Assalamu Alaikum, I have money that reached a quorum and almost one year has passed on it. When it was due for Zakat I needed to spend it for a necessity and a small amount remained of it. Do I need to pay Zakat on the original amount since one year (al-Hawl) has passed on it?
On the 29th January 2015, Bangladesh's Social Welfare Minister, Mohsin Ali, speaking as the chief guest at the opening ceremony of a girl's hostel in Moulovibazar, Sylhet, said, "No one can be a college student wearing the burka...Today, Europe looks at those who wear the burqa with disgust and thinks them to be Islamic terrorists....Tomorrow will let us taste where we have brought Islam to in society today".

The Guardian - Gary Younge: "From Guantánamo Bay to King Abdullah, beneath our talk of defending civilised values lies a deep hypocrisy"
Say what you like about the film American Sniper, and people have, you have to admire its clarity. It's about killing. There is no moral arc; no anguish about whether the killing is necessary or whether those who are killed are guilty of anything. "I'm prepared to meet my maker and answer for every shot I took," says Bradley Cooper, who plays the late Chris Kyle, a navy Seal who was reputedly the deadliest sniper in American history. There is certainly no discursive quandary about whether the Iraq war, in which the killing takes place, is either legal or justified. "I couldn't give a flying [.....] about the Iraqis," wrote Kyle in his memoir, where he refers to the local people as "savages".
The film celebrates a man who has a talent for shooting people dead when they are not looking and who, apparently, likes his job. "After the first kill, the others come easy," writes Kyle. "I don't have to psych myself up, or do anything special mentally. I look through the scope, get my target in the crosshairs, and kill my enemy before he kills one of my people."
Comment
Gary Younge makes key observations not lost to the Islamic Ummah. When one recalls that Iraq had nothing to do with 9-11 or WMD; it's even more horrifying that the audiences to the film felt no remorse what so ever for the destruction of a whole country and ‘civilisation'.
We witness Western hypocrisy repeatedly with the Charlie Hebdo one saw the ‘reaction' (albeit a little orchestrated) of the ‘civilised' world. We saw no such reaction when ‘one of their own' Andreas Breivk went on his religious crusade with anti-Islamic undertones.
The Islamic Ummah sees the common thread, there is no horror when it is the Muslims who are massacred. It is a "celebration of free speech" to insult the noble Prophet Muhammad (saw), however woe betide anyone who might raise even an inquisitive eyebrow to the veracity of the holocaust.
The West would like to pride itself that it is a society based on reason and knowledge and that its people have a measure of intellectual curiosity and integrity. However when it's ‘civilisation' is driven by bias and bigotry and fails to confront the truth of Islam, it hides behind hypocrisy, fear and ultimately a 2-dimensional celluloid ‘us against them' world view of Islam and its Ummah.
The Islamic Ummah can see, our lands, our honour, our wealth, our blood is not secure in the Western construct of this world. Democracy and capitalism protects and promotes only Kufr and Taghut. The Western world view will never be objective, good and bad, right and wrong will always take on their secular self-centred frame of reference.
The only way we will have the right to live, in peace and security and in the way of or beloved Nabi Muhammad (saw) is by answering the call of Allah and His Messenger (saw) - i.e. by establishing Islam in the true Daulah (State) of Islam, by the method of Muhammad (saw). Allah (swt) commands Muhammad (saw):
((قُلْ هَذِهِ سَبِيلِي أَدْعُو إِلَى اللّهِ عَلَى بَصِيرَةٍ أَنَاْ وَمَنِ اتَّبَعَنِي وَسُبْحَانَ اللّهِ وَمَا أَنَاْ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ))
"Say, ‘This is my way; I invite to Allah with insight, I and those who follow me. And exalted is Allah; and I am not of those who associate others with Him.'" [Yousef: 108]

Police officials in the southern French city of Nice questioned an 8-year-old boy who is believed to have made comments in school defending the gunmen who killed 17 people in terrorist attacks in and near Paris this month, a senior regional police official confirmed on Thursday.
Conflicting reports remain as to the nature of the comments made by the boy, with some reports claiming he said, "We must kill all French people". Identified only as Ahmed, he was asked if he was Charlie, in reference to the satirical involved in the attack, three times by his teacher, to which he replied that he opposed the cartoons because of its depiction of the Prophet Muhammad and he was on the side of the attackers. He had also caused concern at the school when he refused to acknowledge a minute's silence for the 12 victims killed in the attack on the offices of Charlie Hebdo. Both father and son were held and interviewed by police.
