Eventful hours were lived in the Çağlayan Courthouse in Istanbul, after the prosecutor of Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office of Employee Crimes, Mehmet Selim Kiraz who was leading an investigation into the death of Berkin Elvan, was taken hostage by The Revolutionary People's Liberation Party-Front (DHKP-C). At about 8:30 pm, two explosions and hundreds of gunfire could be heard. Comment:

The Turkish Republic's history since its foundation became scene of many sensational actions, thousands of murders by unkown assailants, and numerous slaughters. What else can be expected from a state and its rulers who view its own people as enemies. Ruling by spreading fear between its people, and dividing into poles of Kurd-Turk, Right-Left are its usual styles of ruling. Since the ruling of the AKP, almost every incident was used as a tool to divert society through polarizing by either the government or the opposition parties.

The questions and investigations regarding the murderers of Berkin Elvan who was killed during the Gezi protests in Turkey by a police bullet and who turned to a symbol of the Gezi protests, are being campaigned by opposition groups for a long time. CHP, MHP, HDP and the Gülen group in the fore were stalemating the AKP and in particular Erdogan over Berkin Elvan.

On Tuesday, the 31st of March, the day were Berkin Elvan's court trial should take place, two members of DHKP-C took prosecutor Mehmet Selim Kiraz hostage and killed him after almost 9 hours. Kiraz investigated on the file of Berkin Elvan. According to the police chiefs statements, the prosecutors room was entered after hearing shootings and thereby the DHKP-C militants were killed too.

The next day, on first of April, another armed person stormed the police station at Istanbul Kartal and hung a Turkish flag with a sword added, the so-called "Zülfikar", on the window. This incident was interpreted as a provokation aiming at particularly the Alevi part of society. And authorities did not give any further explanations about this incident. In relation tho this event President Erdoğan said, "At the same time I regard the attack on the District Office of the AKP in Kartal as an attitude aiming to undermine the Solution Process. I regard it as the attitude of those who do not believe in democracy. This all has to be known - that democracy is not an ordinary system that would succumb to such attacks. It is a must for those who believe in democracy to stand together against such terrorists."

The same day, again two members of the same terror organisation armed with heavy machine guns attacked the Istanbul police headquarters in Vatan street this time. And here two police officers were wounded, a female terrorist was killed in the clash and another terrorist was caught and arrested. The named terror organisation took over both attacks. Police forces initiated operations against this organisation across the whole country. It was also reported in the news that a British Spy agent was arrested during these operations in Istanbul.

Before this sinister incident occurred, Turkey's inner agenda was determined by the Presidential System, sending a "monitoring committee" consisting of wise men to Abdullah Öcalan, the dispute between President Erdogan and Vice Prime Minister Bülent Arınç, the dispute between Bülent Arınç and metropolitan municipality mayor of Ankara, and the discussions about the domestic security package.

In addition to these incidents on that day there occurred two other important incidents. Firstly: Throughout the country their occurred an electricity blackout in more than 35 cities at the same time. The energy minister could not give a convincing explanation to the public till today. Secondly: Also as an effect of the conflict between AKP and [Gülen] Cemaat, on the 31st of March 2015, i.e. the day of the sinister incident, the active duty officers arrested during the "Balyoz" [Slashhammer] case which occupied Turkey's agenda for a very long time, received an acquittal.

Subjugated to domestic and foreign interventions for very long years, Turkey is a country that endured social engineering. This country faced four strikes in 90 years. Also a lot of events were fabricated in order to push through some laws at parliament. As an example, there occurred a group that crushed Atatürk busts. This was followed by the parliaments release of the Law Number 5816 of Protecting Atatürk. Not only that thousands of people received punishments due to this law, it also prevented discussions on the regime. Alongside this, the "Madımak" event where 37 people were killed on 3rd of July 1991, has still left behind unanswered questions. However, from that day until today, the Alevi segment of society regards this event as a Kerbela event and bears hostility against the whole of the Sunni society.

Therefore, those hands (the organisation) that pulled the trigger in these events are obvious. And we will see who will benefit most from these. Even though the Gezi events and the "corruption operations" from 17-25th of December were initiated against the AKP government, the AKP won two elections through polarizing the society and directing perceptions. Now, the government as well as the opposition with their political ambitions are going to exploit these events and to abuse it in their own favour. Three attacks within two days and an electricity blackout in 25 cities at the same time is nothing normal. These incidents can be interpreted as signs for further incidents until the elections on 7th of June.

The list was tabled on Tuesday morning however, some opposition senators questioned why the report was not gazetted before being debated as required by the law." [Source: The Daily Nation]

Comment:

The whole world under the heinous yoke of capitalism democracy, continues to be overshadowed by the dreadful nightmare of corruption. In Kenya, the speech of the president on the state of the nation, delivered on Thursday, 26/3/2015, exposed how deep this MENACE is, apart from admitting openly the existence of this problem thus compelling President Uhuru Kenyatta to apologize for any past wrong doings that might have been committed against citizens!

