O Ulema of the Islamic Ummah: You are the heirs of the Prophets (as) and the trustees of the Messengers (as) over the servants of Allah (swt). So, bear your inheritance and be worthy of your trust as leaders of the Islamic Ummah on its path to regaining its position as the master of the world. Lead it to wrest its authority from those who usurped it from it, and uproot those nationalistic borders that the West drew between its lands and restore all of them as one state as they once were. Then you and the Ummah will pledge a Bayah of allegiance to a Khlaleefah (Caliph) who will establish the rule of Allah (swt) among you, so that people may see it as a practical reality implemented, and they will enter the Deen of Allah (swt) in multitudes. How fortunate you will be then, with all this goodness recorded in your book of good deeds, and with it you will meet your Lord, Allah (swt).

The Dayton Authority Continues Its Aggression Against Hizb ut Tahrir
A press release from the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Blessed Land of Palestine stated that the Palestinian Authority (PA), subservient to the Jews, arrested student Saif Abu al-Hawa as he left Bethlehem University on Tuesday, December 9, 2025. Using treacherous thugs and then a force from the PA security apparatus, in a scene that reflects the PA's thuggery and intimidation tactics against the Palestinian people, they are deterred by neither Deen nor law, nor even the sanctity of the university from which Saif emerged. He was then brought before the court on Thursday, where the judge extended his detention for fifteen days, despite him not having committed any crime. His only offense was stating a Hukm Shari’ that Muslims are not permitted to participate in Christian holiday celebrations!
The press release asked: What crime has this committed that has caused such an uproar from the Palestinian Authority? Did Saif sell out Palestine as the PLO did? Did Saif engage in security coordination with the Jews, killing and murdering the people of Palestine for their sake, as the Palestinian Authority security forces did? Did Saif betray land to the Jews, as the corrupt officials of the PA did? Did Saif deny the stipends allocated to the families of martyrs and prisoners, or insult and curse the resistance fighters, as the head of the PA did? Did Saif allow women's organizations in our country to attack our Deen and values and criticize Islamic rulings? Did Saif include feminists in drafting the interim constitution to appease the West and the East? And so on and so forth...? Who should be arrested? Who should be brought to justice?
The press release added: If only the Palestinian Authority and its security apparatus had shown such zeal when the Jews desecrated Al-Aqsa Mosque day and night—desecration that didn't even prompt the PA to halt its coordination with the Jews. If only the PA had shown such zeal when the Ibrahimi Mosque was being converted into a synagogue. If only the Authority had shown such zeal when the people of Gaza were being brutalized by the Jews day and night. If only the PA had shown such zeal when refugee camps in the West Bank were being destroyed and their inhabitants expelled right under the noses of the PA and its security forces. If only the PA's security forces had shown such zeal when settlers were attacking villages and cities: Killing people, uprooting trees, slaughtering livestock, and scorching the green earth. All of this was met with a silence akin to that of the grave, save for condemnation or calls for resistance—calls the PA seems utterly clueless about. What kind of "lions" are you when it comes to the people of Palestine and its youth, unjustly attacking them? And what kind of sheep are you when it comes to protecting the people of Palestine, its women, and its children?!
The press release emphasized: While the kidnapping of Saif in front of Bethlehem University is a crime for which the Palestinian Authority, its security apparatus, thugs, and henchmen bear responsibility, this does not absolve the university of its responsibility, as one of its students was abducted right on its threshold. The university has a responsibility to defend him and stand up to the PA, which is encroaching upon the rights of the people of Palestine and their universities. It is unacceptable for the university to remain silent, thus fostering a climate of aggression against university students.
The press release concluded: An authority that has nothing left to offer the Jews, who trample its dignity back and forth, and which is shrouded in humiliation until it is completely covered, and is drowning in subservience to the Jews and the West up to its ears, would be better off, along with its security apparatus and its henchmen, if it would simply lift its hands from the people of Palestine and the dawah carriers there. For those whose connection is to the rope of Allah are not equal to those whose ties are bound by the approval of the kaffir (disbeliever) and are about to sever them, only to be held severely accountable by the Ummah in this world, and then returned to their Lord to suffer a terrible punishment.