The supposed statements of Ahmed grabbed headlines across the country and spurred a debate on social media and elsewhere about whether France's desire to combat terrorism was tipping over into hysteria. The questioning of the boy was condemned as "unacceptable" by the France's main Islamophobia watchdog. Since the attacks, France has moved to enforce tough new laws against the incitement of terrorism, fueling tensions between free speech and public order.
Comment:
The Charlie Hebdo attacks gave the Western governments the excuse they needed to finally crackdown on the Muslim community in a way they had planned for some time. It is no longer viewed as hypocritical for the freedom of speech of Muslims to be limited, it is seen as protecting national security. The values and principles of Islam have been publicly deemed extreme and Muslims are told they must accept the need for reform if they wish to live in a secular state.
Critical thinking by Muslims has been criminalized and government policies have become explicit in ensuring advocating the targeting of Muslims, young and old to prevent "radicalization". Muslims will be monitored if they disagree with Western foreign policy, feel a desire for political or moral change or questioned media reporting on certain issues. The façade of integration or any calls for tolerance and respect has disappeared entirely.
Indeed, we are seeing the truth in what Allah (swt) says in Surah Baqarah verse 120:
وَلَن تَرْضَى عَنكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلاَ النَّصَارَى حَتَّى تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ قُلْ إِنَّ هُدَى اللّهِ هُوَ الْهُدَى وَلَئِنِ اتَّبَعْتَ أَهْوَاءهُم بَعْدَ الَّذِي جَاءكَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ مَا لَكَ مِنَ اللّهِ مِن وَلِيٍّ وَلاَ نَصِيرٍ
"And never will the Jews or the Christians approve of you until you follow their religion. Say, "Indeed, the guidance of Allah is the only guidance." If you were to follow their desires after what has come to you of knowledge, you would have against Allah no protector or helper."
The outlook for Muslims in the West is bleak, with attacks on Muslims individually and in the media daily. But it is in remembrance of this ayah that the Muslim community must persevere against the plans of the enemies of Islam in order to be successful.

After the Battle of Uhud the Prophet (saw) sent Ubai Bin Ka'ab to examine what became of Sa'd Bin Ar-Rabee', if he was alive or dead, and said to him, if you see him, tell him the Messenger of Allah is asking how do you find yourself? When he saw him, he was wounded and dying, he was stabbed a dozen times, and he gave him the message from the Messenger (saw), "How do find yourself?" Sa'd replied, "Tell the Messenger of Allah, I found the smell of heaven, and tell my people the Ansar, "You have no excuse to Allah if anyone attacks the Messenger of Allah as long as your eyes blink" and then he died, with his heart full of love for the Messenger of Allah (saw).
More than fourteen centuries ago the companions of the Prophet (saw) heard first hand from their Prophet (saw) the truthful and trustworthy the words of Allah (swt) that He (swt) is pleased with them:
﴿لَقَدْ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِذْ يُبَايِعُونَكَ تَحْتَ الشَّجَرَةِ فَعَلِمَ مَا فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ فَأَنْزَلَ السَّكِينَةَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَأَثَابَهُمْ فَتْحًا قَرِيبًا * وَمَغَانِمَ كَثِيرَةً يَأْخُذُونَهَا وَكَانَ اللَّهُ عَزِيزًا حَكِيمًا﴾
"Certainly was Allah pleased with the believers when they pledged allegiance to you, [O Muhammad], under the tree, and He knew what was in their hearts, so He sent down tranquility upon them and rewarded them with an imminent conquest. And much war booty which they will take. And ever is Allah Exalted in Might and Wise." [Al-Fatih: 18-19]
Allah was aware of what is within themselves and that they would fulfill the pledge and will do anything wholeheartedly with exceptional acceptance, and they proved how much they love Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw) with their sacrifices to defend him (saw). Abu Bakr (ra), the companion of the Messenger of Allah in the Hijra (immigration), used to walk in front of the Prophet for one hour and behind him for another hour to protect him and he used to say to him, "If there ever was trouble, I wish for it to befall on me and not you."
