The Answer to Ben-Gvir Is What He Sees, Not What He Hears

A press release issued by the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Blessed Land of Palestine stated:

“The son of the Jewish woman, Ben-Gvir, has reached a perilous height by publishing the video in which he stands before imprisoned Muslim women, believers from the free women of the Blessed Land.

While their capture was enough to stir the blood in the veins of those with honour—in a time when honour was manifested in action, not just in the hearts—their mistreatment and the denial of their basic needs should be a boiling cauldron of blood, mobilizing entire armies for the sake of even a single hair on one of their heads. Ben-Gvir's boasting about his heinous act should unleash a volcano of rage, toppling regimes, replacing regimes, and establishing new ones to serve justice against him and those behind him, until every free woman, whose heart cries out, even if unspoken, “Wa Islamah! Wa Khaleefitah!” (Oh Islam! Oh Caliph!) is satisfied.”

The release added:

“As for the son of the kafir (disbelieving) woman publishing the video and boasting about his heinous act, the only answer is that the time for liberation and victory has arrived, this very hour, it must be hastened and not delayed. And it is said of him as the Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «مَنْ كَانَ سَامِعاً فَلَا يُصَلِّيَنَّ الْعَصْرَ إِلَّا فِي بَنِي قُرَيْظَةَ» “Whoever hears this should not pray Asr (the afternoon prayer) except in Banu Qurayza.” But this son of the kafir woman is feeling secure from the men’s retaliation. His criminal entity has waded through the blood of the people of Palestine in Gaza and the West Bank, and he has seen no resistance from the men, except for anger that cannot be translated into action, and voices that cannot be moved. Then he stormed the Masra (site of isra’) of the Messenger of Allah (saw) with his kufr (disbelief) in it, and he did not find any men to resist him, nor did he find any movement from the Ummah, so he became greedy, then he became greedy again, because it appears that the Ummah is of the same kind as its rulers, and that the armies are of the same kind as the regimes, so he felt safe from punishment, and he forgot the chants that fill the world with jihad, which the people of Ash-Sham say, “We are coming, we are coming,” and which the people of Egypt say, “We want to wage jihad,” and which the people of Jordan say, “Open the borders for us,” and that soldiers in Morocco who are the descendants of Yusuf ibn Tashfin yearn for liberation, and soldiers in Türkiye who are the descendants of Muhammad al-Fatih and Abdul Hamid weep, and they are closer to moving than to sitting.

The truth is that what emboldened the son of the kafir woman against us was not his assumption that the Ummah would not move and that the soldiers do not yearn for liberation. He did not strike every weapon of the Ummah in Ash-Sham and elsewhere, except because he knew the outcome and knew that the battle was coming. Rather, the sons of the kuffar thought that the regimes that allied with them and allied with the enemies of the Ummah were capable of restraining the Ummah and capable of extinguishing its burning desire. This was their assumption, but it will turn against them, Allah willing.

They did not know that the lions were about to break free from their restraints and that the Ummah was about to seize its rulers by the throats, and that the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood was coming with the promise of Allah (swt) and the glad tidings of His Messenger (saw). The commander of the army on that day will say, “Here I am, my sister, for you have been rescued.” And the answer, O son of the kafir woman, is what you see, not what you hear. So, he wipes away the tears of every free woman, apologizes to her, and exacts the most severe retribution for her.”

The release concluded:

“The battle is inevitably coming, and the Blessed Land will soon be cleansed of the filth of the Jews, as certain as the sun rises from its horizon. And the banner of Islam will be flying over the Al-Aqsa Mosque, we have no doubt about that. The Ummah and its soldiers must hasten to bury the dead of the regimes and restore Islam as a rule, jihad, conquest, and liberation. On that day, the eyes of the free women will be glad, and that day is near, Allah willing.

[وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ مُنْقَلَبٍ يَنْقَلِبُونَ]

“Then the wrongdoers will come to know what ˹evil˺ end they will meet” [TMQ Surah Ash-Shu’ara: 227]”

Which of the Armies of Muslims Will Achieve the Honor of Granting Nussrah (Military Support) for the Establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate)?

America is not at the height of its power, but within its period of prominent decline, in which it can only limp, dependent on the crutches of support from its agents and followers amongst Muslims. America’s economic decline is evident in its astronomical debt crisis, where the capitalist banks and corporations suck the life of the common American to fill their bellies with riba (interest). Its military decline is evident in its inability to impose its will on a faction within the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran that refused subordination to the US, and it is also evident in the inability of its cowardly troops to launch a ground offensive to achieve victory over Iran. Its political decline is evident in the deep cracks within its own deep state, with the Democrats gouging out the eyes of the Republicans, and its global allies seething in anger at its arrogance and abandonment of them.

