Wilayah Syria: Campaign Distribution of Flyers, "Ramadan is the Month of Victories"

Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Syria organized a mass campaign entitled, "Ramadan is the Month of Victories" after the Jumaa prayer in which flyers were distributed to all the worshipers.
