News:

The last week of November and first ten days of December, the Pakistani media was dominated by the issue of missing persons; persons whose relatives have accused the government secret agencies of their abductions. Some of these people have been missing for over a decade now. And some of their corpses have been dumped in abandoned places with signs of severe torture.

Comment:

The problem of missing persons was first created in Pakistan when the then-Army Chief and President of Pakistan Pervez Musharraf entered the American war on terror after 9/11. Naveed Butt, spokesperson of 000 000 in Pakistan, vocal advocate for the abolition of the American Raj and return of the Khilafah "Caliphate", is also amongst these missing persons since 11th May 2012.

This injustice did not end with the Musharraf-Aziz regime; it worsened during the Kayani-Zardari regime. Even though during this period a prime minister was convicted of not abiding the order of writing a letter to the Swiss authorities and eventually lost his premiership, until now neither the ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence) Chief nor the Military Intelligence (MI) nor the army chief have ever appeared in front of Supreme Court, although it has been proved in a number of cases that the missing persons are in custody of the secret agencies. No wonder a lawyer of the missing persons commented, "This shows that the judiciary is still not independent". Similarly a former Lahore High Court Bar President said that, "It is just an eyewash."

Whether it is dictatorship or democracy this Kufr system only protects the interests of the colonialist and their agents. The solution to the problems of the people of Pakistan is not an independent judiciary within this Kufr system. When this capitalist system does not allow us to make an independent foreign policy, economic policy and so on, then can we dream of having an independent judiciary through a system of slavery? Changing faces from Kayani-Zardari to Raheel-Nawaz will never bring relief, what is required is the abolition of this Kufr system.

In order to have a just judiciary, one must have an independent political system first which is the system of Khilafah "Caliphate". This system makes the judiciary just because judiciary only announces verdicts according to the Quran and Sunnah. And every government official whether it is the Khaleefah or Ameer of Jihad or the Wali cannot dare to refuse to come in front of the court and implement its orders. So a judiciary under Khilafah "Caliphate" can make sure the rights of the common people are protected and the rulers are accounted for their breach of the Sharia law.

RasulAllah (saw) warned the Muslims by saying ...«إِنَّمَا أَهْلَكَ الَّذِينَ قَبْلَكُمْ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا إِذَا سَرَقَ فِيهِمْ الشَّرِيفُ تَرَكُوهُ وَإِذَا سَرَقَ فِيهِمْ الضَّعِيفُ أَقَامُوا عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ وَايْمُ اللَّهِ لَوْ أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ مُحَمَّدٍ سَرَقَتْ لَقَطَعْتُ يَدَهَا»

"The people before you were ruined because when a noble person amongst them committed theft, they would leave him, but if a weak person amongst them committed theft, they would execute the legal punishment on him. By Allah, were Fatimah, the daughter of Muhammad, to commit the theft, I would have cut off her hand." [Bukhari]

On 17th December, 2013, the American Radio "Freedom" which is financed by the U.S. Congress, in its recent report warned the government of Afghanistan about the rise of activities of Hizb ut Tahrir. This report is allegedly referred to a youth forum "Samon ao Badloon" as saying that if the government of Afghanistan will not take action against Hizb ut Tahrir, they like Taliban will be a great danger to the current system.

The Media Office of the Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Afghanistan consider this report as part of the overall propaganda of the crusader invaders in the ongoing ‘war of terror' and wants to elucidate the following points, based on the Islamic politics, to all the media and Muslim Ummah;

1.    There is no professional balance in the report of the Radio Azadi, as they have just published what the youth forum mentioned and the Afghan intelligence agency have fed them, and have not taken any burden to contact the media office of Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Afghanistan and ask for our opinion, knowingly that members of Hizb ut Tahrir are present in all spheres of Afghan society, working actively to re-establish the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" following the methodology of the Prophet Muhammad (saw).

