Question & Answer: The International Reality Concerning Ukraine

Question:

It is known that Janukowytsch is Russia's man and he is currently the Ukrainian president. So naturally he is directed towards Russia, but it is noticeable that his standpoints towards Europe and the U.S. are soft. Does that mean he is turning away from Russia towards the West or is this in agreement with Russia to maintain his power against the interference and pressure Janukowytsch is exposed to?

Answer:

To understand the answer, one has to be aware of the international reality concerning Ukraine...Ukraine is an old center of conflict between Russia and Europe. Then America entered into the conflict in modern times. This conflict, especially between Russia and Europe, has had a profound impact on the Ukrainian people and their view towards the west and Russia. So the people living in the east of the country are loyal to Russia whereas the people living in the west of the country are affected by Europe and America, therefore the country is actually divided into two parts. On top of that the political elite in Ukraine has for years been working to balance the relations between the European power and Russia or the bias of the dominant power, be it Europe or Russia.

Thereby, Ukraine is important to these states:

1. Ukraine is one of the most important countries for Russia, in case Russia loses it, the West will be directly on its borders, so it is like a protective shield from Europe, besides its economic importance, since the Russian gas pipelines run through it towards the west.

It is well known that Russia is striving to regain its dominance in the region of the Soviet Union, which had included Ukraine. But at the out-break of the so-called Orange Revolution and Juschtschenko's success to climb into power in the 2005 elections, Russia's influence in Ukraine weakened, because Juschtschenko is America's agent, therefore America took advantage of his ruling period, accelerating the integration of Ukraine with the West. Throughout his time in office, Juschtschenko was threatening to expel the Russian Black Sea Fleet from Sevastopol, when the lease of the Russian military expires in 2017. Also Juschtschenko did not hide his wish to completely integrate Ukraine in western institutions such as the European Union and the NATO. Kiev entered into negotiations on a partnership agreement with the European Union and called for an action plan for membership in the NATO...Thereby Russia's influence was troubled, but in February 2010 it managed to bring its man in Ukraine, Wiktor Janukowytsch, to power. He is the fourth president of the country and a strong supporter of Russia. From this time America's influence started declining, at the same time the Ukraine went back to normalize its relations with Russia.

On 4/21/2010, less than two months after ascending into power, President Janukowytsch met with Russian President Medvedev in Kharkov. In the meeting he agreed to extend the lease of the Black Sea Fleet for an additional 25 years, which expires in 2042, and in return, Russian Gazprom agreed to reduce the price of natural gas to $100 per 1,000 m3 for the remainder of the gas contract, which was signed in 2009. Former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko objected to the agreements and stated they were contradicting the constitution, and for her strong objection she was put in prison.

Although the Ukraine during the reign of Janukowytsch expressed its desire to maintain cooperative relations with the NATO, Janukowytsch's government neither demanded membership in the NATO nor a plan of action to reach membership. Through these policies, the agenda of bilateral relations between Kiev and Moscow became one in favor of Russia.

On the domestic front, Janukowytsch's policies became increasingly authoritarian, such that on the 30th of September 2010 the Constitutional Court in Ukraine annulled amendments to the constitution previously approved by the Ukrainian parliament in December 2004. This happened after the judges opposing this decision were relieved and four judges in favor of the decision were appointed in their place, allowing Janukowytsch to return back to the days before the Orange Revolution, giving the President the power of influence and weakening the authority of Parliament.

2. Europe is aware that Russia is exploiting its gas leaf and its supply of the West via the Ukraine, utilizing it to apply pressure and create temptation to keep the Ukraine under Russian influence, or at least not to show loyalty to Europe at Russian expense. So Europe is trying to lure the Ukraine with money and alternative solutions, away from its complete dependence on Russian gas. Therefore the European Union offered the Ukraine money to upgrade the gas infrastructure and technology, and to participate in the exploitation of shale gas, and there has been talk of making gas the hub of energy. Based on this background, Ukraine signed the European Union Protocol of Accession to the treaty power in September 2010, which entered into force in February 2011. Earlier this year, Ukraine also signed the $ 10 billion contract with Shell to exploit shale gas reserves in Ukraine, this is to be one of the largest partnerships in Europe. It is believed that it will be one of the largest contracts to extract natural gas from underground shale for the next fifty years in Europe.

Ukraine is currently negotiating with the European Union with regards to its integration in it, but the Regions Party (Janukowytsch's Party) impedes these efforts. The European Union Heads of Mission to Ukraine (John Tempinski) has urged members of the Party of Regions to stop obstructing the work of the parliamentary committee for European integration; such developments disturb Russia, and to confront the economic incentives of the European Union as part of the integrative talks, Russia offered Ukraine to become a member of the Customs Union. The result of Russian pressure and Janukowytsch's pro-Russian attitude is the ratification of the (Russian) Free Trade Area Agreement by the Ukrainian Parliament on 7/30/2012. Ukraine is the third state after Russia and Belarus to ratify the convention, which had been established on 10/18/2011 and signed initially by eight countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States under the chairmanship of Russia, which are Belarus and Ukraine, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova and Tajikistan. The agreement has been ratified by Russia and Belarus, then Ukraine, and the ratification of the other countries is awaited.

Janukowytsch, however, just as being exposed to Russian pressure, is also under pressure from the European Union, which objects to Ukraine joining the Customs Union with Russia and further integration with Russia. Therefore, the European Union told Ukraine in the summit that brought them together recently on 03/25/2013 in Brussels that they could not combine membership of the European Union and the Customs Union. The EU has facilitated for Ukraine to join the World Trade Organization and EU Trade Commissioner Peter Mandelson said on 01/14/2013: "The European Union is a strong supporter of Ukraine's membership in the WTO and this is the first step towards greater integration of Ukraine with the global and European economy."

Thus it seems clear that Janukowytsch, while trying to maintain close ties with Russia, is also trying to further approach the European Union, so he aims to balance between European and Russian interests in Ukraine.

3. America has found the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 to be a new opportunity for the forces of the old Europe, hence for America as a superpower in the world, to exercise greater influence on the political scene in Ukraine, and to preoccupy Europe with the reunification of Germany and the currency union in Europe, and to preoccupy it with the differences between European countries, America was given opportunity to exploit the situation to the fullest, and Russia was unable to stop America in any way. Rather it was collapsed completely with the collapse of the Soviet Union and the transition to capitalism. So America made use of Russia's weakness, and former President George H. W. Bush on the 24th of October 1992 signed the Freedom Act of Russia and the Eurasian emerging democracies, he supported the open markets - which is also known as the Freedom Support Act (FSA) - so as to enable a unified U.S. approach in providing aid to Eurasian countries in the wake of the collapse of the Soviet Union.