In the Battle of Uhud, there are wonderful stories of the love of the companions, men and women of the Beloved Prophet Muhammad (saw). Abu Talha Al-Ansari protected the Prophet (saw) with a steel bar when the people dispersed away from him (saw), and he would say to him, "I sacrifice my father and mother for you, O Messenger, do not approach otherwise an arrow from the people will hit you, I would rather it strike my chest not yours." And Umm Umara Almazinah whom the Prophet (saw) described her defending him:
«ما التفتُّ يمينا ولا شمالا إلا أراها تقاتل دوني»
"Whenever I turned to the right or to the left, I saw her fighting to protect me", and she had more than a dozen wounds and did not care, her main concern was to accompany him (saw) in paradise, so he (saw) prayed for her and her husband and her two sons, who were among the few that have not been defeated. The Prophet's Du'aa for them was:
«اللهم اجعلهم رفقائي في الجنة».
"Oh Allah, make them my companions in Paradise". She was content and said, "I am not concerned with whatever befalls me in the world". After the return of the Muslims to the Medina, a woman from Bani Dinar received the news of the death of her father, brother, and husband, but she was only concerned with the wellbeing of the Prophet (saw) and was satisfied only when she was reassured that the Messenger of Allah was well. She looked at him and said the famous quote, "Every grave calamity we can bear but not the one that befalls you, O Messenger of Allah."
Indeed, such were the hearts of the companions, despite all that they suffer from difficulties and calamities, they were ready to bear, but they could not bear to for a calamity strike the Prophet (saw). When Khubaib Bin Udai Al-Ansari was about to be killed they asked him would you like Muhammad to be in your place? He responded, "By Allah, I would hate to be with my family while Muhammad (saw) is harmed by a thorn."
These are the supporters of the Prophet (saw), who gained the honor of the victory, and this is the portrayal of their enduring sentiments, they were not concerned with worldly matters and did not aspire to anything but the blessing and pleasure of Allah (swt), the Almighty says in their description,
((يَبْتَغُونَ فَضْلًا مِنَ اللَّهِ وَرِضْوَانًا وَيَنْصُرُونَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ أُولَئِكَ هُمُ الصَّادِقُونَ))
"...seeking bounty from Allah and [His] approval and supporting Allah and His Messenger, [there is also a share]. Those are the truthful" [Al-Hashr: 8]
By these hearts that Allah (swt) knew what is within them, Islam emerged, the Deen of Truth not only in the Arabian Peninsula, but throughout the inhabited parts of this wide earth, Allah (swt) says,
((هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَى وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ))
"It is He who sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion, although those who associate others with Allah dislike it." [As-Saff: 9]
Islam in reality is still dominant over all religions. But it is the only remaining Deen that is capable of application and leadership, in spite of all we see of assembly of nations against Muslims, and it will expand until the glad-tiding of the Prophet (saw) is realized:
«زويت لي الأرض فرأيت مشارقها ومغاربها وسيبلغ ملك أمتي ما زوي لي منها»
"Allah showed me the Earth, so I saw its easts and its wrests, and the authority of my Ummah will be all that I was shown."
All this love - although it is little for what he (saw) represents - because of the collection of virtues and qualities in his character that can only be seen in him from the human race. Ibn Al-Qayyim may Allah have mercy on him said, "Know that in the Messenger of Allah (saw) is a good example for you in his life and death, and in word and deed, and all the situations he endured are lessons and enlightenment for those who are seeking them, as no one is more honorable to Allah than him. He was devoted to Allah and beloved, he was the chosen one by Allah, His Messenger and His Prophet." In origin the one who loves, hastens to follow the methodology of his beloved and takes his way as an example. Therefore what if the Beloved is not just a great person at a specific period of time, who was defended by his companions but then after his death the matter was over; even more what if he is the best of humanity, the Prophet of mercy, the Prophet of the best nation that included the likes of Omar Ibn al-Khattab who said to the Prophet (saw), "You are dearer to me than everything except myself" in which the Prophet (saw) responded,
«لن يؤمن أحدكم حتى أكون أحب إليه من نفسه»
"None of you truly believes until I am dearer to him than himself," Omar (ra) did not hesitate, but immediately replied to his request, he said, "By the one who revealed to you the Book you are dearer to me than myself." The Prophet (saw) said, الآن يا عمر»» "Now, O Omar".
