On Friday 5th December 2014 the Raheel-Nawaz regime's agencies with the help of local police raided a talk arranged by Hizb ut Tahrir in Gulberg, Lahore, and arrested a number of its Shabab. Such talks are a routine activity arranged by Hizb ut Tahrir, across the country in many localities, to explain the idea of Khilafah "Caliphate" and its importance for the revival of the Ummah.

Yesterday, Friday 5 December, the regime's intelligence, accompanied by uniformed police, arrested several at a dars for the study of Islam in Lahore's Gulberg area. Hizb ut Tahrir condemns this lowly act and asks what pains the regime so much regarding the study and propagation of Islam? Why does the regime earn the anger of Allah (swt) by undertaking such oppression

The New York Times reported on the 21st November 2014 that US President Barack Obama has extended the combat role of US troops in Afghanistan for one year after December 2014. Both Governments of Pakistan and Afghanistan welcomed this decision and described the American presence as necessary to keep peace and the continuation of a stable government in Afghanistan.

Today, 11 November 2014, two and half years have passed since the Official Spokesman of Hizbz ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Pakistan, Naveed Butt, was abducted by government agency thugs. Naveed's only crime was that he dedicated his life for Islam, so that this precious Ummah could understand Islam and strive with Hizbz ut Tahrir for Islam's complete implementation through the establishment of Khilafah "Caliphate".