He entrusted the Office of the Coordinator of U.S. Aid for Europe and Eurasian Countries in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (EUR / ACE) with the task of coordinating and managing foreign aid programs conferred by the Freedom Support Act.

Within the framework of the law to support freedom, successive U.S. governments sought to increase their influence in Ukraine, for example, after Ukraine's independence from the Soviet Union in 1991, America was able to use the first president of Ukraine (Leonid Kravchuk) in the establishment of the tripartite process in 1994, to eliminate nuclear weapons on Ukrainian territory. Also America was able to establish a strategic partnership with Ukraine through its second president Leonid Kuchma in 1994 who concluded a partnership and cooperation agreement with the European Union, and agreed to a privileged partnership with the NATO. America has even been able to influence the bilateral treaty between Russia and Ukraine in May / June 1997, on the question of the rights of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Crimea. America had an even greater influence, when president Wiktor Juschtschenko managed to climb into to power in the elections in 2005 during the wake of the Orange Revolution, and Juschtschenko was a U.S. agent, so America exploited his reign to accelerate the integration of Ukraine with the West, and throughout his time in office, Juschtschenko was threatening to expel the Russian Black Sea Fleet from Sevastopol after the Russian military lease expires in 2017.

Juschtschenko made no secret of his desire to fully integrate Ukraine into institutions such as the European Union and the NATO. Kiev entered into negotiations on a partnership agreement with the European Union, and called for an action plan for membership in the NATO, but these efforts failed when Russia's man Janukowytsch came to power.

However, America continued to pressure the Ukraine, lest to join the Russian Customs Union and to join the European Union, because this would enter Ukraine into the western camp and pave the way for Ukraine's prospective entrance into the NATO, thereby paving the way for American hegemony and limiting Russian influence in the Ukraine, but there is a rope placed on Russia from the side of Eastern Europe.

American focus lay on winning over Ukraine on the military side by engaging it in military exercises, the ultimate goal being its inclusion in the NATO. Therefore NATO maneuvers were conducted in the Black Sea on 7/14/2010 and continued to 7/26/2010 engaging Ukraine and that was only few months after the election of Janukowytsch and at the height of his good relations with Russia. Although the latter, meaning Russia, protested against it through the mouth of her ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement, saying: "The nature of those maneuvers and trying to present them as anti-Russian and the participation of countries which are not from the area raises questions and some concern. As well as Ukraine's policy of efforts to expedite its accession to the NATO does not contribute to the strengthening of good-neighborly relations." (Iranian broadcasting, 7/19/2010) Also America and the Ukraine held joint naval exercises on 6/13/2011 for the Ukrainian naval forces in the Black Sea, so "Russia expressed its displeasure in a statement issued by the Russian Foreign Ministry. This step was considered a direct threat to its national security." (Al-Arabiya 6/12/2011).

4. From all of this we understand that Janukowytsch did not cut his relations to Russia and his financing by her, but could not meet all her requests due to internal and external pressures and his commitment to success in the elections of 2015. Russia knows this, and is better for her that Janukowytsch stays, than loyalists to the West coming, who will work to depart from Russia towards the West, putting Russian interests at stake. But Janukowytsch will not go as far away in his relations with the West to end his allegiance to Russia, in particular because Janukowytsch's popular base supports to move towards Russia, which cannot be ignored. But he will keep working to satisfy the West and open up to it and achieve his interests with it. Russia understands this, therefore not stressing too much on Janukowytsch, at the same time not loosening the rope for him to the extent that he will escape from their hands.

Dawah in the UK: Challenges, Opportunities, Outcomes

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين،

Bismillah ar-Rahman ar-Raheem. Alhamdullilahi Rabil alameen

wasalatu wasalamu ala sayidina Muhammad wa 'ala alihi wa sahbihi ajmaeen.

 

CONTEXT - Muslims in West at a Crossroads

How do we live by Islamic values in our daily life? What should be our relationship with the non-Muslims we live, interact and work with? How do we fulfil our duties towards the Muslim Ummah?

The path forward for us is not isolation from society. It is also NOT assimilation and the loosing of our Islamic values (modesty, living by the Islamic rules, having strong families, respect for women, care for our Ummah and being ambassadors for Islam. Our path in the West must be interaction with non-Muslims and the wider society, as directed by Islam, as ambassadors, as was the example of our beloved Prophet (saw) in Makkah.

لَقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ))

((لِّمَن كَانَ يَرْجُو اللَّهَ وَالْيَوْمَ الْآخِرَ وَذَكَرَ اللَّهَ كَثِيرًا

"You have a good example in Allah's Messenger for whoever hopes for Allah and the Last Day, and remembers Allah often." [Al-Ahzab: 21]

As a member of Hizb ut Tahrir in Britain, I want to share with you some of our experiences working with Muslims and non-Muslims in Britain. What are some of the challenges and opportunities and some results we managed to achieve by the grace of Allah (swt), Alhamdulillah. There are several aspects to Hizb ut Tahrir's work in the UK.

Supporting the Work for Khilafah "Caliphate" in the Muslim world

How can we contribute to the work to re-establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" in the Muslim world.

¨     The reality in the West is that Muslims in UK, Denmark, France and elsewhere are concerned by the disastrous situation in the Muslim world (occupation of Afghanistan and Palestine, drone attacks, poverty in Somalia, oppressive regimes that abuse their citizens, etc.

¨     Muslims in the West are connected with the Muslim world and they visit relatives in Muslim lands.

¨     Muslim Rulers visit London seeking support from their masters

¨     London is a media centre for global media so messages can be projected back home

When these Muslim treacherous rulers visit, we sometimes mobilise Muslims and have demonstrations outside their embassies in order to expose their treachery and call for the re-establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" in the Muslim world.

Alhamdulillah, we were able to do this when rulers from Pakistan, Egypt, Bangladesh, and several other countries visit.

Being a Voice for Our Oppressed Ummah

We live in the UK which has sent soldiers to invade, occupy and fight our Muslim brothers and sisters in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan. These governments also support the Zionist occupation of Palestine and their governments are part of the war on terror. We live in the kitchen where the plans and false justifications are cooked up. Such as the lie that Iraq was a threat so it must be invaded. What did we do?

We launched a campaign to challenge the lies and false arguments. We organised protests, public talks and detailed and well researched reports cutting through their lies and showing the Khilafah "Caliphate" as the alternative. We issued press releases, and did TV interviews. We emailed opinion formers and distributed a dossier outside parliament.

As a result, some of their thinkers better understand our arguments and are in a better position to challenge the government's lies. Also, some Muslims became motivated to speak out against the government's policies - utilising our arguments. So Muslims are able to be a voice challenging the war on terror of western governments in Muslim lands.

