Pakistan's Foreign Minister Buys More Time for the Butcher Bashar Muslim Armies Must Mobilize Now to Return the Khilafah Rasahida to Syria, Ash-Sham

It is at a time that the Jewish state and America are at a loss before an entire country, Syria, marching for Islamic rule in this blessed month of Ramadhan, that Kayani, Zardari and their small coterie of henchmen have lurched forward to their rescue. It was not enough for them to try to save America's failing crusade in Afghanistan, by burning Pakistan and its armed forces as a fuel for it,

A sincere call from Hizb-ut Tahrir for the sake of Allah (swt) Alone, on the way of the Messenger of Allah (saw) (Translated)

The vital issue for Muslims across the whole world is bringing them back to the Islamic way of life, and the application of Islam in all aspects of their life. This is an Islamic duty that cannot be fulfilled except by returning back the rule of Allah through the establishment of Dar al Islam by the establishment of the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate", and the appointment of a Khaleefah to the Muslims, who is given the pledge of allegiance to listen to him and obey him on condition of ruling with the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger, and carrying the call for Islam to the world by Da'wa and Jihad.

The duty to establish the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" can be only accomplished through a group or an Islamic party, which has to be an ideological party, based on the Islamic 'aqeedah, committed to its work according to the ahkaam shar'iyyah, and following (as model for its re-establishment) the way of the Prophet - peace be upon him and his family - in establishing the first Islamic State in Madinah. The work of the party in its call has to be political in nature; because the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate", appointing the Khaleefah and implementing the rule of Allah... are political actions.

This was the reason of establishing of Hizb-ut Tahrir. It was also established in compliance with the words of Allah, the Almighty:

"ولتكن منكم أمة يدعون إلى الخير ويأمرون بالمعروف وينهون عن المنكر وأولئك هم المفلحون"
"And let arise from amongst you a nation (a group) who invites to goodness (khayr), and enjoins the right (ma'roof) and forbids what is evil (munkar), and those are the successful."

Thus, the verse ordered of establishing at least one group or one Islamic party, whose work is call to Islam (khayr), enjoining the right (ma'roof) and forbidding of evil (munkar). That which is calling, enjoining and forbidding the rulers, is political work.

Hence, Hizb-ut Tahrir is a political party, whose ideology is Islam. It is based on the Islamic 'aqeedah regarding of all its thoughts and perceptions. It abides in all of its actions and practices by the divine rules ahkaam shar'iyyah. And its work in the call (Da'wah) is political that addresses the actions of the rulers: being inconsistent with Islam, linked (loyal) to the West and are betrayal to the Muslims. Besides, these actions ought to be implementation of Islam in the life of Muslims, and carrying the message of Islam to the world by calling (Da'wah) and Jihad.

When Hizb-ut Tahrir defined its vital issue as bringing back the rule of Allah, and defined its objective as the establishment of Dar ul-Islam by the establishment of the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" State; it tried to determine the divine method it must follow to realise its objective: which is represented in the method of the Prophet -peace and prayers be upon him and his family - in his work from when Allah sent him as a messenger until he established the Islamic state in the Madinah.

Based on the Seerah of the Prophet, peace be upon him and his family in establishing the Islamic state and converting dar ul-kufr to dar ul-Islam, and in transforming the Jahili society to Islamic society, Hizb-ut Tahrir defined its method in three stages:

The first stage: The culturing stage in order to develop people who believe in the Islamic thought upon which the party is built in order to realise its objective. This is similar to that which the Prophet, peace be upon him and his family did, where he used to invite people - and whoever responded positively to him and believed in him and his message he used to link him (to his group) secretly, and was keen to teach him whatever had been revealed of the message of Islam until he had absorbed it.

The second stage: Interaction stage: A stage of interaction with the Ummah so that she adopts Islam, takes it as her own issue and works for its implementation in real life, state and society. In this stage, the party carried out intensive culturing in circles for the development of its own party body and to develop Islamic personalities capable to carry out the call. It also carried out a collective culturing to the masses of people, to create general awareness about its ideas amongst themselves, so as to build up the popular foundation that enabled it to lead the Ummah just as the Prophet - peace be upon him and his family - did in Madinah. The party has also followed the Messenger - may Allah bless him and his family - where it engaged into intellectual struggle by confronting the beliefs, systems and thoughts of kufr, and engaging in the political struggle against Muslim rulers and those behind them of the Western capitalist disbelieving countries. So it exposed the plots and revealed the plans for the sake of liberation of the Ummah. Besides, it adopted the interests of the nation and looked after its affairs in accordance with the provisions of the Sharee'ah.

