of the Jewish entity until the liberation of Palestine.
The new Syrian administration has failed to rise to the level of public sentiment. Its Foreign Ministry issued a weak statement, and then its UN representative, Ibrahim Alabi, revealed its weakness when he said that a direct military response against the Jewish entity "is not an option at present in order to preserve gains in international relations." He added that Syria continues to abide by the 1974 Disengagement Agreement and Security Council resolutions, claiming that this disturbs the Jewish entity more than a military response.
Dealing with the occupying Jewish entity can only be done through military confrontation, and this is the demand of the Ummah in ash-Sham and throughout the Muslim World. Unfortunately, this cannot be expected from the current Syrian administration, which has proven over the past year its lack of will and its subservience to foreign and American directives. Therefore, it is the Shariah obligation upon the sincere mujahideen and revolutionaries in Syria to profess their kalimah (Shariah testimony). They are capable, inshaaAllah, of defeating the Jewish entity and restoring the glories of Islam and the victories of Hattin.

Kyrgyzstan: People Express Distrust of Democracy
According to preliminary estimates, only 1,556,000 people participated in the Kyrgyz parliamentary elections held on November 30. This figure represents only 36% of the total electorate of four million.
The regime’s attempts to increase voter turnout in the new parliamentary elections were unsuccessful. Voters were allowed to cast their ballots at any polling station they chose, and officials intensified their calls for people to vote before election day. However, by boycotting the elections, the Kyrgyz people demonstrated their loss of confidence in most representatives, of both the government and the opposition.
This is because all the governments that have ruled Kyrgyzstan since its independence have, without exception, worked to weaken the state and impoverish the people. Those who came to power through elections were no different from those who seized power through coups. This is in addition to the rampant corruption, injustice, and moral decay. Undoubtedly, the root cause is the democratic system they govern under, as its laws serve only the interests of a small minority.
Supporters of democracy claim that the majority vote is the deciding factor, but the elections in Kyrgyzstan proved this to be an empty slogan. If their claim were true, the results of the elections, which were boycotted by 60-70% of voters, should have been annulled.

Ballot Boxes in a Corrupt System: The Biggest Deception Regarding Change
A press release issued by the Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Iraq stated: “Since America's occupation in 2003 until now, Iraq has been drowning in problems, and its condition goes from bad to worse. All of that is the result of the political map that the American occupier formulated and imposed. It was the one that laid the basic foundations of the system and drew the political map of the country, deceiving the Iraqi public into believing that the remedy for the problems generated by this system is the ballot boxes. Therefore, it is no surprise that the American envoy to Iraq, Mark Savaya, congratulated the Iraqis on the success of the parliamentary elections, affirming “that the Iraqi people have once again demonstrated their commitment to freedom, the rule of law, and strong state institutions”! And thus the Iraqis fell into the trap of deception and continued changing some faces without paying attention to the root of the disease and the origin of the affliction that caused all these problems. Therefore, the situation worsened, and the people of Iraq remained in the ship of wandering, tossed by the waves of confusion and anxiety.”
The press release also emphasized that: “After more than 22 years, and after the completion of voting for the sixth electoral round on Tuesday, 11/11/2025, we still witness the majority of the people of Iraq being stung from the same hole again and again. Despite their despair from all the parties and political blocs that have stolen the country and humiliated the servants, they still go to the same hole and are stung by it once more, driven along sectarian, ethnic, and tribal lines, only to return afterwards cursing the hour they went to elections!”
The press release concluded by further affirming that: “The effective remedy and the legitimate solution is the serious work to uproot this corrupt system and establish the Shariah of Allah in the State of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood. So gather your resolve and stand with the sincere among your Ummah who work to resume the Islamic way of life. To this great good Hizb ut Tahrir calls you, so that you may remove humiliation from your necks and return as the best Ummah, just as your righteous predecessors were.”

The Political Medium and its Liberation from Western Dependence
The Central Contact Committee of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Tunisia organized a dialogue forum entitled “The Time Has Come for the Political Method to Emancipate from Western Colonialism” on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at the Hizb's conference hall in the Sukra Ariana intersection in the capital, Tunis.
In his opening remarks, Engineer Yasser Al-Anwar addressed the definition of a true revival (nahda), which must stem from a sound perspective i.e., from a correct doctrinal foundation that satisfies the mind and brings peace to the heart. He emphasized that a true revival is not measured solely by material and technological progress, but also by noble values and the elevation of humanity from a state of mere animalistic existence. He asserted that Muslims rose to prominence through a spiritual and political ideology, from which a comprehensive system for human life, society, and the state emerged, thus establishing the most advanced civilization in human history.
He also affirmed that the conflict between nations is a conflict of principles and values, and is the most dangerous of all conflicts. He argued that Western civilization is based on the principle of separating religion from life, which has made it a civilization of money and moral decay, rather than a civilization of humanity. This is what the political establishment today adopts under the guise of democracy.
Then, Ustadh Abdul Raouf Al-Amiri explained in his talk that the Islamic Ummah has declined from its former status, which it held when it lived under its political entity, the "flower of the world," and during which it led humanity to security and stability. He added that the people of the nation have tried to rise again, but due to the intellectual, economic, and political hegemony of the West over Muslim lands, they have not succeeded. He asserted that true revival lies in embracing the Islamic Aqeedah (doctrine) and the rulings and solutions derived from it—the fundamental solution for a genuine revival.
He further addressed how the West exploited the "Islamic" movements, bringing them to power. After their failure, the West promoted the idea that political Islam was a failed project, despite these movements having adopted secular thought.
At the conclusion of the forum, Ust. Abdul Raouf Al-Amiri stated that those who desire change should not rely on the current corrupt reality, but rather proceed from the principles they have adopted and implement them—namely, the rulings and solutions derived from the compelling evidence of the Book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of His Messenger (saw). This can only be achieved through the nation's pledge of allegiance to a single Rightly Guided Caliph who fulfills the Shari' requirements for governance, implements the rulings of Islam, and carries its message of guidance to all humanity.