2.    As every Muslim in Afghanistan knows that Radio Azadi has always been active to distort facts about Islam and realities on the ground, hence in this report they have followed the same pattern by not conducting proper research about an organization that is very near to establish the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" and to take charge of the affairs of the global Muslims Ummah. The erroneous report said that they have even mentioned that Hizb ut Tahrir was established in 1957, but with a simple they could have discovered that HT was established in 1953. Similar to this, they have mentioned many other ambiguous and unclear statements about Hizb ut Tahrir to confuse the public opinion about the party.

3.    The same Radio referred to an unknown employee of the Afghan National Directorate of Security and asked him, why are members of Hizb ut Tahrir not arrested? He replied; the Afghan Intelligence Agency is monitoring the activities of Hizb ut Tahrir and its worker, as soon as the government officials will command them we will start our activities against Hizb ut Tahrir. Alas, they are ignorant about the fact that from 2009 onwards government of Afghanistan is ruthlessly arresting our members and have arrested tens of our members so far. The National Directorate of Security (NDS) in fact doing all these crimes in a way not to let the people of Afghanistan learn of it, so that to keep the people of Afghanistan in the dark and confused. It is worth mentioning here that just few days ago the Intelligence officials of Kapisa Province have arrested many of our members, who are still in their ruthless custody.

4.    The report also mentions that the party (Hizb ut Tahrir) negates military struggle to achieve its objective but support militancy against the state and other international organizations. Therefore, some observers consider them as a threat to the national security.

The only threat to the national security are the invaders in the form of U.S. NATO and their failed system (Democracy), their sponsored organizations, puppet rulers, their evil intelligence agencies and their private security companies, who by bomb blasts and other such activities are trying to create chaos in Afghanistan and other parts of the Muslim world and accusing Muslims so that to pave way for their long term presence in Afghanistan.

Lastly, we would like to say to Samon ao Badlon youth forum and other such groups that being Muslims it's your duty as well to call for a comprehensive Islamic rule. It is the promise of Allah (swt) and glad tidings of our beloved Prophet (saw) that Khilafah "Caliphate" will re-establish upon the method of Prophethood, and majority of the Muslims of Afghanistan and the rest of the Islamic world are convinced about this and consider it an issue of life and death.

The Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir organized the Jakarta International Conference of Muslim Intellectuals in the Indonesian capital Jakarta, under the title of "The End of Capitalism and the Emergence of Islamic Civilization under the Khilafah "Caliphate" State". Over the course of two days (14-15 December 2013 CE / 11-12 Safar 1435 AH) sophisticated research papers were presented that covered many aspects such as the system of governance, economic challenges, education, science, women and family affairs, energy and natural resources, as well as food security and the health system in the Islamic civilization and the Islamic outlook on these subjects. Moreover the lecturers came from numerous various areas to present keynote lectures dealing with the following topics:

-        Islamic Contribution within the World Civilization: Past, Present and Future

-        The Role of Muslim Intellectuals in the Construction of the Islamic Civilization

-        The Global Collapse of Capitalism: Lessons and Examples from the Global Financial Crisis

-        The Khilafah "Caliphate" State is the Embodiment of Islamic Civilization

-        The Practical Way to Establish the Khilafah "Caliphate"

-        The Role Played by Muslim Scholars and Intellectuals in Rebuilding the Islamic Civilization

The synopsis of the delivered speeches stated the factors causing the fall of the capitalist civilization on the theoretical level and what it suffers from practical crises. Also the aspects that characterize the Islamic civilization were explained, which succeeded in achieving a secure life for its people due to being based on a system from Allah Almighty. This system includes practical solutions that satisfy human's worldly needs to live a life in decency, at the same time it satisfies the spiritual aspect based on Iman (faith) in Allah and the strife to win His pleasure in the Hereafter. This stands in contrast to the materialistic capitalist civilization that has neglected the spiritual side of the human being, transforming man into a materialistic beast, unaware of right and wrong in its pursuit of the pleasures of this mortal life in ways that lead to misery in both worlds. The speeches comprised an appeal to the Muslim intellectuals to work together to revive the Islamic civilization through the establishment of an Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" State.
