As-Salaam Alaikum, I have a question: in the book, The Punishment System in Islam, it states that the killing is of four types, the fourth type what takes the course of wrongful killing, and it is known as the murder without the will of the perpetrator. If it is carried out without his will then why does he have to pay blood money, knowing that the Hadith says, my Ummah will not be accounted for mistakes?

Narrated Anas bin Malik:
حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " يَكْبَرُ ابْنُ آدَمَ وَيَكْبَرُ مَعَهُ اثْنَانِ حُبُّ الْمَالِ، وَطُولُ الْعُمُرِ ". رَوَاهُ شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ.
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The son of Adam (i.e. man) grows old and so also two (desires) grow old with him, i.e., love for wealth and (a wish for) a long life."
