I cannot imagine how much patience you must show, but be sure that you are a role-model too now - for me and for my children, and I believe for the entire Ummah. You are one of those, whom Allah (swt) wants us to know like one of the Sahaba. Your name will be mentioned in the duas of every dawah carrier until the establishment of Allah (swt)'s Deen on this earth again and your name, along with that of your father will be called in the duas and talks after the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashidah, which is very soon inshaallah!

Wallahi, the time is soon where you will beg for forgiveness and will wish to be dust, but Allah (swt)'s punishment for you will be heavier than any torture YOU might be able to invent!
You, your Western supporters, and your slaves are eager to prevent the return of Allah (swt)'s Authority... Do you really think to have success??? Even if you did not read the Qur'an, did you not learn from history that others before you have tried this in vail??? Did you not here of the Firaun and how his body was perserved as a sign for people who come after him? Did you not here from Nemrut? Did you not here from the Mushrikoon, like Abu Jahil and Abu Lahab in Makkah? They all failed! And Allah (swt) has punished them in this world as well as in the Hereafter!
So will you not leave your atrocities and turn to Allah (swt) in repentance, and relief Zulfiyya Amonova and all the other innocent dawah carriers?! Or choose to wait! Allah (swt) will send His armies under the command of the next Khalifah very soon biiznillah! This will be the luckier scenario for you, that you maybe have the chance to regret your evil before you come into the court of Allah (swt) in the Hereafter!

Hizb ut Tahrir draws the attention of all human rights organizations based in Bangladesh and internationally, as well as the civil society in Bangladesh to the torture of the party's members and activists by the Government of Bangladesh (GOB); and calls upon the responsible executives and members of the human rights community, and the civil society to take up the issue with the GOB, pressing upon them the urgency of refraining from all forms of torture.
The current GOB resorted to a policy of repression against Hizb ut Tahrir since February 2009, when the party exposed Sheikh Hasina and her government's collaboration in the massacre of officers of the Muslim Army of Bangladesh. Party members and activists are regularly harassed and arrested. Whenever the party undertakes political activities to expose the government's failures and crimes against the people, members and activists of the party are attacked by the police and arrested.
In the past five years, hundreds of party members and activists have been imprisoned under false cases. The arrested party members and activists are left to languish in the prisons of tyrant Hasina for months without bail despite plain and unambiguous grounds for granting them bail.
In recent weeks, thirty of these members and activists have been shackled and kept under 24 lock up in their cells. They are forced to eat, sleep, make ablution and pray while their hands and feet are tied in chains. This is despite the fact that there is not a single accusation against them of breaking prison rules or any misbehaviour, nor have they been convicted or sentenced. These sincere Muslims are a model of high standards of conduct for other prisoners. On the other hand, murderers and violent criminals walk freely and carry out mischief in the same prisons much like the way the Hasina government and the Awami thugs are causing mayhem and mischief outside of the prisons.

ISLAMABAD: With temperature still below 40 degree Celsius, ghosts of loadshedding have already started haunting the length and breadth of the country. The most worried at the moment is obviously Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif since his party had won elections on the promise of dealing with the power crisis on a war footing.
With demonstrations being held over loadshedding in the interior of Sindh, where the mercury in some districts has crossed 40C, and Punjab subjected to increasing outages, the government appears to have bent its mind to addressing the problem. On Monday, the prime minister held yet another special meeting with a one-point agenda - how to keep loadshedding at a manageable level - following a similar huddle last Wednesday. Water and Power Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Minister of State for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali, Information Minister Pervez Rashid and senior officials of the power ministry attended the meeting.
A government official privy to the meeting said the power ministry had sounded confident about keeping electricity shortfall to 3,000MW during summer, meaning six to eight hours of loadshedding. But the situation on ground isn't as promising as being conveyed to the power minister, or for that matter to the prime minister.It was decided that a comprehensive energy conservation plan would be developed and executed after holding consultations with all stakeholders, including traders, manufacturers and retailers. After a cold winter of Gas loadshedding the people of Pakistan, are already facing a hot and troublesome summer with electricity outages, 12 hours a day already in cities and 18 hours or more in rural areas.The government is pointing the finger of blame at electricity theft, non-payment of bills and inefficiency of electricity companies. While citizens in homes and all levels of industry can only imagine the huge inconvenience and loss of revenue this will mean to them. So who is to blame?
Pakistan has faced crisis upon crisis with each successive government; both civilian and military since its birth. Each promising to make things better and each failing abysmally. The blame game is the easiest tactic to confuse the masses and to keep the heat off.The privatisation of energy resources was championed as a way to increase efficiency and revenue as per the capitalist model. Today these same companies are able to shut off supply and at the same time charge consumers with bills many are unable to pay.
The Islamic economic model on the other hand focuses on people and their needs not just economic growth.Moreover the Islamic state has the ultimate responsibility in providing citizens with their basic needs which would include energy. And the Islamic state is bound by Islam so cannot sell off the resources which are the right of the people.
RasulAllah (saw) said, «الناس شركاء في ثلاث الماء والكلأ والنار»
"The people are partners in three things, waters, feeding pastures and fire." (Ahmad).
Within this model, supply cannot be stopped and cost will be minimal to the citizens of the state.Only under the sincere leadership of a Khilafah "Caliphate" will we see the correct management of resources and the fulfilment of basic needs and luxuries for all. Accountability before Allah (swt) and not the false promises at election time will spur the Khaleefah to utilise the resources of the Ummah efficiently and effectively.