The Messenger knew his place in "Al-Farouk", Omar's heart but wanted to teach us, the believing Muslims, in order to fortify his love in our souls during the times of distractions. And the time has come: his guidance (saw) and his Seerah has long been overdue, and the weakness of the concept of the Islamic creed is in the hearts of many of us, and our zeal and protectiveness of our Deen and our Prophet has weakened, this made those who in the past feared our State become more brazen. The Ummah's prestige stems from the prestige of its ruler, and in the absence of the rule of Islamic Shariah, the Islamic Ummah's prestige became absent - So they dared to attack our Prophet our beloved, our Quran, and our sanctities and our honor, and even our souls.
The mocking of the Noble Prophet and insults, and attacking the honour of his family is not new, but it began during his life time and Allah protected him from the mockers, even his noble name was not uttered by Satan (Azib of Aqaba) when he called loudly on the Kuffar wanting to reveal the allegiance (bay'ah) treaty that was secretly conducted, saying, O People are you aware of Muzmam (he meant Muhammad) and those who left their faith with him, had met to fight you.
Allah had protected His Beloved (saw) from the harm of his enemies, as the time when Abu Jahl was determined to step on the neck of the Prophet (saw) while he was in Sujood (prostration) and cover his face with dust, when he approached the Prophet (saw) with the intention to harm, he horridly retreated in defeat flailing his hands to protect himself, his companions wondered why he did this, he explained that there was a trench of fire between me and him and terrifying wings (angels defending him), the Prophet (saw) said:
«لو دنا مني لاختطفته الملائكة عضوا عضوا»
"If he came closer to me the Angels would have ripped him apart organ by organ."
Also Allah (swt) Avenged His Messenger (saw) from those who mocked and insulted him, and exposed them, as happened with his (saw) writer who converted to Islam and then apostatized and returned back to being a Christian and claimed that the Prophet does not know except what he wrote for him. Allah took his soul and when they wanted to bury him, the earth rejected him repeatedly, so they left him dejected. This was the penalty of those who slandered the Prophet (saw), Allah punished him and exposed his lies.
The Prophet (saw) allowed those from the companions who wished to retaliate against those who offended him with insults and insidious poems and attacked his honor from the people characterized by deceit and malice to Islam and Muslims, such as Abu Rafi Bin Abi Al-Huqaiq, who was from of the great Jewish criminals, who helped gather allies supported them with supplies and money against the Muslims. He used to buy women (al-qiyan) reciting satirical poems filled with insults to the Prophet (saw). He had to be punished, some of his (saw) companions led by Abdullah Bin Atik went out to undergo the task despite the difficulty. Since he was inside a fortress making it impossible for any stranger to enter, however, Allah's success and facilitation of matters made Abdullah Bin Atik resourceful in finding access and avenge the Prophet and return unscathed except for a broken leg which the Prophet healed by wiping his hands over it.
Muslims despite their hearts full of fury for the insults on the Prophet (saw), they rejoiced for the defeat of those who insulted the Prophet (saw). Muslims at times despaired from the siege of one the fortresses and areas in Ash-Sham spanning several months; but when the people of Kufr insulted the Messenger of Allah, or attacked his honor, their conquests became easier, it was barely hindering for only one or two days or so, and then it was forced open with a great battle.
Following the method of the Messenger of Allah (saw) in punishing the one who insults the Prophet (saw), Muslim leaders proceeded, including Salahuddin who vowed to kill Arnat, the mastermind of Karak, because he violated the treaty and killed Muslims. When Muslims reminded him of the treaty, he mocked the Prophet (saw), so when Arnat was brought in front of Salahuddin, he avenged the Messenger and killed him.
Thus was the fate of the one who insults the best of creations, he meets the severest response and society is cleansed of him and his evils, though Allah has protected His Messenger which is sufficient for him than the support of the creation, He (swt) says:
((أَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِكَافٍ عَبْدَهُ))
"Is not Allah sufficient for His Servant [Prophet Muhammad]?" [Az-Zummar: 36]
Whereas Allah tests you by making you struggle with each other, thus Allah knows who will support Him and his Deen, without your knowledge, so that He (swt) account for the actions.
Today, Western countries live in fear of the return of the giant of Islam which has awakened in the minds and hearts of Muslims, so they have started to rush back towards Islam to be their way of life as it had been before, to rescue them from the suffering from the West's oppression and its rotten capitalist system.