Combating the Assimilation Agenda

After 9/11, as western governments started sending troops to fight against our brothers and sisters, they noticed that Muslims were not silent about that, that we didn't say, "I'm British, that's OK". They found Muslims standing speaking up and marching against such policies. So now, western governments, some western media and some politicians now say that Muslims are a threat because they believe in the concept of Ummah. They say Islam is a threat and that that Muslims must abandon Islamic concepts like Shariah, Khilafah "Caliphate", Ummah and Jihad if they want to live in the West.

So we see an aggressive assimilation agenda targeting Muslims.

  • They are trying to form a 'British version of Islam' (no Jihad, Ummah, Khilafah "Caliphate")
  • They have proposed Madrassa curricula, and training for Imams
  • They tried to give communities money to spy on other Muslims and promote this British form of Islam.

We have worked with other Muslims to mobilise to reject these Madrassa curriculum and other government plans against the Muslim community have become discredited. Assimilation can be challenged by an aware community.

Hostile Attacks on Islam by some Politicians and Media

The British government and media have led hostile campaign towards Islam in the media.

Intimidating Muslims to leave their values; so we saw the

¨     France hijab ban 2004, now niqab ban raging across Europe

¨     Blair, Brown, Cameron, attacked Islam saying: Islam is evil ideology, barbaric, backward

Hizb ut Tahrir launched a ‘Stand for Islam' campaign to empower Muslims with arguments with which to respond. This is our proactive agenda of carrying the ideology. To stand for Islam and expose the weakness, corruption, hypocrisy and damage of Capitalism, secularism and liberal values

  • They say "Islam oppresses women"; lets discuss status of women in western societies, where men in the fashion and other industries exploit and demean women
  • Through articles sent to thinkers, press releases, booklets and reports we try to expose the Capitalist finance system, democracy, the family breakdown, neglect of elderly and rampant individualism
  • Our sisters took up the argument on the women's issues challenging Peter Holobone MP and Nigel Farage MEP to a debate, he declined

These arguments have helped Muslims to be able to debate with those who attack Islam and better explain Islam to the masses

Conclusion

  • These are some of our actions and achievements in the UK, Alhamdulillah.
  • I raise these examples to highlight what is possible when we mobilise, unite and engage with society in an Islamic manner.
  • We need to continue to strive to build a strong Muslim community that holds unto the impressive and noble values of Islam and serves as an ambassador for Islam in the West.

((يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِن تَنصُرُوا اللَّهَ يَنصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ))

"O you who believe! If you help in the cause of Allah, He will help you, and make your foothold firm". [Muhammad 47:7]

  • We have many new challenges in the West, especially in recent years with the rise of the far right, calls by Gert Wilders for the banning of the Qur'an, Danish cartoons insulting Prophet Muhammad (saw) and colonial wars launched from the West.
  • The way to stop many of these actions is actually by having a strong Khilafah "Caliphate" state in the Muslim world which stands up for Islam and Muslims,
  • So we actually look to you here in Indonesia and across the Muslim world to work to re-establish the Khilafah "Caliphate". The return of the Khilafah "Caliphate" will give a strong voice to the Ummah and affect even the situation of Muslims in Europe.
  • We need you to keep up your efforts and ask Allah (swt) to reward this Ummah soon with the re-establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" in the Muslim world.

Praise be to Allah, Praise be to Allah Lord of the Worlds, Praise be to Allah that sent His Messenger with guidance and the true religion to be supreme to all other religions, even though the polytheists may hate it, and even though the oppressors may hate it. Praise be to Allah, Who honored the Muslims with the Khilafah "Caliphate", and unified them under the leadership, and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad, the first and most honorable leader of the Islamic state, and upon his family, companions and supporters.

Dear brothers and sisters,

I greet you with the most beautiful greeting, the greeting of Islam, Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmat Allahu wa Barakatu....

I carry with me greetings from the Islamic lands, the cradle of the Khilafah "Caliphate", the last capital of the Ottoman Islamic State, from the beautiful and pure city of Istanbul. I carry with me greetings from Istanbul.

I carry greetings from the children of Sultan Muhammad al-Fatih Khan, who realized the tidings of the Prophet (saw) when it was the capital of Eastern Rome.

I carry with me greetings from the descendants of the Commander Sultan Muhammad al-Fatih Khan, who rose to conquer Istanbul by carrying ships through land and dismantling the chains of the gulf and launching bombs to achieve the honor of realizing the tidings of Allah's Prophet (saw).

Even though it is from far away, I carry greetings from your brothers in the Islamic Aqeedah, your brothers that sincerely love you, that are elatedly and vibrantly watching the impressiveness of your work that sends panic into the hearts of the disbelievers (Kuffar).

I carry with me greetings from all parts of Turkey, from Ankara, Bursa, Adana, Urfa, Diyarbakir, Van, Erzurum, Konya, Adiyaman, Bataman, Gaziantep, Mersin, Hatay, and from Yalova, Izmit and Istanbul.

My Dear Brothers and Sisters!

I come from Istanbul.

I come from Istanbul, the beautiful city of which Allah's Prophet (saw) gave tidings of its conquering.

 

The Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

"لتفتحن القسطنطينية ولنعم الأمير أميرها، ولنعم الجيش ذلك الجيش"

"Constantinople will be conquered, what an excellent leader is its leader and what an excellent army is its army."

Istanbul remained the center of the Islamic State for almost 400 years, where the Islamic lands were ruled from its capital of Istanbul.

Until the beginning of the twentieth century, when the Khilafah "Caliphate" State and its lands were invaded by the Imperial Kafir England with the help of Turkish and Arab traitors.

Up until 89 years ago, on a day like this day, meaning on 28 Rajab 1345 AH, corresponding to March 3 1924 CE, the Khilafah "Caliphate" was abolished, where the Ummah's shield was broken on that day the Khaleefah was banished from Istanbul.

So this is Istanbul, the last capital of the Khilafah "Caliphate" that has only lived wretched days since that day.

Consequently my dear brothers in Indonesia that is drowning in grief due to the absence of the Khilafah "Caliphate", brothers who are pained due to the abolishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate", despite your being thousands of kilometers away from the center of the Islamic world. Indeed all the Muslims from Indonesia to Morocco are drowning in sadness due to the abolishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate".

All the Muslims, in Turkey as well, have lived with great suffering after the fall of their protective shield - the Khilafah "Caliphate" State. Likewise, some of the scholars were executed, such as Sheikh Saeed, who was executed for starting an uprising in the face of the system of Kufr that caused the abolishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate". Similarly, some of the Muslim scholars were banished or humiliated, so they were crushed under heavy rubble and shocks.