US ‘to React' if Russia Crosses into Ukraine
The US Ambassador to Ukraine says an "inevitable, sharp reaction" should be expected from the United States if Russian troops were to cross the border into Ukraine. Geoffrey Pyatt, speaking at a news conference in Kiev on Tuesday, said such a move would be "a major escalation". Russia has massed tens of thousands of troops in areas near the Ukrainian border, feeding concerns that Moscow aims to use unrest in the east as a pretext for an invasion. Pyatt also said the Ukrainian government had been advised not to use force to clear local government buildings seized by pro-Russian protesters. The separatists have seized city halls, police stations and other government buildings in at least 10 cities and towns across eastern Ukraine. [Source: Aljazeera].
The threats of sharp reactions have been bellowing out from US officials recently. But practically, what is it that the US and her allies can do. Russia is no Iraq or Afghanistan, and NATO has little stomach for a fight. Moreover, the American public is averse to any kind of military conflict with Russia. So all of this means that America will use more economic measures to punish Russia, but in doing so, America risks losing not only half of Ukraine but many Eastern European allies who will question America's commitment to European security.
Egypt Sentences 683 to Death in Mass Trial over Islamist Riots
The supreme leader of the Muslim Brotherhood has been sentenced to death with 682 other people after a five-minute hearing which will renew international concern over Egypt's so-called "road-map to democracy".
Mohammed Badie was found guilty of inciting riots in the town of Edwa last summer which led to mass arrests of what the authorities said were Brotherhood supporters furious at the overthrow of President Mohammed Morsi. No attempt was made at least in the public hearing to distinguish the parts played by any of the other hundreds of defendants in the riots, in which churches, businesses and government offices were burned down and some policemen killed. In the same hearing, the judge, Said Yussef, commuted to life imprisonment all but 37 of the 529 death penalties he handed down in a separate case last month, linked to a similar riot in the nearby town of Mattay. He gave no explanation for the decision, though the verdicts had been automatically referred to Egypt's Grand Mufti for a clerical opinion. Life terms in Egypt usually mean 25 years in jail. The verdict is very clear in telling ordinary Egyptians where their country is heading under Sisi. Torture, extra-judicial killings and now mass executions will become the standard bearers for Sisi's civilian rule. Sisi's venom against political Islam and any form of political dissent is plain for all to see. What's next? Will he be submitting Egypt to Jewish domination in the near future?
Friends of Yemen Announce New Structure to Support Transition
The seventh ministerial level meeting of the Friends of Yemen endorsed a new structure designed to align support for Yemen with the priorities set at the conclusion of the National Dialogue. A senior level Steering Committee was established, along with three working groups focused on the key economic, political and security reforms needed to complete the country's democratic transition.
The World Bank Group agreed to co-chair with the Government of Yemen the Economic Working Group of the Friends of Yemen. "We welcome the new Friends of Yemen structure," said Inger Andersen, World Bank Regional Vice President for the Middle East and North Africa, at the conclusion of the meeting. "The people of Yemen deserve coordinated, reliable and impactful support from the international community. In parallel, strong leadership in Yemen to deliver on the agreed refocus will be critical to generate growth and opportunity for the people of Yemen." The Economic Working group will monitor progress on economic reforms and the delivery of donor pledges, while ensuring that international support is coordinated around the reform agenda. The Government of the United Kingdom hosted the meeting of the Friends of Yemen, which was co-chaired by the governments of Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom and Yemen. The friends of Yemen are in fact her staunchest enemies and are led by the arch crusader Britain, the foremost enemy of the Muslim world. The new structures announced takes decision making away from Yemeni hands and place them directly into the hands of the crusader. Decisions regarding economy, political reform and the like will be decided by foreigners and left to the Yemenis to rubber stamp and implement. The only salvation for the people of Yemen from repeated outside interference of Kafir colonial powers is to re-establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" state. The Khilafah "Caliphate" state, will not only return decision making back to the people of Yemen, but will ensure that Yemen is never again subject to outside Kafir forces.
US Considers Pakistan An Important Country, Says US Envoy
The United States is committed to promote peace and harmony in the world and wants equal rights for all people, said President Barack Obama's Special Envoy to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Rashad Hussain on Tuesday. "A large number of Muslims, especially Pakistani Muslims, are living in the US, which considers Pakistan as an important country," said Hussain addressing students at International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) in a seminar on "America and Muslim World" organized by the Iqbal Institute for Research and Dialogue (IIIRD). Dr Mumtaz Ahmed, Executive Director IIIRD, chaired the seminar while Dr Sayyid Syeed, Director Islamic Society of North America's (ISNA) Office of Interfaith and Community Alliances and Arslan Suleman Deputy US Envoy to OIC, were among the key speakers. The US envoy said the US desired to deepen and expand partnership with OIC countries and Muslim communities around the world. He said war was not a solution of any issue, but promotion of peace and harmony could solve all issues, including intolerance and deterioration of ties among nations. "Some elements, who want their views to be followed forcibly do act against humanity and Muslims can discourage such thinking by educating their youth and identifying their shortcomings while putting aside the personal differences," he said. Addressing the seminar, Dr Mumtaz Ahmed lauded the efforts of the US for harmony and peace and shed light on relationship among Muslims and the US. He admired the efforts of both governments for peace and strong ties among Muslims and the US. He also referred to President Obama's Cairo speech and said promise made by the US president regarding rights of the Palestinian Muslims in his famous speech, awaited to be fulfilled. While Obama's Special Envoy spoke about how US considers Pakistan an important country, Dr. Mumtaz did the unthinkable and told the audience about American efforts to promote peace in the Muslim world. Is Dr. Mumtaz, oblivious to the frequent American drone strike on Pakistani soil, the destruction of Afghanistan and Iraq through US occupation and the indiscriminate killing of Muslims in Yemen and elsewhere? Any sane person with a modicum of common sense can see that America is the enemy of Muslims and Obama is no peacemaker.
In Deir al-Zour, one of the tribes took control of three oil wells since the start of the revolution, and barred the other tribes from them. It began to sell to them which harbored bitter feelings against this tribe. The dispute between the tribes have intensified turning to fighting for the sake of a perishing worldly matter which left many dead and wounded; their forces which originally took up arms to fight the regime became involved, and erected check points between them, turning kinship to hatred and brotherhood in the Deen to bitterness and hatred feared to lead to more fitna of fighting which angers the Lord and satisfies Bashar; bearing in mind that the tribes are relatives, cousins, and brothers in Islam.