In order to prevent the Muslims from reaching their aim, the West attempted to tarnish their image and portray them as terrorists, using a variety of methods to attack the foundations of Islam, which includes insulting Islam and attacks on the Messenger (saw) and against the Qur'an and its desecration with the pretext of freedom of expression! Furthermore they pursue dedicated scholars and Dawah carriers, and attacks on mosques from demolition and arson, and attacks on the Islamic teachings, and to depict Islam as an evil religion of violence and terrorism. All to make Muslims respond to such abuses violently even to carry out assassinations, which the West will use as a pretext in front of their people to fight the Muslims and access their countries under the pretext of defending human rights in all its forms with the help of the malignant politicized media, and writers with contaminated minds with ideas of secularism and liberalism, including Al-Azhar, which is regarded as a platform of Islam which allowed a book by Bush's grandfather which the US administration said it refers to Muhammad as a charlatan and describes Islam as a "a huge heretical myth" a decade ago. How offensive is their sayings!
All this is happening and our rulers the agents of the Kaffir colonizer, who are separated from their people in thought and feeling, deaf, dumb and blind like cattle, but they are far astray, standing to the aggressor's side against the victims and defending the attackers. What we've seen from the condemnation of the attack on the notorious Charlie Hebdo Newspaper and how quickly they participated in the march of solidarity in France, giving speeches denouncing the actions and the perpetrators, and holding Muslims and Islam responsible. This proves that these rulers do not belong to the Muslim Ummah and the Ummah has disassociated themselves from them. Woe to them! Do they not see how animals instinctively defend themselves and their herd, they are actually more astray than the animals. Allah (swt) says:
((يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنْ تَنْصُرُوا اللَّهَ يَنْصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُم * وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فَتَعْسًا لَهُمْ وَأَضَلَّ أَعْمَالَهُمْ))
"O you who have believed, if you support Allah, He will support you and plant firmly your feet. But those who disbelieve - for them is misery, and He will waste their deeds." [Muhammad: 7-8]
This is not the first time that evil tongues dare insult our Prophet, the crown of our heads and our beloved Muhammad (saw), and attack our creed, it is a series of deliberate abuses, with attacks increasing in recent years. Since when had Vatican Popes been able to unleash their tongues against Islam? Since when had Danish newspapers been allowed to publish cartoons insulting the Prophet (saw)? And since when had the ruler of a Muslim country dare to give a speech blaming Muslims for what happened to the newspaper? From the platforms of Western colonizers, these rulers call them to reform themselves and reconsider their essence, and not long ago he called to change the discourse of the Deen, regarding Islam as the cause of terrorism, and he has forgotten that he terrorized his people and showed them all forms of oppression and injustice, isn't this the real terrorism? Hasbunallah wa ni'mal wakil "Sufficient for us is Allah, and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs."
These people and their likes would not have dare transgress if there was someone who will cut their tongues. For what always emerges from an angry reaction from the Ummah is centered either in the call for a boycott of the purchase of products of the aggressor states and boycotting their websites to strike their economy, or to carry out demonstrations and marches condemning or demanding the expulsion of ambassadors, and there are those who believe that the defense will be by more frequent prayer and peace upon the Prophet, and Dhikr and prayer (du'a) against the offenders. Did these methods achieve anything for Muslims?! Did it silence their tongues or pushed away the evil? Certainly not, the protectiveness of the Prophet (saw) is not limited to anger and emotional actions, but the correct action is to adhere to his Sunnah and support his Message, and work hard to establish the guided Khilafah "Caliphate" upon the method of Prophethood which alone is capable of stopping these series of attacks, and it is the only one able to preserve the Rulings of Islam and the defend the Islamic Ummah. Allah (swt) says:
((قُلْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُحِبُّونَ اللَّهَ فَاتَّبِعُونِي يُحْبِبْكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ))
"Say, [O Muhammad], "If you should love Allah, then follow me, [so] Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful." [Al-i-Imran: 31]
Therefore to all Muslims who truly are protective about their Deen and their Messenger, to all who assume a rank in the military of the Arab and Muslim lands from the top rank downwards, to the people of power and protection: You have no excuse to Allah if anyone attacks the Messenger of Allah as long as your eyes blink!
