On the orders of Murad Tanari, head of the Military Council in the city of Ma'arat al-Nu'man, a group of his followers arrested Engineer Mushir Abu al-Laban (Abu Hazem) on the night of 15/6/2018 during the distribution of a press release entitled "Military Council in the City of Ma'arat al-Nu'man Lines up Behind the Tyrants in its War against Hizb ut Tahrir" which confirms what came in the release of him following the policy of repression and muzzling the mouths.