Look at how the Egyptians poet Shawki designed poetry around the sadness he felt due to the abolishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate":

 

Minarets and platforms erupted over you,

And kingdoms and regions wept over you,

India is distressed and Egypt is saddened,

Weeping over you with streaming tears,

And al-Sham asks Iraq and Persia,

Was the Khilafah "Caliphate" erased from the Earth?

And all the people opened a funeral,

And sat mournfully lamenting,

Oh Men, for the free man was buried alive,

Was killed without guilt or fault

My dear brothers,

The second worst shock, after the abolishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate", happened with the occupation of the Holy Land by the Jews. We painfully watched the crusaders control this land with dirty games, the land that the leader of the Islamic Ummah, Salahudeen al-Ayoubi, had previously freed and purified.

Look at how Sultan Abdul-Hamid Khan had replied to the Jewish leader Herzl, when in 1919 he suggested paying money to the Ottoman Khilafah "Caliphate" State in exchange for the Holy Land.

"If the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" is one day destroyed then they will be able to take Palestine without a price. But while I am alive, I would rather push a sword into my body than see the land of Palestine severed and given away from the Islamic State. This will not be."

Unfortunately, the first country to recognize this Jewish entity that occupied this land was the secular Turkish Republic that was established on the ruins of Abdul-Hamid's Khilafah "Caliphate".

Sadly as well, Turkey is the country that allowed America to occupy Iraq and Turkey is also the country that America used as a ground corridor to enter its troops into Iraq.

Likewise, Turkey is also the country that at the present time agreed with the United States and the Western countries to prevent the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" state in Syria.

Dear brothers and sisters!

We thank Allah, the Lord of the worlds, that Hizb ut Tahrir was founded under the leadership of the eminent scholar of the distinguished personality, Sheikh Taqiuddin al-Nabahani, after we had experienced the two great shocks that shook the Muslims - the abolishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" and the occupation of the lands of Palestine. Thus, Hizb ut Tahrir has undertaken the work of a campaign of revival to reestablish the Khilafah "Caliphate" state, of whose return there are tidings.

Since that day Hizb ut Tahrir has been the only hope of the Islamic Ummah, that exposes all the Kaffir's plots, and the nightmare that haunts them in their beds. It is Hizb ut Tahrir that shows the Ummah the betrayal of the treacherous governments, it is Hizb ut Tahrir that calls to the right the communities and leaders that insist on the wrong, and Hizb ut Tahrir that calls to nothing but good and fears none but Allah, and Hizb ut Tahrir is the party that seeks goodness behind its aim.

Likewise, Hizb ut Tahrir realizes that the only salvation for the Ummah is the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" State, and that the Islamic Ummah has provided the support and assistance to Hizb ut Tahrir in the revival campaign that it started.

What about the Kuffar? ... They have lost their minds from the return of the Islamic Ummah to its origins. They have become distraught. They have seen the crumbling of Western thought, so they rose like hungry wolves attacking the Islamic lands to prevent the awakening of the Muslims. Afghanistan, Iraq, Palestine, Somalia, Kashmir, Chechnya, Bosnia, and Syria... They have exploited the resources of the Islamic lands and made the countries as agents and controlled them through the loans that they grant them. The only aim of all these occupations and colonization is to prevent the establishment of a new Khilafah "Caliphate" state in the Islamic territories.

Despite all of these policies of occupation and exploitation, and despite the pressure by the treacherous governments, and despite the propaganda of malignant ideas like democracy and moderate Islam, despite all that the Muslims have awakened and risen and took to the squares, until they reached the palaces of the dictatorial governments, until they opposed all the tyrant (Taghout) regimes whether they were moderate or not.

The Muslims, pushed by their connection to Islam and its holiness, took to the streets and marched when the Prophet (saw) was insulted. The occupied lands have been irrigated with the blood of the martyrs. And the Muslims who want an Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" have reached in the hundreds of thousands, in fact millions. They took to the streets chanting: The people want an Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate"! There is no God but Allah, and the Khilafah "Caliphate" is Allah's promise!

My Dear Brothers and Sisters!

This confrontation, lasting 100 years, between Islam and the Kafir West has moved to a point where the confrontation has become a global confrontation. This confrontation is a difficult confrontation that has lasted 14 centuries, between Islam and Kufr. This confrontation is the confrontation between the political parties that are integrated with the democratic system and funded by the West and made up of agent rulers, and the Muslims who work for an Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" in the face of the "Moderate Islam" and "Democratic Islam" that is sought to be implemented.

My Dear Brothers and Sisters!

There absolutely is no strength strong enough to stand before the Muslims' course towards the Khilafah "Caliphate"; this is because there is no longer an alternative idea or system that the Kuffar can use to replace the collapsing capitalist ideology.

And humanity no longer believes in the ability of any ideology other than Islam to provide it with well being and tranquility.

Likewise the Kuffar and the rulers of the Islamic lands who are loyal to the West use the idea of "Moderate Islam" and "Democratic Islam" to distract the Muslims and hypnotize them for many more long years before the Muslims dominate their lives, before the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" state.

And the United States and the West work to peddle this project via Turkey to the Middle East and Central Asia.

So they call for the absence of a system of government specific to Islam, and thus the ability to rule with Islam and democracy simultaneously. And they work to hypnotize the Muslims with the marketing of this idea at the hands of their collaborators.

Likewise they have ruled the Islamic lands for many years using the dictators.

And when they saw the awakening of the Muslims and the collapse of the dictators they started to understand the meaning of fear and worry. So they supported the Islamists that adopt the democratic system, and transferred them to power in place of the collapsed dictators. In Turkey, they transferred the Islamists to power after the Kemalist dictator. As for Tunisia, they stole the Muslims' revolution after the collapse of the secularist Zein al-Abideen, and supported the democratic Islamists headed by Rashid al-Ghanoosh. And in Egypt they oriented the revolution and supported another democratic Islamist, Muhammad Mursi, after the dictator Mubarak had made the people of Egypt cried tears of blood for 40 years.  Likewise in Libya, they supported the moderates after they exploited their resources.

And they pointed to Turkey as a model while they perpetuated this against the Islamic people and lands. And they pointed to the Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan as a model as well.

And the Prime Minister of the Turkish Republic, Erdogan, spends night and day propagating democracy to the Islamic lands, and when he went to the Egypt free of the dictator, he indicated the need for it to adopt secularism, as he said that democracy is from Islam.

And in Syria while he claims to support the people in their confrontation against the murderer Bashar al-Assad, he also indicates his support of the establishment of a democratic Syria.

And while Muslims took to the streets in the Islamic lands to express their reaction to the film that insulted Allah's Prophet (saw), the Muslims in Turkey remained silent. When the Prime Minister was asked about the absence of a reaction from the Turkish people, he answered, "In the last past 10 years, extremes have been curbed and we acted like a lightning rod."