O Ummah of Islam and Its Armies!

What fills the heart with grief is that had the sincere officers of our armies seized the opportunity, overthrown the crutches of America, and unified the Muslim lands under a single Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate), it would have forced America to flee from our lands, after its bases were stormed and its ship sunk in the seas of the Muslims.

If only the resisting faction of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran answered the call of Hizb ut Tahrir, granting it nussrah (military support) for establishing the Khilafah, Iran would have been a strong support point for the unification of the Muslim states.

Thus, the sincere officers within the most powerful armies of Muslims, the armies of Pakistan, the Hejaz, Turkey, and Egypt, must act immediately to overthrow the treacherous rulers and give their support to Hizb ut-Tahrir to establish the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood that will end alliance with the disbelievers and unite the Muslim lands. Which of the armies of the Muslims will seize the honor of being the first to give their support to empower the true Deen?

Trump Exposes America’s Colonial Reality

US President Trump shamelessly declared his country's success in seizing over 65 billion barrels of Venezuela's oil reserves. He boasted, “At my direction, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, working closely with Highly Respected Interim President of Venezuela, Delcy Rodriguez, and, through a partnership with private business, have secured majority U.S. control of more than 65 BILLION BARRELS of proven Oil Reserves in Venezuela, at no cost to the American Taxpayer”

In this regard, a press release by the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir stated that:

“Trump didn’t reveal anything new by boasting about his country's plundering of a neighbouring country’s wealth and oil, not for any reason or right, but simply because America is stronger. He thus established the law of the jungle, where the strong devours the weak! America's true nature is neither a secret nor new; it has existed since its founding, built upon the skulls of millions of indigenous people murdered by its European founders. America's true nature was revealed in its ugliest form after the mid-20th century, following its emergence from isolationism. It began colonizing the world, occupying and colonizing many Muslim lands, and installing agent-client rulers who inflicted the worst forms of suffering upon their people, impoverishing the countries and plundering their resources. As a result, Muslim lands have become synonymous with poverty, hunger, and backwardness! While their countries overflow with wealth, oil, gas, and minerals, their people suffer from shortages of electricity, water, bread, medicine, and the most basic necessities, because their rulers have stolen their riches to satiate the American and European colonizers!

Therefore, the entire world is in dire need of the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) that restores justice and mercy to all peoples and eradicates the influence of colonizers, oppressors, and tyrants like Trump. Islam elevates people and brings them out of darkness, poverty, and hardship into light, mercy, and prosperity, as the history of Muslims and their state testifies. Islam established equality between white and black, Arab and non-Arab, the poor and the rich. When its state opened a land, it embraced it with care, service, and justice, not with plunder, colonization, and aggression, fulfilling the words of Allah (swt) Who said,

[وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِّلْعَالَمِينَ]

“We have sent you O Prophet only as a mercy for the whole world” [Al-Anbiya: 107].”

The Coming Spring is the Spring of the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate)

O sons of the Islamic Ummah: Islam’s role is neither to patch up capitalism nor to polish its ugly face. Islam’s function is not to adapt to injustice, but to uproot it entirely. Islam’s mission is to transport humanity from the darkness of capitalism to the light of Islam, and from capitalism’s oppression and crimes to the justice and security of Islam. Islam came to move humanity from the oppression of man-made systems to the justice of the Shariah, and from the servitude of man to his fellow man to servitude to Allah alone—with no partner. This is the Islam we seek to establish: an Islam that governs the world, not one marginalized in a corner.

Be, then, supporters of this Deen, and stand with those striving to restore Islam to its rightful place—as a leadership of humanity rather than a follower, a ruling governance rather than the ruled, and a source of dignity rather than humiliation. There is no salvation for the Ummah except through a Khilafah (Caliphate) that unifies its scattered ranks, restores its authority, implements its Sharia, and conveys its message to the world. Allah—Glory be to Him—has promised us this: "If you support Allah, He will support you and plant your feet firmly." Supporting Allah means supporting His Deen, upholding His law, and establishing His state. We are certain—by ​​Allah’s leave—that the coming spring will be the spring of the Khilafah Caliphate.

[وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ أَيَّ مُنقَلَبٍ يَنْقَلِبُونَ]

“And the wrongdoers will come to know what ˹evil˺ end they will meet.” [TMQ Surah Ash-Shu’ara, 26:227],

[وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَى هُوَ قُلْ عَسَى أَن يَكُونَ قَرِيباً]

“They will then shake their heads at you and ask, “When will that be?” Say, “Perhaps it is soon!”” [TMQ Surah Al-Isra, 17:51]

O Shebaab (Youth) of Islam and Armies of the Muslims, Awaken and Join Us in Establishing the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate)

O People of the Ummah of Islam: We call upon you to act to halt the hand of the West as it tampers with our lands and resources. The time has come to safeguard our vital causes and bring them into reality, foremost among them the establishment of the Khilafah state. Through it, we can confront the West, drive it out of our lands, and utilize our wealth in a manner that pleases Allah. We have clung long enough to traitorous rulers, man-made constitutions, and governments that do not represent us, whether republican, secular, democratic, or otherwise. Let us return to the system of ruling governance that Allah, Mighty and Majestic is He, has commanded us to implement, for therein lies our good and the good of the world. Allah (swt) has said,

[وَأَنِ احْكُم بَيْنَهُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ]

“And judge between them O Prophet by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their desires” [TMQ Surah Al-Ma’ida, 5:49].

O Shebaab of Islam and Armies of the Muslims: Wake up and strive with us to establish the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) of which the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave glad tidings of, for there is no salvation for us unless we return to our religion and hold fast to the firmest handhold.

Allah (swt) said,

[لاَ إِكْرَاهَ فِي الدِّينِ قَد تَّبَيَّنَ الرُّشْدُ مِنَ الْغَيِّ فَمَنْ يَكْفُرْ بِالطَّاغُوتِ وَيُؤْمِن بِاللّهِ فَقَدِ اسْتَمْسَكَ بِالْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقَىَ لاَ انفِصَامَ لَهَا وَاللّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ]

“Let there be no compulsion in religion, for the truth stands out clearly from falsehood. So whoever renounces false gods and believes in Allah has certainly grasped the firmest, unfailing hand-hold. And Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.” [TMQ Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:256]

The real problem of Pakistan is the strong grip of colonialism over our affairs and the fact that all our matters are not being decided according to Islamic Shariah, which amounts to a betrayal of our Kalimah of truth, لا إله إلا الله، محمد رسول الله ﷺ. La illaha illa Allah Muhammad Rasool Allah. However, the civilian and military elite have no concern for this. Instead, their only concern is their own power, for the continuation of which they are working day and night. The time has come for you, instead of remaining silent spectators, to fulfil your responsibility and seize power from these corrupt elites and hand it over to its rightful claimant, Hizb ut Tahrir, which is equipped with complete preparations for the establishment of the Second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) and stands before you with a complete plan. Therefore, step forward and play your role in fulfilling this obligation.

The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «ومن مات وليس في عنقه بيعة مات ميتة جاهلية» “Whoever dies while there is no bay'ah of a Khalifah around his neck dies the death of Jahiliyyah.” (Sahih Muslim)

Has the Time Not Come to Uproot the States of Injustice and Establish the State of Mercy?

O Ummah of Muhammad (saw), the Mercy for All Humanity! Allah (swt) said,

[وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِلْعَالَمِينَ]

“We did not send you, O Muhammad (saw), save as a mercy to all humanity.” [TMQ Surah Al-Anbiyaa’: 107]. Indeed, the implementation of the Deen of Muhammad (saw) made the Islamic State a merciful homeland of safety and dignity and was prosperous, allowing all its citizens, regardless of race and religion, share in prosperity and extending merciful assistance to the weak and the incapable. In the book Kitab ul Kharaj (كتاب الخراج The Book of Revenues), Abu Yusuf Al-Hanafi stated, (في خلافةِ أبي بكرٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عنه، كتب خالِدُ بنُ الوليدِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عنه في عَقدِ الذِّمَّةِ لأهلِ الحِيرةِ بالعِراقِ وكانوا من النَّصارى، (وجعَلْتُ لهم: أيُّما شيخٍ ضَعُفَ عن العَمَلِ، أو أصابَتْه آفةٌ من الآفاتِ، أو كان غنيًّا فافتقر، وصار أهلُ دينِه يتصَدَّقون عليه، طُرِحَت جِزيتُه، وعِيلَ من بيتِ مالِ المُسلِمين هو وعيالُه))“During the Khilafah of Abu Bakr (ra), Khalid ibn al-Walid (ra) drafted a treaty of Protection (dhimma) for the people of al-Hira in Iraq, who were Christians, stipulating the following, “For any person who is elderly and too frail to work, or suffers a debilitating affliction, or falls into poverty after having been wealthy—such that members of his own faith begin to give him charity—his jizya tax shall be waived, and both he and his dependents shall be supported by the public treasury of the Muslims.” For centuries, the Khilafah was a merciful homeland of safety and dignity for refugees escaping oppression, including the Sephardic Jews that were expelled in 1492 from Spain by order of the Alhambra Decree of Queen Isabella and King Ferdinand. These Jewish refugees were evacuated by the navy of Sultan Bayezid II and granted sanctuary within the Abode of Islam.