At this stage, the party performed seeking of support (talab un-Nussrah) of the people of power, just as the Prophet - peace be upon him and his family did - as reported by Ibn Kathir in the Seerah from Ali bin Abi Talib, who said:

"لما أمر الله رسوله أن يعرض نفسه على قبائل العرب خرج وأنا معه وأبو بكر إلى منى حتى دفعنا إلى مجلس من مجالس العرب"

"When Allah commanded His Messenger to present himself to the Arab tribes, he came out - accompanied by me and Abu Bakr - to Mina till we reached one of the councils of the Arabs." By this seeking of support (talab un-Nussrah) the Prophet, peace be upon him and his family, established the Islamic state after taking the covenant (bay'ah) from the supporters (Ansar) to defend this deen regardless of the size of threat that might face them.

The third Stage: This is the stage of taking authority and application of Islam, totally and comprehensively, and carrying it as a message to the world.

Hizb-ut Tahrir works to unify the Muslim lands in the single Khilafah "Caliphate" State that combines all Muslims under its leadership in one single Islamic nation (Ummah) that does not distinguish between an Arab and non- Arab, and nor between a black or a white - except by piety.

Hizb-ut Tahrir has worked in Syria since the beginning of its call in the 1950s. It has continued to pursue its call without deviation from the method of the Prophet - may Allah bless him and his family. The difficulties it faced in the days of its call only increased its determination. It suffered a lot from the brutal rule of the family of Al-Assad. It yearns for the victory from Allah alone that opens the hearts and minds of the people of power to support it, after He opened the hearts of Muslims in general to its call. It also aspires to be worthy of this true promise by establishing the rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" at its own hands, when the Noble Prophet, may Allah bless him and his family said:

"ثم تكون خلافة راشدة على منهاج النبوة"

"Then it would be a rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" on the model of Prophethood". It also looks to Allah alone to honour the people of the Sham by making their land the centre abode of the Khilafah "Caliphate" as confirmed by the words of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and his family:

"عقر دار الإسلام بالشام"
"The centre abode of Islam is in the Sham."

More than 100 Million Americans are on welfare in the land of the free:

There are more Americans dependent on the federal government than ever before in U.S. history. According to the Survey of Income and Program Participation conducted by the U.S. Census, well over 100 million Americans are enrolled in at least one welfare program run by the federal government. Many are enrolled in more than one. That is about a third of the entire population of the country. Sadly, that figure does not even include Social Security or Medicare. Today the federal government runs almost 80 different "means-tested welfare programs", and almost all of those programs have experienced substantial growth in recent years. Yes, we will always need a "safety net" for those that cannot take care of themselves, but it is absolutely ridiculous that the federal government is financially supporting one-third of all Americans

Veiled French Muslim woman charged with inciting riot:

A French Muslim woman has been charged with assault and inciting a riot in Lille after she refused a police identification check while wearing a banned full- face veil, a police source reported. The interior ministry reported that since Nicolas Sarkozy's government passed a controversial law banning wearing niqab and burka in all public spaces there have been 91 incidents of women in niqabs being stopped by police outside Paris and nine incidents in the Paris region. The law bans wearing full-face veils in all public spaces, allowing women to wear full-face veils only in their homes, in private vehicle and places of worship. If women are found wearing full-face veils, they face a 150 euro (£130) fine. The law sparked the debates across France, the country with the biggest Muslim population in Europe.

