On Tuesday, 13/03/2018, Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah of Sudan submitted a written request to the authorities in the capital, Khartoum, to notify it of holding the second festival of the Khilafah Scouts, at the Martyr Al-Zubair Mohammed Salih International Conference Center, on Saturday 31/03/2018.
