On Sunday 10 January, 2016, local news media outlet in Chittagong, The Daily Purbokone, has published a front-page report, titled “Talented students targeted by the militants”, which absurdly attempted to link Hizb ut Tahrir to militancy and vilify the truthful image of its party activists with fictitious information.