My Dear Brethren!

The Muslims in the Islamic lands chant in squares about their wanting an Islamic State and Khilafah "Caliphate" only, and not for democracy.  The Tunisian public wants an Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate", the Egyptian public wants an Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate", the Yemeni public wants an Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate", and the Syrian public wants an Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate"....

And what do you want, democracy? Or an Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate"?

The Islamic Ummah, with its awakening and this revolutionary movement that it started, showed the world: That democracy, that is considered the cap of Islam and model of Kufr initiated by Turkey, has no place in the Islamic lands. And after the Ummah's awakening every sighted person sees this.

Oh Brothers!

The awakening of the Muslims and this revolution reminds the Kuffar of the slap of Abdul Hamid to the Jews who offered to buy the land of Palestine. This slap showed them that Palestine is not for sale. Currently the slap that the revolution achieved showed that this land is not suitable for democracy and the plots of Imperialism.

Our People in Indonesia!

The movement of the awakening that had been started by Hizb ut Tahrir 60 years ago, and your beneficial works in the past and present, and the Khilafah "Caliphate" Revolution that started in the lands of al-Sham, have breathed into the body of the Muslims a new spirit of hope once again.

And especially in us, the Muslims of Turkey, for it extended us with vitality with the addition of more movement atop of our movement and effort atop of our movement.

The calls of the Amir of Hizb ut-Tahrir, the eminent scholar Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah, and his statements giving tidings of the Khilafah "Caliphate", Allah willing, and his call for the unification, cooperation, and solidarity of the Muslims and to not to adhere to anything other than Allah's rope, has increased the hope of the entire Islamic Ummah. And the advice of the sincere leader, Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah, to the Muslims to resist and seek help from Allah and not from the Kuffar, has intensified their patience and steadfastness.

My Honorable Brothers and Sisters!

May Allah bless you in this work and save it from any calamity and cunning plot.

May Allah crown this work of yours with the Khilafah "Caliphate" State that Islam and its people will be honored by and by which Kufr and its people will be humiliated.

May Allah bless us in the Syrian Revolution and protect it from every cunning conspiracy.

May Allah seal the Syrian Revolution with the Khilafah "Caliphate" State that Islam and its people will be honored by and Kufr and its people shall be humiliated.

((وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ * بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَهْوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ))

"And that day the believers will rejoice. In the victory of Allah. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful."

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Bismillah arRahman arRaheem

 

All praise is to Allah, who brings victory to the believers and is the Custodian of the pious...

All praise is to Allah, who crushes the oppressors and the arrogant...

There is no deity other than Allah, He has no partners, to Him belongs the reign and all praise and He is capable of all things...

There is no other deity than Allah, who brings victory to His slave, dignifies His soldiers and He Alone defeats all parties...

Glad tidings and peace to the leader of all monotheists, the master of all prophets and messengers and leader of the resplendent, our Prophet Muhammad, upon him the best of tidings and peace, also upon the pure members of his house and his beloved companions and upon those who follow him in the best way till the Day of Resurrection. Further:

 

The revolution in al-Sham was launched as a blatant defiance, refusing to buckle down or to capitulate. It came out of the suffering and the pains elevated and strong. And the first word to be uttered during the revolution was "Allahu Akbar!" And "Allahu Akbar!" remained its slogan, thereby causing the colonialist disbeliever and his tyrant agent Bashar al-Assad nightmares during the days and the nights, and they don't know how to overcome it!

They want to stop the Takbeerat of the Ummah that have been spread everywhere and by which Allah has honoured her and He dignified the Ummah by not allowing her to bow down to other than Allah or raising other than His word. Yes indeed, we are the Ummah of "Allahu Akbar", so wherever we go and wherever we are scattered we will exclaim that Allah is the Greatest. The dignity belongs to Allah alone, and the shameful humiliation is for whoever elevates himself to the level of the Lord of the worlds.

This venerable Sahabi, Saad Ibn Abi Waqqas, may Allah be pleased with him, when speaking to the soldiers in the battle of Al-Qadisiyyah, while thirty thousand Muslim soldiers were facing one hundred thousand Persians, recited the words of Allah:

 

((وَلَقَدْ كَتَبْنَا فِي الزَّبُورِ مِنْ بَعْدِ الذِّكْرِ أَنَّ الْأَرْضَ يَرِثُهَا عِبَادِيَ الصَّالِحُونَ))

"And We have already written in the book [of Psalms] after the [previous] mention that the land [of Paradise] is inherited by My righteous servants." [TMQ 21:105]

Afterwards he told the soldiers to scream "Allahu Akbar!", so he went on in addressing them: "Allah will not send the blessing of such a Takbeer upon a nation of black headed other than the Muslims. So it will lead you to victory with the permission of Allah!" So through the mercy of Allah it was an overwhelming victory.

 

Dear Brothers and Sisters:

When the Ottoman Khilafah "Caliphate" fell on the 27th of Rajab 1342, corresponding to the 3rd of March 1924 CE, the Turkish parliament voted for the abolishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" as a ruling system. Thereby a page was turned that had started with the arrival of the Messenger (saw) in the enlightened city of Madina and his establishment of the first Islamic state, which outlived him, carrying after him the name of Khilafah "Caliphate". It was the true embodiment of the unity of the Muslim Ummah and the catering to its worldly and religious affairs and the following generations of Muslims did not know nationalistic states nor were they gathered under banners stemming from the time of ignorance, until the Westerners occupied the Muslims lands and they worked hard to eradicate all that was evidence to the existence of such Khilafah "Caliphate". Because it represents the power of the Muslims even in the days of weakness, that struck the Ummah in the recent decades.

So it occurred what no Muslim could have imagined, and the enemy of Allah, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, took over the mission of abolishing the Khilafah "Caliphate" and exerted himself to changing the lands from the very root until there was no trace left of Islam and its Arabic language. He declared war on Islam and made it the emphasis of his effort to raise the pillars of secularism and introduce what he called the "Turkish identity" to the people and cleanse them from any Islamic influence. So in 1925 he forced men to wear a hat instead of the fez, as a symbolic measure to erase even the Islamic customs and substitute them with western customs. All of this was done under the name of democracy and the civil state.

