"Constitution of the Greatest State"

The Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir is pleased to present to the followers and visitors of the pages of the Central Media Office during the blessed month of Ramadan 1440 AH – 2019 CE a new series on Al-Waqiyah TV entitled "Constitution of the Greatest State" by Eng. Osama Al-Thuwaini.

Hizb ut Tahrir placed a draft of the constitution of the Islamic state in the hands of Muslims; the second Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood, in which the evidence of the provisions contained in the articles of the Constitution, an Islamic constitution derived from the Islamic Shar'i evidence.

In this series we will present glimpses into some articles of the Constitution, in an attempt to realize the progress of Islam and its provisions instead of the decline of Kufr and its laws.