For how long will the inaction persist to give victory to the Deen of Allah? How long will you remain silent over the insults to the Deen of Allah and His Messenger and His Book? How long will you remain subservient to your rulers and give blind obedience to them? By Allah your money and positions that they use to seduce you will not save you on the Day you meet your Lord, then you will say the Words of Allah Almighty,
((مَا أَغْنَى عَنِّي مَالِيَهْ هَلَكَ عَنِّي سُلْطَانِيَهْ))
"My wealth has not availed me. Gone from me is my authority" [Al-Haqqa: 28-29]
And by Allah the thrones of your rulers are weaker than the spider's web, if you only knew. So why not shake your hands of them and hasten to reserve your seat of truth by the Mighty King, and demolish all the pillars of your seats with those misguided, misguiding, arrogant tyrants.
Will you not get angry for the sake of Allah to restore the Ummah's rights from those who subjected it to all kinds of oppression and tyranny, and restore its pride and strength? If one of the first people in Hellfire on the Day of Judgment will be the martyr whose intention was not sincerely for Allah, but fought for so that is said that he is courageous, then what about the punishment of the one who fights in defense of the enemies and traitors to Allah and His Messenger? Man has only one soul that Allah (swt) has decreed with a specific time for its end, so let all of you decide how you would want your soul to depart. Will it be in Allah's pleasure that will be victorious with Allah's pleasure and paradise accompanied by the master of martyrs and the righteous, or in the pleasure of the slaves who forgot Allah and sold their Deen for the world of others, in which you will be beside them in the flaming Fire only reached by the wretched?
These are decisive moments, so choose carefully and prepare your luggage, select your company and decide your destination. Will it be the Kufr camp and what it requires of subordination and loyalty to the Kuffar and their associates, or to the camp of Iman and the required zeal and anger for Allah and His Messenger and support for the workers to resume the Islamic way of life and the declaration of the second guided Khilafah "Caliphate" upon the method of Prophethood, the Promise of Allah and glad-tiding of His Messenger (saw)? What a great honor if you attain it, it is an hour of patience, either martyrdom or Khilafah "Caliphate", so rush to this great honor before Allah replaces you with men of more power. Do not fear anyone but Allah when speaking the truth. Who will obtain the honor of giving a pledge of allegiance (Bay'ah) to the Khaleefah? Who will rule by the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (saw) in which the Kaffir West will be shown the deterrent response?

Radhiyah Abdullah- Bait Al-Maqdis
Praise be to Allah who sent Muhammad with the Truth, a witness, promising and warning, and a dawah carrier to Allah, by His permission, and an illuminating lantern. And prayers of Allah and peace be upon you, O Messenger of Allah, and a good blessing from Allah who sent you and sent you as a mercy to the worlds...
O Muslims ... O armies... O officers and soldiers!
From Al-Aqsa Mosque, we address you. From the ascension of the Messenger of Allah we call your resoluteness to rise. From here... From this Blessed Land where the Messenger of Allah PBUH lead the Prophets in prayer. We address our speech to you...to succor Islam...to succor the Messenger of Allah PBUH...and to liberate Al-Aqsa Mosque. We say to you "By the Khilafah "Caliphate" and Muslim Armies We Defend the Messenger of Allah and Protect the Creed and the Holy Sites"
Indeed...only the Khilafah "Caliphate" and its armies can succor the Messenger of Allah PBUH. Only the Muslim armies will be capable of trampling the nose of France and all states of infidelity into the soil.
Only the Pakistani army officers, the Egyptian army officers and the Turkish army officers and other soldiers of Islam are the ones capable of defending Islam, Protecting the honor of religion, preserving the holy sites, and liberating Al-Aqsa Mosque and ridding it from the filth of the Jews.
O Muslims from all parts of the earth...
The disbelievers would not attack Islam and harm the Messenger of Allah PBUH if you had a Khilafah "Caliphate" and Khaleefah, and an army storming the lands.
The Messenger had been harmed before; Quraish had inflicted harm on him and Al-Taif caused him to bleed.
((وَإِذْ يَمْكُرُ بِكَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لِيُثْبِتُوكَ أَوْ يَقْتُلُوكَ أَوْ يُخْرِجُوكَ وَيَمْكُرُونَ وَيَمْكُرُ للَّهُ وَاللَّهُ خَيْرُ الْمَاكِرِينَ))
"Remember how the Unbelievers plotted against thee, to keep thee in bonds, or slay thee, or expel thee. They plot and plan, and Allah too plans; but the best of planners is Allah." [Al-Anfal: 30]
However, the Messenger PBUH established the Islamic State, and in the major Battle of Badr the leaders of Quraish were killed, and Al-Taif was besieged till they submissively surrendered to the rule of Islam.