Soon after that he prohibited women from wearing the Islamic dress and men and women alike from wearing Islamic clothing.  He allowed the Adhan only to be raised in the Turkish language and still, how upset was this heretic by the declaration of the two Shahadas, because the name of the Messenger (saw) is venerated in both of them, and he saw himself to be more worthy of mentioning. He turned the Hagia Sophia Mosque in Istanbul into a museum and brought back the pre-Islamic times of ignorance, substituting the Hijri calendar by the Gregorian calendar and the Arabic letters by the Latin letters. After abolishing the Islamic laws he introduced man made law by imposing Swiss civil law, Italian criminal law and German trade law. Thereby for the first time in history since the establishment of the Islamic State in Madina by the Prophet (saw), the Muslims were ruled by Kufr law imposed by tyrants rather than reserving the rule of man to Allah alone. Mustafa Kemal in his fierce campaign to erase all traces of Islam and the Arabic language, used the most brutal and monstrous policies, first and foremost aiming at the elimination of religion and not sparing anyone who dared to object to it from killing, imprisonment and displacement, all in the name of freedom, democracy, civil state and progress.

Yes indeed, this is how your considerate state fell, the protective mother of the lands and its people, that had come to reach the age of 1292 years: the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate". What had held the Ummah together was scattered and she was afflicted by disorientation. The Muslims became like orphans watching a banquet of villains, being picked on by the birds and mangled by the dogs. After a state of dignity that lasted almost 13 decades, we are now being insulted in our lands and abroad and being Muslim is equated with being a terrorist and the chaste Muslim woman is declared a threat to morally dissolved societies.

And the West, led by the head of all Kufr, America, rioted in crushing Islam and its people and declared war against all that is Islamic via its agents, the rulers of the Muslims lands, until the trees, stones and human beings screeched in pain and cried out for help to Allah from the unprecedented and unimaginable injustice. The prisoner of Guantanamo and his likes are clear evidence to the fall of the Western civilization and remind us of the Christian church in Europe during the middle ages, when it detained people to humiliate and torture them and cut off their limbs. There is no big difference between this and Guantanamo, which is the birthmark of shame on the forehead of Western democracy, for which they try to prepare the Muslim world.

This is the cause that led the Ummah to move and take the streets in her lands, shouting NO to injustice, NO to enslavement and NO to the days of ignorance!

 

Dear Shabab and dear Shabbat, these are your lands and at the forefront of our attention are the demonstrations and marches, in which you were from the first to demonstrate and raise the banners of change and return of the Khilafah "Caliphate" system. This seed was then absorbed from all corners of the Muslim lands and grew to become the Arab Spring which was converted to an Islamic Spring by the great revolution in al-Sham. So the Muslim masses took the street in the nucleus of Dar al-Islam, the Sham of the Messenger, the Sham of Khalid and Abi Ubaida and Salahuddin. The masses are haunting the colonial powers to scream in their grim faces that their time has come to an end and the era of bloodsucking the people through their agents is over.

 

Oh Brothers and Sisters,

The revolution in al-Sham is a great revolution resulting from the greatness of Islam, blessed by legendary steadfastness, history does not state any incident equal to it. It is a revolt against Kufr and tyranny; it is a revolt to eradicate the colonial disbeliever (kafir) and his stooges from the likes of Bashar al-Assad and his helpers. It emerged knowing the degree of the lowliness of this system and its head, and it stood tall to tell the Muslims: Fall into line with us, for my aim is not to rid myself from Bashar and his regime only nor is it to sever the hands of America and its stooges only, but to readopt the Islamic way of life through establishing the rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" based on the method of the Prophethood.

The enemies of the Ummah have realized that the secret of the revolution's power and its stability stems from the elevated Islamic thinking that was embraced by the Ummah. They have realized that the Ummah's steadfastness, the pillars upon which it rests and the source of it civilization is Islam. It is an ancient and a modern truth: The Muslims have no power except if they reestablish their state and rule in it with the Qur'an. That is why back in the day the British prime minister stood before the House of Commons holding the Qur'an in his hand to address them: "As long as this Qur'an remains with the Muslims, we shall not have any power over them." Therefore Islam shall give the Muslims awareness and insight into their enemies' plans and they shall understand the reality of things:

((وَكَذَلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ الْآيَاتِ وَلِتَسْتَبِينَ سَبِيلُ الْمُجْرِمِينَ ))

"And thus do We detail the verses, and [thus] the way of the criminals will become evident." [TMQ 6:55] And they shall not take the disbelievers as patrons, according to His saying:

((لَا يَتَّخِذِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِنْ دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَمَنْ يَفْعَلْ ذَلِكَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَ اللَّهِ فِي شَيْءٍ ))

"Let not believers take disbelievers as allies rather than believers. And whoever [of you] does that has nothing with Allah, except when taking precaution against them in prudence. And Allah warns you of Himself, and to Allah is the [final] destination." [TMQ 3:28]

The revolution of the Ummah in al-Sham has laid clear that the strength of the Muslims stems from their Aqeedah, they have united after hard labor for Allah alone, they have screamed that it is for Allah: "It is for Allah, it is for Allah!" and they have proven this with their saying: "Ya Allah we have none other but You." They looked to the sky with pure and earnest hearts: "To your service ya Allah!" And when they understood that there is no refuge other than the Islamic state, the second rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" state, they screamed at their highest voice: "Our leader eternally is our master Muhammad!"

The enemies of Allah know that they will be defeated if the Muslims implement what they have declared. That's why they have taken some of the sons of this Ummah, misusing them to split our strength and disrupt our potential. So they established the military councils and national coalitions and held conferences and started plotting, not to save the lives of Muslims but to eliminate the revolution and prevent them from reaching their goal. To understand what is really called for in those conferences, I convey what Professor Richard Wilkins - President of the International Center for Family Policies says: "The Western society has entered a death spiral, and it wants to drag the world behind it."

Only if those who claim their protectiveness on al-Sham and its people and those who meet with ambassadors and American and European ministers, only if they would realize that what is being done is like fatal poison to us. They are prolonging tyranny with all types of weapons and equipment to continue our killing while proclaiming to hold conferences to rescue us from wild wolves' claws which continues to kill and destroy, following the order from his master in the White House and through the tools handed to him by the stooges in Russia, Iran and their Lebanese henchmen. And Allah the Almighty has spoken the truth when He said:


الْمُنَافِقُونَ وَالْمُنَافِقَاتُ بَعْضُهُمْ مِنْ بَعْضٍ يَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمُنْكَرِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَقْبِضُونَ أَيْدِيَهُمْ نَسُوا اللَّهَ فَنَسِيَهُمْ إِنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ. وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الْمُنَافِقِينَ وَالْمُنَافِقَاتِ وَالْكُفَّارَ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا هِيَ حَسْبُهُمْ وَلَعَنَهُمُ اللَّهُ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مُقِيمٌ

 

"The hypocrite men and hypocrite women are of one another. They enjoin what is wrong and forbid what is right and close their hands. They have forgotten Allah, so He has forgotten them [accordingly]. Indeed, the hypocrites - it is they who are the defiantly disobedient. The hypocrite men and hypocrite women are of one another. They enjoin what is wrong and forbid what is right and close their hands. They have forgotten Allah, so He has forgotten them [accordingly]. Indeed, the hypocrites - it is they who are the defiantly disobedient." [TMQ 9: 67-68]

