As part of a series highlighting the personalities of Hizb ut Tahrir who are being persecuted by the regime, we present the case of Engineer Zeeshan.
Engineer Zeeshan is now 38 years old, married with four children, and a textile engineer. He was arrested with eleven others on Friday 5 December 2014 during a raid upon an Islamic study circle in Gulberg Lahore.
On Monday morning, 11/4/2016 CE, a delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Jordan headed to the Pakistani Embassy in the Jordanian capital, Amman, where they handed over a letter to the consul of Pakistan, Mr. Masood Gul, who in turn presented it to the Pakistani ambassador, Shafa’at Allah Shah, who promised through the words of consul Masood Gul to hand over the party’s message to the government of his country.
