We are not discussing here a group established to implement partial rulings of Islamic law, such as charitable organizations that assist poor Muslims, preaching and guidance societies,

 Despite a number of more than two billion Muslims, an incredibly rapidly growing number in manpower, the most powerful, the best equipped and bravest armies, the most fertile soils and richest underground and aboveground wealth the Muslim Ummah does not possess the political willpower and force to change invasions, colonisations, or the slightest oppression.