On the other hand stand the sons of the Muslim Ummah with the people of al-Sham in their strife to revive the Islamic way of life and reestablish the second Khilafah "Caliphate" state, following the promise of the Prophet (saw) when he said: «..ثم تكون خلافة على منهاج النبوة» "Then there will be a Khilafah "Caliphate" on the method of the Prophet." It will be a Khilafah "Caliphate" as in the best of times and the strongest eras. He (saw) told us that al-Sham is the nucleus of Dar al-Islam and that Damascus the great city will be the place of a major epic between Good and Evil, where Good will be victorious and the flag of Islam will be raised. He (saw) said: « يوم الملحمة الكبرى فسطاط المسلمين، بأرض يقال لها الغوطة، فيها مدينة يقال لها دمشق، خير منازل المسلمين يومئذ  » "On the day of the great epic that will befall the Muslims, in a land call al-Ghuta, in it there is a city called Damascus, it will be the best home for Muslims on that day." (Extracted by al-Haakim). Congratulations to those who worked for it and raised its banner, for the mercy of the Master of all servants will descend when Muslims work together to raise the word of Allah and to implement His laws and build His state and to protect their Ummah from the vicious plans of the planners and the malicious intrigues of the intriguing and to preserve the supremacy of the word of Allah and the debasement of the word of the disbelievers. He (swt) said:

وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتُ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ يَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَيُقِيمُونَ الصَّلَاةَ وَيُؤْتُونَ الزَّكَاةَ وَيُطِيعُونَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ أُولَئِكَ سَيَرْحَمُهُمُ اللَّهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ

"The believing men and believing women are allies of one another. They enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and establish prayer and give zakah and obey Allah and His Messenger. Those - Allah will have mercy upon them. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise." [TMQ 9:71]

 

Dearest Brothers and dearest Sisters,

It does not surprise us that the enemies of the Ummah plan these vicious plots and intrigue against the Muslim Ummah. Deplorably some of our compatriots hasten to support these destructive policies and conniving plans and deceptive slogans, which are those who share the ideas of the enemies and advocate their calls, among them are the ignorant and fooled and among them are many of the elder thinkers and intellectuals that have substituted with the western secularized thinking the guidance from the Lord of the worlds and the Sunnah of the master of messengers (saw):

((وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ لَا تُفْسِدُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ قَالُوا إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُصْلِحُونَ. أَلَا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ الْمُفْسِدُونَ وَلَكِنْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ))

"And when it is said to them, "Do not cause corruption on the earth," they say, "We are but reformers." Unquestionably, it is they who are the corrupters, but they perceive [it] not." [TMQ 2:11-12]

And when the sincere face their plans and expose their falsehood, they accuse them of reactionism, obscurantism, inertia and hostility against civilization and science:

((وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ آمِنُوا كَمَا آمَنَ النَّاسُ قَالُوا أَنُؤْمِنُ كَمَا آمَنَ السُّفَهَاءُ أَلَا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ السُّفَهَاءُ وَلَكِنْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ))

"And when it is said to them, "Believe as the people have believed," they say, "Should we believe as the foolish have believed?" Unquestionably, it is they who are the foolish, but they know [it] not." [TMQ 2:13]

The circles of conspiracy have intensified until the colonial Kafir has only very little left to oppose the strength of Islam and the greatness of the political project. It is the project of the Ummah in its entirety, a project not only to save the Ummah, but humanity as a whole. We are firmly determined that in the Islamic Sham after today there is no place except for an Islamic state, we want it to be a Khilafah "Caliphate" on the method of the Prophet. Sooner or later Damascus will return as a light house for mankind, spreading the light of its culture and development to all corners of the globe and the Muslim will restore his dignity and with permission of Allah will travel from Jakarta to al-Sham, not fearing anyone but Allah and the ravages of the road.

Allah grant us this and use us for it and make us from the soldiers of the Khilafah "Caliphate" state and bless us with the pledge of allegiance to the Khalifah of the Muslims in the nucleus of Dar al-Islam. We pray to Allah that our Ameer will be the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, the honorable scholar Sheikh Ata Bin Khalil Abu Rashtah. May he be the Khalifah on whom we focus our hopes and who puts our hearts at ease. Then America and its stooges will see who the Muslims are and what the Khilafah "Caliphate" is:

((وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ مُنْقَلَبٍ يَنْقَلِبُونَ ))

"And those who have wronged are going to know to what [kind of] return they will be returned." [TMQ 26:227]

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Pakistan is ready to be a strong heart for the Khilafah "Caliphate"

 

Dear Brothers and Sisters;

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه ومن والاه، وبعد.

Bismillah ِِar-Rahman ar-Raheem. Alhamdullilahi Rabil alameen

wasalatu wasalamu ala sayidina Muhammad wa 'ala alihi wa sahbihi wa min wallaah wa ba'ed.

 

"أطيب ريح في الأرض الهند" "The most pleasant of the winds on the earth are those of Hind."

This hadith may have been an inspiration for Al-Walid b Abdul Malik who sent a 17 year old brave General Muhammed bin Qasim in 711 CE to conquer this land.

Since then our lands were ruled by Islam for centuries

We were part of the Ummayad Khilafah "Caliphate"... and the Abassi Khilafah "Caliphate" ...

Even when the Khilafah "Caliphate" was being destroyed while our lands were occupied by the British, our forefathers mobilized to undermine their work.

Let us recall the words of the mother of those who lead the Khilafah "Caliphate" movement in 1919, when she said:

"بولی اماں محمد علی کی جان بیٹا خلافت پہ دے دو" [Mother of Mohammed Ali said sacrifice your lives for the Khilafah "Caliphate".]

Brothers and sisters!

Islam is in the blood of the Ummah including the Muslims of India....

It was this idea to live under Islam that lead to the establishment of Pakistan in 1947 where we saw the largest migration in the modern history.

Our forefathers were massacred ...Our sisters and mothers were raped by the Mushrik Hindus and Sikhs......

With our blood and sweat, Pakistan was established...and there were NO Regrets!...

But sadly! This desire for the implementation of Islam has always been denied by the treacherous leaderships in Pakistan.

This desire still burns in our souls.....

This year, a survey was conducted by Pew Research Centre, showing "84% of the Pakistanis who say Sharia should be the official law".

And let me share with you what happened when Hizb ut Tahrir was launched in 2001 ... Within 2 years, we managed to stage a national conference ... It shook the colonialists leading their agent Musharaf to ban the party only few days later..