Oil is a public property, which is owned by all the people, without exception, due to the words of the Messenger of Allah (saw):
«الناس شركاء في ثلاث الماء والنار والكلأ» "People are partners in three water, fire, and pasture", therefore no one has the right to prevent anyone from using these three matters.
How can a Muslim who believes in Allah and the Day of Judgment raise his weapons in the face of his Muslim brother? The Prophet (saw) said: «مَنْ أَشَارَ إِلَى أَخِيهِ بِحَدِيدَةٍ، فَإِنَّ المَلاَئِكَةَ تَلْعَنُهُ حَتَّى يَدَعَهُ وَإِنْ كَانَ أَخَاهُ لأَبِيهِ وَأُمِّهِ» "Whoever pointed a piece of iron to his brother, the angels will curse him until he stops, even if he was his paternal and maternal brother" (Narrated by Muslim). And dares to violate the sanctity of Allah by killing a Muslim deliberately for a fleeting benefit; Allah (swt) warns:
((وَمَنْ يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَاؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ خَالِدًا فِيهَا وَغَضِبَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَعَنَهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُ عَذَابًا عَظِيمًا))
"But whoever kills a believer intentionally - his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him and has cursed him and has prepared for him a great punishment" [An-Nisa: 93]
O wise and honorable men among the tribes, O wise men of Ash-Sham in the abode of Dar ul-Islam in the blessed land:
It is the duty of Allah upon you that you become the supporters to Allah alone and work to remove the Kaffir regime and establish the Islamic state that your Lord has commanded you to establish, and the Prophet (saw) showed you the way to establish it, and how to be one against the Kufr and its people not against Islam and its people. And raise your weapons to the one who attacks you wanting to kill you, and not to fight among yourselves, and exert your effort to oust the regime of Kufr and tyranny, the regime of Bashar and his aides, and establish in its place the rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate".
We expect you to be at the forefront in the re-establishment of Islam in life, you are the ones whose ancestors marched in the Army of Al-Mutassim to the rescue of a woman in Amuriyah when Islam was their criteria and their life, sacrificing all that is dear and precious for its sake. Be like Al-Aws and Khazraj who gave support to the Prophet (saw) in the establishment of the Islamic State. Return to your senses and return to your Lord. Uproot the Fitna and heal the rift between you and unite your ranks in the face of the Taghoot enemy of Allah, Bashar and his cronies. Work to overthrow him and establish the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" that cares for people with justice, that it alone can return the right to its people, distribute the wealth among the Ummah according to the Law of Allah, and divide public ownership among people justly; no one has favoritism over the other. And spreads the greater good to everyone; The Lord is pleased and the slave is pleased too.
((يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ اسْتَجِيبُواْ لِلّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُم لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ))
"O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered" [Al-Anfal: 24]

On 25th April, Regnum News Agency published a news report stating that in Bashkortostan a criminal case was filed against Vadim Khabirov, the accused to create cells for an extremist organization, along with four other local residents. The report stated, "The court found that Khabirov is an active member of the terrorist organization (Islamic group Hizb ut Tahrir) that is banned by law, and is involved in the creation of extremist cells of the local population."