The president gave directive that all those who were adversely mentioned on the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) report, among them cabinet secretaries, principal secretaries, senators, governors, heads of parastatals and various public officers ought to resign and give way for smooth investigation. This may be mistaken to take place in the so-called developing countries. In fact, the west has the tendency of portraying themselves as icons of success, while the rest of the world to be corrupt, due to lack of democracy in those countries as a pretext to invade and steal their resources. However, history reveals massive corruption even in those states that claim to uphold and propagate capitalism democracy; clearly this shows corruption is part and parcel of the colonial ideology: CAPITALISM DEMOCRACY.

Typical example is the scandal, known as DEAL OF THE CENTURY that encompassed many big capitalist democratic states like the USA, The Netherlands, West Germany, Italy and Japan. The series of corruption scandals, involved Lockheed where millions of bucks and yen were dished out as bribes to capitalist politicians, businessmen, lobbyists and influential tycoons in order to sooth various governments into purchasing their aircrafts. This occurred even after the US government had bailed out Lockheed with $195m in 1971. This happened and is still happening today and even tomorrow under the yoke of the capitalist ideology. To obliterate this menace, there is only one way out; which is no other than uprooting the corrupt colonial ideology and replace it with the sublime Islamic one. Which has unique attributes to combat any vice through the three following measures:

(1) PIETY
This is the first measure that Islam guarantees to safeguard society against any vice. Through this, one avoids anything that angers Allah Almighty even if that man is alone and capable.

(2) COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
In Islam, all people are entitled to enjoin what is right and forbid all evils. It does matter if the culprit is affluent or destitute. A ruler or just a weak subject.

The Prophet Muhammad (saw) says,

«سَيِّدُ الشُّهَدَاءِ حَمْزَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ، وَرَجُلٌ قَامَ إِلَى إِمَامٍ جَائِرٍ فَأَمَرَهُ وَنَهَاهُ فَقَتَلَهُ»

"The master of the martyrs is Hamza. And any man who stands firm before a ruler commands and forbids them and get killed for that."

(3) POWER OF THE STATE (RULER)

The kind of power and duty bestowed upon the Islamic ruler Khalifah, in the implementation of Allah's commands, enables him to effectively face any challenges making him accountable before Allah Almighty for all his deeds. He does not fear to lose an election. A major impediment in the capitalist ideology that renders many leaders powerless to act firm for fear of losing election and popularity. Just like the case of religious freedom law in the state of Indiana, USA.

On March 26, the Saudi-led Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) announced that it began air strikes on Shia Houthi rebels in Yemen to defend the ‘legitimate government' of Yemen's fugitive president, AbdRabbuh Mansur Hadi as well as to protect the ‘Ahlus Sunnah' of Yemen. According to media, Saudi authorities have already gathered troops along the border with Yemen in preparation for any possible ground offensive. Apart from few Middle Eastern countries, Pakistan has also assured Saudi Arabia that it will send troops to give military support to the coalition. Meanwhile, the Bangladesh government has also expressed its support to the coalition "for standing beside the aspirations of the people of Yemen."

Comment:

Saudi Arabia wishes to justify this offensive in order to convince the Ummah that the "Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques" (Khadimul Haramain) is determined to firmly stand by the Sunni Muslims of Yemen. It came as no surprise that Saudi Ambassador to U.S., Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir announced this operation from Washington whereas the Head of the Colonial Kuffar Barack Obama also immediately assured "logistical and intelligence support" to the military operation. Al-Jubeir already praised U.S. for being "very supportive" of the operation politically and logistically. In actual fact, what we are witnessing in Yemen now is a proxy war reflecting the Anglo-American struggle in that region. With great agony we see the so called self-proclaimed "Khadimul Haramain" is disgracefully abusing the Muslim military at America's behest.

Where were these 150,000 troops and 100 warplanes of al-Saud engaged in this offensive when the "Ahlus Sunnah" of Syria needed to be protected against aggression and savagery? Other than paying lip-service, did the Kingdom dispatch even a single fighter jet to protect the Sunni Palestinians against the brutal Israeli aggression? Hence this Yemeni conflict is indeed not Shia-Sunni sectarianism as it is being portrayed by the Saudis and the western media. This is the very perpetuation of the age-old colonial tactic to keep the Muslims divided against each other through their rulers. Previously we witnessed this same U.S. tactic of inciting the Shia-Sunni conflict in Iraq only to strengthen America's foothold over there. With help of these ambitious treacherous rulers, especially the al-Saud, Western powers tore the Khilafah "Caliphate" apart to create more than 50 divided nation-states literally out of thin air. Hence these "instruments of colonial powers" who claim to be our rulers will always pledge their unbounded loyalty to their Western masters who actually made and established them after the annihilation of the Khilafah "Caliphate".

We have been witnessing time and again that how the traitor rulers of the Muslim lands unite for the sake of American interests where Sheikh Hasina is not any exception. We are seeing her jump on the bandwagon of supporting this Saudi-led offensive only to please her master America. What this noble Ummah of Muhammad (saw) surely needs right now is a strong Khilafah "Caliphate" state which can only bring an end to this colonial "divide and rule" politics that has been forcefully imposed upon us. Muslims of Bangladesh need to dethrone Hasina and make Bangladesh the returning land of Khilafah "Caliphate" on the method of Prophethood that can only save us from the deceit and conspiracy of the colonialist Kuffar and their agents.