O Ummah of Muhammad (saw), such is the beauty of our Deen and our Islamic history! So, how can we accept that Muslims do not find safety and dignity within their lands, whether they are migrants, refugees or residents? How can we be silent and still at the oppression, heavy handedness, miserliness, neglect and bigotry of the current rulers of the Muslims? Is it not time that we uprooted the hard states of oppression, and established the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate), the state of mercy, in their place?

When Will We Realize the Magnitude of the Power Scattered in Our Hands?!

Government officials and companies state that Poland, while building the largest army in Europe, is turning to domestic and Central European defense firms to reduce reliance on distant suppliers unable to rapidly ramp up deliveries.

Al-Rayah Newspaper: O Muslims! If a state like Poland has realized that independent decision-making requires industry, power, and resources under the state's own control, then it is all the more incumbent upon you to realize the magnitude of the power currently scattered in your hands.

Your lands lack neither wealth, nor strategic location, nor manpower, nor intellect, yet these assets are fragmented across entities separated by colonialist-drawn borders. Consequently, the unified power of the single Ummah has been splintered into dozens of small powers, none of which, on its own, possesses the collective weight of the entire Ummah.

Therefore, we must not view these international shifts merely as spectators, but rather as an Ummah that bears a guiding ideology for the world. The shifting balance of power and the fracturing of old paradigms should reinforce our conviction that reality, however entrenched it may appear, is subject to change. Our Shariah obligation is not to await a new international order forged by America, China, or Europe. Instead, it is to strive earnestly to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood. This will unify our military strength, wealth, and political decision-making into a single entity, restoring our rightful standing among peoples.

Success in this World and the Hereafter Lies in Pleasing Allah (swt) by implementing His Shariah

Allah (swt) has blessed Pakistan to be a nuclear power with a strong military built on industrial capability, and a strong desire to please Allah (swt) and achieve martyrdom. Pakistan is fully capable of becoming the nucleus and a platform to unite the resources and lands of the Ummah to fulfill the obligation of being united under a Khalifah. Indeed, the Ansar (ra) and Muhajireen (ra), after the martyrdom of the second Khaleefah (Caliph) Umar (ra), did not permit the Ummah to be without a Khalifah beyond three days and three nights. And this Ummah is not permitted to have two political leaders, let alone there being over fifty. It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Sa’id al-Khudri that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «إِذَا بُويِعَ لِخَلِيفَتَيْنِ فَاقْتُلُوا الآخَرَ مِنْهُمَا» “When oath of allegiance has been taken for two caliphs, kill the one for whom the oath was taken later.” [Sahih Muslim].

O Brave and Honorable Officers Within the Armed Forces of Pakistan!

The honor and success in this world and the hereafter is in what pleases Allah (swt), the implementation of Shariah law. We are ordered to reject and deny the taghoot, which transgresses against the Shariah of Allah (swt) Who said,

[قَد تَّبَيَّنَ الرُّشْدُ مِنَ الْغَيِّ فَمَنْ يَكْفُرْ بِالطَّاغُوتِ وَيُؤْمِن بِاللّهِ فَقَدِ اسْتَمْسَكَ بِالْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقَىَ لاَ انفِصَامَ لَهَا وَاللّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ]

“The truth stands out clearly from falsehood. So, whoever renounces Taghoot and believes in Allah has certainly grasped the firmest, unfailing hand-hold. And Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.” [TMQ Surah Al-Baqarah: 256].

