borrowing from foreign countries and international financial institutions, where it is mentioned in the book The Funds in the Khilafah "Caliphate" State that it is prohibited by the Shariah because borrowing from them cannot happen except via usurious interest and conditions... The question is: When can the borrowing be permitted, and what are the conditions which makes it prohibited? Is there a difference if these countries are in treaty or in warship?

Pursued by a government intent on stemming the influx of migrants, refugees say the UN's refugee agency is also failing them.

Malaysia has refused to sign the UN Convention on Refugees, meaning that those who come here must register with the UNHCR and have their claims of asylum certified before they can join long waiting lists to move to another country.

Often it can take a decade. They live in fear of the police, who they say regularly demand money in exchange for not hauling them off to detention centres notorious for abuse.

Comment:

The individualism and benefit-driven worldview espoused by Capitalism has borne fruit in Malaysia's treatment of the helpless and the weak. Even basic humanity is thrown out the window when mother and child are separated soon after birth and postnatal care is but a cruel joke.

Malaysia's triumphant proclamations of being an Islamic country are shown to be hollow and false.

The various Surahs in Juz 30 of the Quran are sufficient as guidance for the treatment of the weak and needy and of people who are desperate. Yet the ayat of Allah has clearly not been use as guidance. From the lowest police private doing his 'job' to the highest echelons of government. Surely Capitalism is a corrupt way of life that treats human beings only as well as they contribute to wealth generation. Yet for narrow political reasons even those who could and do contribute are oppressed.

Only by returning to the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet (saw) will humanity be rightly guided and achieve happiness and security. Where the strong protect the weak. When Man submits to the will of the Creator and taqwa is the prime motivator no personal gratification. What other than the Khilafah "Caliphate" will Allah's Deen be implemented in daily life and justice prevail in this world?