Sudanese Security Forces Arrest Five Members of Hizb ut Tahrir
A force from the Sudanese security services arrested five members of Hizb ut Tahrir in the city of Al-Shawwak: Othman Al-Amin Kanda, Hassan Al-Amin Kanda, Muhammad Thamin Adam, Ahmed Babiker, and Al-Amin Abdullah. This followed a demonstration held by Hizb ut Tahrir/Wilayah Sudan in front of the old masjid in Al-Shawwak. Sheikh Othman Al-Amin Kanda, a member of Hizb ut Tahrir, addressed the attendees, including prominent figures from the area and members of the public. In his speech, he explained the dangers of the American plan to dismember Sudan by separating Darfur, emphasizing the Shariah responsibility that makes the unity of the Ummah and the state a vital issue. Several prominent figures also spoke, affirming their support for the Hizb in preventing the secession plan.
The official spokesperson for Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan, Ustadh Ibrahim Othman (Abu Khalil), stated, “This behavior of the security apparatuses confirms that the government is proceeding with the implementation of the American plan seeking to tear Sudan apart by severing Darfur, after it had separated its south by the same method now being applied. Otherwise, how can those who call for preserving the unity of the country and preventing the tearing apart of its unity be arrested?!” He said, “we in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan say to the authority and its security apparatuses: arrest and silencing mouths will not deter us from speaking the truth and acting upon it, even if the price is our lives and our blood. But we say to them: fear Allah regarding the Ummah, fear Allah regarding the dawah carriers, and know that you cannot frustrate Allah.”

Kuwaiti Court Sentences a Young Man to Five Years in Prison for Joining Hizb ut Tahrir
(Al-Rai Daily, Kuwait, Wednesday, 26 Jumada al-Thani 1447 AH, 17/12/2025 CE) “The Criminal Court, presided over by Judge Dr. Khaled Al-Amira, sentenced a citizen to five years in prison for joining, financing, and supporting Hizb ut Tahrir, a terrorist group. The Public Prosecution accused the defendant of joining and inciting others to join a banned group on social media whose purpose was to spread principles aimed at overthrowing political regimes through illegitimate means. Specifically, he joined the banned Hizb ut Tahrir organization, which aims to establish a righteous caliphate, and called for others to join it by promoting the group's ideas on the social media platform "X," accessible to all, through the posts detailed in the case file.”
Al-Rayah Newspaper: Has working to resume the Islamic life by establishing a Second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood become terrorism in the eyes of tyrannical rulers?! Has working to restore the Islamic Ummah to its rightful place among the nations of the earth, and to return to being the best Ummah brought forth for mankind, as Allah (swt) says,
[كُنتُمْ خَيْرَ أُمَّةٍ أُخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّاسِ تَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَتَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ وَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ]
“You are the best Ummah produced for mankind. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is evil and believe in Allah” [TMQ Surah Aali Imran: 110], become terrorism in the eyes of oppressive states?! Shouldn’t it have been more appropriate, indeed obligatory, for those regimes and their henchmen to honor these men who dedicate their lives and work tirelessly, sacrificing themselves and all that is precious to liberate their Ummah from the shackles of subservience to the kafir, colonialist West, and to bring about its true revival (nahdah) based on the Book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of His Messenger (saw)?!

A Delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan Visits the Sheikh of the Sammaniyah Order in the City of Wad Madani
A delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan visited the Sheikh of the Sammaniyah Order in Al-Jazirah State yesterday, Saturday, 13/12/2025. The delegation was headed by Ustadh Mahdi Muhajir, a member of Hizb ut Tahrir, accompanied by Ustadh Abdulaziz Ibrahim, a member of Hizb ut Tahrir, and Engineer Walid Kamil.
The delegation explained the purpose of the visit, stating that it comes within the framework of the campaign of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan to thwart America’s plan to separate Darfur.
Sheikh Al-Fatih Abdulrahman Shatout welcomed the delegation and the visit, saying that he knows a great deal about the Hizb, and that Hizb ut Tahrir is the only one that presents clear solutions. He then said that he appreciates the dedication to establishing the Khilafah (Caliphate), and that he is ready for any work undertaken by the Hizb for the sake of preventing the severing of Darfur, and that their mosques welcome the Shabab of the Hizb at any time.
At the conclusion of the visit, the delegation thanked Sheikh Al-Fatih for the warm reception and generous hospitality.

Hizb ut Tahrir/Wilayah Lebanon Visits MP Ibrahim Mneimneh
A delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Lebanon, including Dr. Muhammad Jaber, Head of the Central Contact Committee of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Lebanon, and Engineer Saleh Salam, a member of the Central Contact Committee, visited Beirut MP Ibrahim Mneimneh on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.
The delegation began by introducing the Hizb, its ideology, and its distinctiveness from other parties, emphasizing its principles and its rejection of sectarianism, nationalism, and tribalism.
The delegation then presented the Hizb's vision for a radical solution for Lebanon, which lies in returning to its original status as part of ash-Sham, rejecting illegitimate, non-Shariah, and ineffective solutions that prolong and deepen the crisis rather than resolve it.
The delegation also addressed the problems of the region and the Lebanese rulers' persistent efforts to pursue actions that would lead to official recognition of the Jewish entity and the establishment of economic relations with it.
The delegation stressed the necessity for all sincere MPs and politicians to publicly oppose this project, at least through their stance and words.
At the end of the meeting, both parties agreed to meet again in the future to continue discussing current developments.

Where Do You Stand, Royal Jordanian Air Force Personnel, While the Jews Are Doing This to Your Brothers?!
Jordanian television reported on Saturday 20 December that the Royal Jordanian Air Force participated in the American strikes on ISIS targets in Syria last night.
Jordanian television stated that “Jordanian participation comes within the framework of the War on Terror and preventing extremist organizations from exploiting these areas as launching pads to threaten the security of Syria’s neighbors and the region, especially after ISIS has regenerated itself and rebuilt its capabilities in Syria.” (Al Jazeera Net, Saturday, 29 Jumada al-Thani 1447 AH, 20/12/2025).
Ar-Rayah Newspaper: The question that forcefully imposes itself on the listener and reader of this news is: Aren’t the Jews who occupied Palestine, martyred its people, displaced them from their land and country, and established their illegitimate entity upon it, terrorists?! The Jews who utterly destroyed the Gaza Strip and committed genocide against its people, resulting in the martyrdom and injury of nearly 200,000, and who continue to perpetrate massacres there despite the ceasefire agreement — are they not terrorists?! The Jews who are rampaging through the cities and villages of the West Bank, killing, arresting, and destroying homes — are they not terrorists?! Where is the Royal Jordanian Air Force in all of this? Why hasn’t it struck them, and come to the aid of those oppressed people, whose voices have grown hoarse, and whose hearts have broken, as they plead for its help?! Or is its role, and the role of its king, merely to throw them a few crumbs with the Jews’ permission?!
And isn’t this America, with whom it is participating in the strikes against ISIS, the very head of disbelief and criminality, waging war against Islam and Muslims, supplying the Jewish entity with money and weapons, and supporting it politically, economically, and through the media, to kill Muslims in Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, Syria, Iran, and Yemen?! So, what is the matter with you, O Jordanian army and air force, how do you judge affairs?!

