On 15th November 2008 the women's section of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Bangladesh organized a seminar on the topic ‘Political and Economic Future of Bangladesh: The Need for Khilafah "Caliphate".' Hizb ut-Tahrir/ Britain's Global Financial Crisis Seminar

On the 19th of October 2008 a women's conference was held in Ukraine. It was attended by over 800 women and the press were also in attendance. The lectures examined the role of women in bringing about revival, the empty slogans of women's rights and freedom and the role of women as ordained by Islam.        

In a press release (Arabic) issued by the Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah of Yemen, the activities of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Yemen in the blessed month of Ramadhan were outlined.