The Jews also conspired to kill the Messenger of Allah PBUH; nonetheless, Allah shielded and saved him. In return, the Messenger PBUH invaded them in their very dwellings... Behold the consequence of what happened to the people of Quraizah and Bani al-Nadir, the consequence of those who "harm" Allah and His Messenger. Behold the end of the Persians (Al-Faris) who tore the Messenger's letter, thus Allah tore their ruling into shreds.
((إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ لَعَنَهُمُ اللَّهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمْ عَذَابًا مُهِينًا))
"Those who annoy Allah and His Messenger - Allah has cursed them in this World and in the Hereafter, and has prepared for them a humiliating Punishment" [Al-Ahzab: 57]
Therefore, let America, the head of Kufr (infidelity), and its allies: France, Britain, Russia, and all those assembled in Britain, that their war against Islam and their harming of the Prophet will render them disgrace in this life and painful punishment in the Hereafter. We shall never forget who abused and inflicted harm on our Prophet and Religion; their penalty shall never be different from those who had harmed Islam.
It is from the heart of Al-Aqsa Mosque that we address the peoples in western countries, in Europe and America in particular, and all the peoples of the world...
Our Islam that your leaders have declared war against is the religion of Allah (The Compassionate and the Knowledgeable) with which only you can live in peace... Islam is the mercy with which Mohammad PBUH was sent.
((وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِلْعَالَمِينَ))
"We sent thee not, but as a Mercy for all creatures." [Al-Anbiya: 107]
Islam is the religion that will purify your societies from crime, injustice, and corruption, and will rid you from the predator capitalists...
Islam is the religion that will protect your women from harassment and rape crimes... Islam will save the woman from exploitation and honor her, and preserve her chastity and dignity.
Islam is the religion that will bring justice to your societies and preserve your rights.
Islam is the religion that will bring your happiness and by it with which you live tranquilly and become merciful to one another.
Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah, was sent with Islam to remove you out of darkness and into the light. He calls you to worship Allah Alone. He calls you to truthfulness and honesty, calls you to your kinship, and forbids injustice and aggression.
This is Islam which your rulers fight and strive for its obstruction; your leaders work to mislead and distract you away from it.
We Muslims work to establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" which our Messenger PBUH commanded us with it in order to bring the good to you...to bring Islam to you....We call you to embrace Islam... We call you to the good of this life and the Hereafter...
O Muslims... O dear officers and soldiers in Muslim countries:
Your rulers are the head of criminality and the source of all evils. They handed your lands to your enemies; they split the Muslim global community, they suspended the implementation of Quran and the traditions of His Messenger, and they squandered the holy sites. There is no good in them whatsoever; evil is what they only do and bring to you. Have you not seen them marching hand in hand with the disbelievers who inflicted harm on the Messenger PBUH... Is there an offence graver than their suspension of the implementation of the Quran and the Messenger's traditions?
O righteous men in the Pakistani and Egyptian armies, O Muslim armies in all parts of world: Do you not have amongst you a man such as Abu Dujana or Zaid bin Haritha to defend the Messenger of Allah PBUH? Is there not amongst you a man to succor Allah and His Messenger?
Hizb ut Tahrir addresses you from Al-Aqsa Mosque and says to you: By the Khilafah "Caliphate" and the Muslim Armies We Defend the Messenger of Allah and Protect the Creed and the Holy Sites. Will you respond? Will you answer?
O Allah, let this call reach the Muslims
O Allah, let the call penetrate the hearts of the Muslims
O Allah, we absolve any relation with the disbelievers, hypocrites and traitors
Oh Allah, we hold You witness that we love You and love your Messenger... Oh Allah, do not let our call fail
Oh Allah, destroy France and all those supporting France... Oh Allah, ruin France's arrogance and destroy its power.
Oh Allah, hasten a truly-guided Khilafah "Caliphate" on the method of the Prophethood implementing religion and unifying the Muslim declaration, and that fights back oppressors, and liberates the Muslim holy sites.
O Allah, bestow your prayers and blessings on our Prophet Mohammad and make us his companions [in the Hereafter]. Praise be to Allah, the Lords of the Worlds.
