Major rivers continue swelling amid torrential rain and onrush of water downstream from India. Around a dozen trans-border rivers with India in Sylhet and Sunamganj were swelling, while river Kushiara was flowing 114cm above the danger level and Surma was flowing 83cm above the danger level.