Brothers and Sisters! If you were to live with the Muslims in Pakistan ...visit the markets and bazaars ...the schools, colleges and Universities, you can sense their growing desire for Islam.

To the extent where those parties who never uttered a word for Khilafah "Caliphate"....Are now calling for it!!!

Let me recall an incident, when a brother was distributing a leaflet outside a masjid that called upon the sincere officers to give Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir.  An old man walked up while gripping his son's hand who happened to be an officer, saying if you need him, take him!

You will hear of many stories about the people calling for Khilafah "Caliphate" having no connection with Hizb.  But they will be asked a question: "Are you from Hizb ut Tahrir?"

Let alone the Ummah, there were few incidents where even the police have warned our Shabaab to leave their houses before executing a raid.

This is the response of those who are paid to contain our work.

And that is why the west is so worried about Pakistan.

And this is why David Kilcullen, an advisor to the US CENTCOM commander, said in an interview, "Pakistan has 173 million people, 100 nuclear weapons, an army bigger than the US Army...We're now reaching the point (of)...an extremist takeover -- that would dwarf everything we've seen in the war on terror today."

So, after witnessing the rising popularity of our call, the American's and its agents declared a war against the advocates of Khilafah "Caliphate"

Banning the party

Amending the Anti-Terrorism Act adding new clauses.....

Persecuting the Shabaab.....

Chasing them, not caring for the sanctity of their homes and the honour of our sisters....

Arresting them....Abducting them....

Torturing them... hanging them until the arms came out of their sockets.....

Employing mental torture... depriving them of sleep.....

Purging the Islamists out of the military... the likes of Brigadier Ali Khan and many officers who were court martialed and sentenced for years.

Brothers and Sisters!

After losing all hopes in their lowly tactics to finish this call, they went for kidnapping our Shabaab.

Not to forget our brave brother Naveed Butt Spokesman of Hizb ut Tahrir in Pakistan, who was abducted over a year ago in front of his small children by the thugs of Kayani......

What was his crime????

Calling for the return of Islam as a way of life?

Exposing the western colonialist agenda?

Speaking the truth exposing the agents of the west who have created havoc in Pakistan?

Have we not heard of the hadith, when a man approached Rasool Allah (saw) and asked: "أَيُّ الْجِهَادِ أَفْضَلُ"

To which he replied: "كَلِمَةُ حَقٍّ عِنْدَ سُلْطَانٍ جَائِرٍ"

"That the best of Jihad is the word of truth against the tyrant ruler."

If this is a crime brothers and sisters, then it makes us all criminals.

The west and its agents in Muslim lands have understood that they can not counter an idea with the batton.

So they started a propaganda against Hizb to counter her call

Inventing terms like sectarianism...Extremism and religiously inspired violence to push the Ummah away from its Deen.

They held conferences and seminars....employing secular writers and academics to attack the idea of Islam as an authority.....They hired Scholars for dollars to issue fatwas....

Spending millions not knowing that Allah has his own plan....

Allah says:

((إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا يُنفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ لِيَصُدُّوا عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّـهِ ۚ فَسَيُنفِقُونَهَا))

"Verily, those who disbelieve spend their wealth to hinder (men) from the Path of Allâh, and so will they continue to spend it;" [al-Anfal: 36]

((ثُمَّ تَكُونُ عَلَيْهِمْ حَسْرَةً ثُمَّ يُغْلَبُونَ))

 

"but In the end it will become an anguish for them. Then they will be overcome" [al-Anfal: 36]

 

So what was the response of the Hizb and its members?

Did they say forget it and let's just sit at home..... It's too difficult

Can't handle being arrested, tortured and imprisoned!

Can't afford to lose the job!

 

No!!! Brothers and sisters!

In fact, all of this only strengthened their resolve.

And they took heed from the words of Allah (swt), when he said,

((الَّذِينَ قَالَ لَهُمُ النَّاسُ إِنَّ النَّاسَ قَدْ جَمَعُوا لَكُمْ فَاخْشَوْهُمْ فَزَادَهُمْ إِيمَانًا وَقَالُوا حَسْبُنَا اللَّـهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ))

"People said to them: A great army is gathering against you, therefore fear them but it (only) increased their faith. They said: For us Allah sufficeth, and He is the best disposer of affairs." [Al-Imran: 173]

 

So, they moved forward...

Harshly accounting Musharaf on his efforts to sell Kashmir, and compromising Pakistan's nuclear weapons while using our Noble Armed forces as a fuel for American war of Fitna.

Exposing the enemy of Muslims the tyrant Kayani who ordered the spilling of Muslim blood in Swaat and tribal Areas.

 

Accounting him at a time when no one dared raise his voice...

When our supporters rushed to us advising us to be careful

Hizb ut Tahrir stood when others dared not.....

Shabaab raised their voices when others kept silent.....

We were the lone voice of truth against the American hegemony and its War of Terror.....

And as I speak to you today, your brothers in Pakistan are moving around in the streets, markets, masajid and neighborhoods distributing an open letter accounting the rulers and demanding the release of our brother Naveed Butt who should've been here today instead of me.....

 

To the delegates in this conference, my brothers and sisters from Syria and Uzbekistan.........

I make a promise to you on behalf of the Shabab of Pakistan.

We will not rest....we will not tire.... we will not slow down till the Khilafah "Caliphate" is established in Pakistan OR we join, Inshallah!

Brothers I come to you from a land whose people find pride in Islam....

They are angry at the humiliation they face at the hands of Western Colonialists.

We have an army which is bred on Jihad.

Who defeated the Communists.

Who kept an enemy like India, 3 times its size, on the backfoot.

They are angry at the humiliation incurred upon it by its rulers when America raided Abottabad killing Osama Bin Laden and then at Salala Checkpost killing our soldiers.

They are angry at their leadership and the rulers stopping them to avenge this humiliation.

Brothers! From this land, on behalf of its people, on behalf of its army! I promise you that we will not spare any efforts to fulfill what our beloved Prophet (saw) promised to us of the glad tidings of Ghazwa e Hind.....


((عِصَابَتَانِ مِنْ أُمَّتِي أَحْرَزَهُمْ اللَّهُ مِنْ النَّارِ عِصَابَةٌ تَغْزُو الْهِنْدَ وَعِصَابَةٌ تَكُونُ مَعَ عِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام))

"Two groups of my Ummah Allah has protected from the Hellfire: a group that will conquer India and a group that will be with ‘Isa ibnu Maryam."

 

O brothers and sisters! I promise you that in these lands, the sons of this ummah are eager, like Sultan Mohammad Fateh, to fulfill this prophecy, to conquer hind when the armies of the Khilafah "Caliphate" will mobilize and strike our enemy and reclaim the Islamic lands raising their voices with Takbeer:

Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar!  AllahuAkbar!