Be of the people who have traded their lives and wealth with Allah (swt) in exchange for the bliss of Jannah,

[قإِنَّ اللّهَ اشْتَرَى مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُم بِأَنَّ لَهُمُ الجَنَّةَ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ فَيَقْتُلُونَ وَيُقْتَلُونَ وَعْدًا عَلَيْهِ حَقًّا فِي التَّوْرَاةِ وَالإِنجِيلِ وَالْقُرْآنِ وَمَنْ أَوْفَى بِعَهْدِهِ مِنَ اللّهِ فَاسْتَبْشِرُواْ بِبَيْعِكُمُ الَّذِي بَايَعْتُم بِهِ وَذَلِكَ هُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ]

“Allah has indeed purchased from the believers their lives and wealth in exchange for Paradise. They fight in the cause of Allah and kill or are killed. This is a true promise binding on Him in the Torah, the Injeel, and the Quran. And whose promise is truer than Allah’s? So rejoice in the exchange you have made with Him. That is truly the ultimate triumph.” [TMQ Surah At-Tawbah 9:111].

It is only Islam implemented through the Khilafah (Caliphate) state that is the hope and salvation of the Muslims and humanity in general.

Palestinian Elections and the So-Called “Impending Milestone” are a Mirage that the Thirsty Mistake for Water!

The Palestinian Authority (PA) has issued a decree to hold legislative elections next November, with presidential elections to follow at the beginning of next year. It is worth noting that this is not the first time the PA has announced elections, preoccupied the public, and then canceled them. This is because the decision to hold elections is not in its hands, but rather in the hands of America and the Jewish entity. Without their approval and sponsorship, there will be no elections, just as happened with the local (municipal) bodies’ elections.

Ironically, the Palestinian Authority portrays the elections as a right that will achieve something for the people of Palestine, while in reality, they are a mirage that the thirsty mistake for water. The undeniable truth is that the PA’s dark record will not be whitewashed by ballots cast under American sponsorship.

The elections announced by the Palestinian Authority are not a “national democratic” right, as it claims; they are far from it. The PA does not act in the interests of the people of Palestine; rather, it is the PA that has betrayed them and their cause, burdened them, and plunged them into misery and hardship.

These elections, if they are held and concluded, are nothing more than a requirement for “reform” dictated to the PA. European countries have demanded that it undertake “reforms” in various areas, including “political reform,” after its own backers pointed to its corruption. Elections are among these reforms. Trump's 20-point plan also stipulated “reform,” through statement that conditions might finally be available for a credible path toward Palestinian self-determination “when the Palestinian Authority's reform program is implemented faithfully.” As for the PA, it is an opportunity to renew its eroded “legitimacy,” which has been riddled with corruption and reached the point of public contempt, and to reaffirm its dependence on its backers.

These elections were not designed to bring about change, as they claim. Rather, they were designed to involve the PA with others, dragging the people of Palestine and with them the factions in the name of elections, into the lizard’s hole they entered in Oslo and the calamities that emerged from it, and to bear with them the burden of failure that will be repeated, and betrayals that may pass, and to ensure readiness for any stage that requires more concessions and downfall. Especially since it had stipulated in a previous law, as an electoral condition, that the candidates recognize the PLO agreements and they abide by its obligations. That is, it stipulates on them the path of surrender, betrayal, concession and failure that it took, under which the people of Palestine tasted its bitterness and under which their cause was lost, and it is no secret that this is a great sin in the sight of Allah and participation in the crime, whether by candidacy or election.

On the ground, on what and where will the Palestinian Authority establish its “legislative authority,” and on which land, when it has been devoured by settlement outposts and the bulldozers of the entity?! And over which people, when they are crushed by killing, pursued by hunger, and haunted by plans of displacement?! An Authority that does not provide employees with their rights, under a systematic policy of destroying educational and health institutions, and is even incapable of providing relief to a house besieged by settlers, or opening a road blocked by one of their herds with stones, and does not have any control over a water tap! So, what kind of sovereignty, will, and elections will the PA conduct under the “boots” and guns of the occupation?!

In conclusion, the people of Palestine must beware of participating in these elections, individually and collectively, as candidates and voters, for wherever they turn them, they find evil in their corners. The first evil is acknowledging the crime of surrendering Palestine and implicitly participating in the great betrayal committed by the PLO. The second evil is separating the cause of Palestine from its Islamic doctrinal dimension. The third, but not the least, evil is following in the footsteps of those who slaughtered the people of Gaza and aided in their slaughter, and who continue to besiege them, disarm them, and hand them over to the Jews under the name of the Peace Council. The matter is greater than mere absurdity and distractions; rather, it is a crime that brings nothing but sin and the stigma of shame upon its perpetrator, and from which no good is gained in this world, but rather disgrace and regret on the Day of Resurrection.
