A seminar was organized by Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan on the subject of the way forwards for Pakistan, in the historical city of Lahore, home to ten million people and capital of Pakistan's most populous province, Punjab. "Strategic dialogue" is in fact strategic surrender through which the rulers are strengthening the American grip over the affairs of Pakistan. The aim of the dialogue is to formulate a mechanism whereby America could interfere in all the affairs of Pakistan. Moreover, it endeavours to deceive the masses of Pakistan by portraying as if America is really concerned about solving the Pakistan's problems.

Hizb ut-Tahrir held protests in Peshawar, Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi against the recent string of bomb blasts in Pakistan. Hizb ut-Tahrir strongly condemns the bomb blast in R.A. Bazaar, Lahore. Prior to every military operation, American and Pakistani government set off a series of bomb blasts to create public opinion in favor of the military operation and this series of bomb blasts continue till the end of the operation. This strategy was very apparent in Swat and South Waziristan military operations.