Iran playing ‘nefarious' role in Syria: Rice:

The United States on Thursday accused Iran of playing a "nefarious" role in the Syria conflict, one that strengthens the case for President Bashar al-Assad to be forced out of office. Susan Rice, US ambassador to the United Nations said the alliance of Iran, Lebanese Hezbollah and Assad's government, a group that boasts of being the Middle East's "an axis of resistance" was "bad for the region." Rice was speaking to NBC television shortly after Assad met a top Iranian envoy in his war-torn capital this week and as Tehran hosted a conference on the conflict designed to shore up the beleaguered Syrian regime. "They view this as an axis of resistance along with Hezbollah, so there is no question that Iran is playing a nefarious role, not only in Syria but more broadly in the region, actively supporting the Assad regime," she said. "One of the reasons why we are quite clear that the end result must be and will be the departure of Assad, is because this alliance, so to speak, is bad not only for Syria, but it is bad for the region and bad for our interests. "At its hastily-arranged international conference, Iran appealed to Syria's government and armed opposition to open peace talks. Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi told diplomats from Russia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Cuba, Venezuela and other nations that Iran opposes "any foreign interference and military intervention in resolving the Syrian crisis." Rice said the United States was wary about imposing a Libya-style no fly zone over Syria even though it wanted to increase support for the opposition. Some Syrian opposition rebels and US politicians have called for a no fly zone and Rice said "none of these potential options have been ruled out." But she told NBC "the reality is that a no-fly zone isn't a simple proposition, it would ultimately involve putting boots on the ground and it would be a very different circumstance than we saw in Libya."

US drones strikes prompt Pakistan to strengthen ties with Russia:

As anti-American sentiment grows in Pakistan, one retired Pakistani General believes it is time for Pakistan and Russia to build stronger ties. With the war in Afghanistan spilling into Pakistan, Brigadier Nadir Mir believes America needs to stop overstepping its bounds. The recent drone attacks in Pakistan have put a strain on the very fragile relationship between the two countries. "The Drone strikes are not only an attack on land but also on Pakistan's sovereignty. They lead to extremism and radicalism, as many innocent people get killed or injured. Pakistan has regularly warned the USA to end Drone strikes. The attacks have resulted in increasing Anti-Americanism. The strikes are counterproductive, they help produce more militants then they kill." Brigadier Nadir Mir told The Voice of Russia. However, the general also believes that America and Pakistan can rekindle their ties, if only to a certain extent. He states that bringing peace to Afghanistan is in a great interest for both countries. "Pakistan and America can rekindle their ties to an extent; the strain in ties is due to US War in Afghanistan spilling over into Pakistan. Efforts should be made for negotiated peace in Afghanistan, a stable but unoccupied Afghanistan is in the interest of Pakistan, USA, Russia, China and everybody else." He added. Will making a pact with Russia be fruitful for Pakistan? Brigadier Nadir Mir certainly thinks so. "Russia and Pakistan can help create consensus in the entire Central Asian - West Asian regions for peace and Geo-economic bonding." Pakistan clearly is looking to become a major economic player in the world as it aims to bring in support from China and other neighbouring countries.

Rohingya Muslims call world's attention to Myanmar killings:

The central leader of the Rohingya Solidarity Organization of Myanmar, Muhammad Imran Saeed, who is in town to acquaint the people of Pakistan with the on going Muslim-non-Muslim riots in Myanmar (formerly Burma), narrated the atrocities being perpetrated on the Arakan Muslims of Myanmar by the non-Muslim majority. Addressing a Press conference at the Karachi Press Club (KPC) Thursday afternoon, he said that it was an attempt on the part of the Myanmar government to "eliminate the Rohyinga race" and according to him, 135 mosques had been pulverised. He condemned the attitude of the Bangladesh Government towards the issue and said that instead of sympathising with their persecuted Muslim brothers and sisters, the Bangladesh government was adopting a punitive stance towards them and issuing shoot-at-sight orders in case any Rohingya Muslim was found crossing over into Bangladesh territory. Intikhab Alam Suri, President, Human Rights Network, narrating the sequence of events, said that on My 28, a Buddhist girl embraced Islam and married a Muslim man, which, he said, made the Buddhist community very indignant and they resorted to vengeance by stopping a bus carrying Muslim pilgrims and killing some of them. Regretting the killing of Rohingyas by the Bangladesh Government, and condemning international agencies for their biased stance, he said that when the sectarian killings were taking place in East Timor, the Western powers and UN agencies lost no time in dispatching their aid teams and military personnel. If, he said, the whites were facing such a situation in some part of the world, the western countries lost no time in dispatching their troops. But now that the Muslims were being killed "in such large numbers", all these "self-proclaimed custodians of human rights" were not bothering to even bat an eyelid.
