The Muslim Ummah in Kenya was once again in rude shock on Friday, 16th February 2018, when one of its members Hania Sagar (wife of the martyred Muslim cleric Aboud Rogo) was sentenced to 10 years in prison by a court in Mombasa.
A seminar entitled "The aspirations of the youth ... The dilemma of power ... There is no new hope but a new regime" was organized by the Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah area in Tadammun. The seminar was attended by Mr. Fathi Ben Saleh, Mr. Ahmed Ben Hussein, Mr. Mohamed El-Biscari and Engineer Mohamed Ali Ben Hussein which included a speech by the guest of the seminar, Sheikh Mohammed Al-Hantati.