[وَأَخْرِجُوهُم مِّنْ حَيْثُ أَخْرَجُوكُمْ]
“And Expel Them From Wherever They Expelled You” [TMQ Surah Al-Baqarah: 191]
O armies of all the lands of Muslims: Every discerning and insightful person understands that the only way to support Gaza and its people is for you to act to eliminate the occupation by the Jews of that Blessed Land. Allah (swt) says, [وَأَخْرِجُوهُم مِّنْ حَيْثُ أَخْرَجُوكُمْ] “And expel them from wherever they expelled you.” [TMQ Surah Al-Baqarah: 191]. Yet your treacherous rulers, agents of colonialism, and your military commands, are seen to be moving step by step towards recognizing the occupying Jewish entity within the framework of what are called the Abraham Accords and other such agreements for which Allah (swt) has sent down no authority.
This is a betrayal of Islam and the Muslims, a selling out of the first of the two Qiblas and the third of the three Sacred Masajid, and a relinquishment of Islamic land that belongs to the Ummah. It is your Shariah obligation to prevent any political leader or military commander from surrendering even an inch of Islamic land of Palestine to Jews or any other kafir, regardless of the price you may have to pay. It has also become clear that the two-state solution is not only a deception but also a violation of Islamic Shariah Law. The reality is a single Jewish state, while the so-called Palestinian state would be nothing more than a municipality, built on approximately 10% of the land. Even this is rejected by Jewish leaders, who consider it not a state, but a vast prison guarded by Jewish soldiers.

The Ummah’s Wealth Is Squandered by a Criminal Faction, According to Its Whims and the Interests of Its Masters
The subservience of the Gulf states to the disbelieving, colonialist West has made their economic policies subservient to its dictates, rather than stemming from the Ummah’s needs or reflecting its aspirations. Thus, the abundant wealth they possess, which could have built heavy industries, revitalized agriculture, and supported the Ummah’s revival (nahdah), has been transformed into tools of appeasement and balancing, in an international game where Muslims have no role but that of passive recipients.
The problem is that this wealth is managed with the mentality of “private property,” not with the mentality of “public treasure” belonging to all Muslims. A criminal faction squanders it upon its own pleasures and upon granting it to Western nations, the enemies of Islam and Muslims, which is then used to purchase weapons and aircraft to bomb our lands and kill our children!
Therefore, it is time for the Islamic Ummah to regain its awareness and realize that its wealth does not belong to a transient ruler, nor to a faction of thieves living in their ivory towers, far removed from the suffering of the people.
Oil, gas, gold, and all other resources are not tools to be granted to the West, nor are they assets to be squandered in the palaces of rulers and their dealings. Instead, they are the right of the entire Ummah, a trust bestowed by Allah (swt) upon the Ummah before its rulers.
Thus, it is the Shariah obligation upon the people of this Ummah to recognize their strength, break the barrier of fear of their rulers, and understand that revival does not come from foreign handouts or Western promises. Instead, it comes when they speak out and reclaim their rights. An Ummah that leaves its wealth in the hands of tyrants loses its future, while an Ummah that reclaims its resources regains its glory and standing among nations. This can only be achieved by the return of the Islamic State. So, work diligently with Hizb ut Tahrir to establish Islam, as a Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood, for your glory and dignity in this world and the hereafter.

It is Time for the Islamic Ummah to Think Outside the Box of Secularism
It is time for the Islamic Ummah to think outside the box of secularism, to say no to subservience to the disbelieving, colonialist West, no to the restrictions imposed upon us by the West and its agents, and no to decisions imported from the lowly of society. It is time for the Ummah to reclaim its natural role among nations, to assert its leadership upon the entire world, and to revive its dormant awareness so that it may forge its leadership from within, not from without.
A living Ummah does not submit to the decisions of treacherous rulers installed by the West to act as guardians of Western interests. Therefore, it is time for our Ummah to reclaim its stolen glory, the glory of leadership, which is not granted but seized. We need to restore the prestige of those who shaped our history, and to reject the shackles of Western subservience that have been unjustly and aggressively imposed upon us.
For glory is not a slogan, but a covenant awaiting renewal, and leadership is not mere words, but an action forged by nations. This pioneering party Hizb ut Tahrir, whose people do not lie to their charge, has dedicated itself to working to restore this stolen glory. So let us board the ship of salvation by which you will restore your dignity by establishing your Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood, so that we will not be subservient to any man.
