Last week seemed to be the week of U.S. aid! America announced the resumption of 1.3 billion dollars of aid to Egypt, an increase of 55 million dollars in humanitarian aid to Yemen, and 100 million dollars of aid to Tunisia to ease their debt.
On 29th March, Government thugs attacked Hizb ut Tahrir weekly Dars in the Model Town area of Lahore and arrested more than 15 people. A case was lodged against them according to the Anti-Terrorism Act, Clause 11-W, and today, 30th March, they were sent to jail on judicial remand. Peter Schiff: Market-Crushing Treasury Collapse To Hit Around 2013:
Peter Schiff, the divisive investor and commentator that predicted the subprime/real-estate bubble, is forecasting a U.S. dollar and bond crisis over the next couple of years. Schiff blames intervened bond markets, where rates are artificially and excessively low, and expects the coming crisis to blow the 2008-9 financial crisis out of the water. There is little doubt that the Federal Reserve, with Chairman Ben Bernanke at the helm, is holding markets by the hand. Bernanke, himself a divisive figure, has done all he can to push interest rates lower, using quantitative easing and Operation Twist once nominal rates had hit the zero-range. While many believe ultra-loose monetary policy is dangerous, Schiff thinks it will lead to a catastrophic correction. "The more you delay it, the bigger it will be," Schiff tells Forbes in a phone interview Tuesday, "so we need to raise interest rates during the recession to confront the inefficiencies." Schiff, who runs Euro Pacific Capital and is seen by many as permanently bearish, argues that government-intervened bond markets are leading to massive distortions in capital allocation that have only been exacerbated as the Fed reacted to the last couple of recessions. The controversial investor and commentator expects a massive crash over the next two to three years as a bond market bubble, coupled with the U.S. dollar, collapses under the weight of excessive debt. Schiff, like PIMCO's Bill Gross, doesn't believe in the current deleveraging cycle. While households have reduced their leverage, government debt has ballooned on the back of stimulus programs, but, argued Schiff, the government's debt is the people's debt, thus overall leverage has actually increased.
French-Israeli Journalist Calls on Paris to Rein in Muslims:
Toulouse-born Avraham Azoulai, editor-in-chief of Le P'tit Hebdo, a publication that caters to French speaking Jews worldwide, held a news conference Sunday, calling upon the French government to crack down on Muslim violence and on French media to stop demonizing Israel. Anti-Israeli incitement in the French press has brought about anti-Semitism, he charged. "We do not ask them to be pro-Israeli," he said of the French press, "but to stop inciting." Azoulai had a message for the French government, calling on it to "rein in the Muslim clans." A small percentage of the Muslims in France are "very violent" and the rest are influenced by the media, he explained. "They cannot hurt the IDF and Israel so instead of getting revenge on Israel, they go for the Jews, who cannot do anything."
Tunisia constitution will not be Based on Islamic Law: Party:
Tunisia's governing Islamist party said it will not support making sharia, or Islamic law, the main source of legislation in a new constitution and will maintain the secular nature of the state. Ennahda's stance on an issue that has increasingly polarised the country since its January 2011 revolution was criticised by hardline Islamists who wanted full-blown sharia, but welcomed by secular parties. Ennahda, which emerged as the biggest party in Tunisia's first democratic elections last year, said Monday it would keep the first article of the 1956 constitution in the new basic law now being drafted. The article enshrines the separation of religion and state, stating that: "Tunisia is a free, independent and sovereign state, its religion is Islam, its language is Arabic and it is a republic." "We are not going to use the law to impose religion," Ennahda leader Rached Ghannouchi told journalists after the moderate Islamist party's constituent committee voted to maintain the constitutional article by 52 votes to 12. The article, he added, "is the object of consensus among all sectors of society; preserving Tunisia's Arab-Muslim identity while also guaranteeing the principles of a democratic and secular state." Islam is Tunisia's official religion and while the constitution stipulates the president should be a Muslim, the state is mostly secular. Some had voiced concern that Ennahda would seek to curb women's rights and other liberties in an Arab country known for its progressive laws. But Ghannouchi said the Islamist party would not "introduce ambiguous definitions into the constitution that risk dividing the people", adding that "many Tunisians do not have a clear image of sharia and erroneous practices in certain countries have aroused fear."
US Poll: Record 69% Oppose Afghanistan War:
In the wake of controversies involving the burning of Qurans and a U.S. Army staff sergeant's alleged murder of 17 Afghan civilians, support for the war in Afghanistan has dropped precipitously among the American public, a new survey shows. Indeed, 69 percent of respondents said that the United States should not be involved in Afghanistan, the highest ever measure since CBS News/New York Times started asking the question in 2009. In addition, a majority - 53 percent - said that Americans should no longer be fighting in the conflict, report the two news outlets. Only 23 percent believe that America is "doing the right thing" by fighting in Afghanistan, down from 36 percent in Nov. 2011. These perceptions appear to be led by the impression that the war is going quite poorly for the United States - 68 percent thought the war was going "somewhat badly" or "very badly," a staggering rise from the 42 percent who believed this in November, the Times poll found. There was a general consensus among both Republicans and Democrats that the war is not proceeding well. Among Republicans, 60 percent said that the war was going somewhat or very badly, compared with 68 percent of Democrats. The difference when it comes to members of the two parties is that Republicans were more likely to want to stay in Afghanistan for as long as it would be necessary to stabilize the country's condition: three in 10 said the U.S. should remain, compared with two in 10 independents and 1 in 10 Democrats. And within the Republican Party itself, voters are split over the issue of when to withdraw from Afghanistan. A plurality of Republicans, 41 percent, say that the U.S. should withdraw sooner than the planned withdrawal date in 2014, compared with only 28 who prefer the existing timetable and 29 percent who believe American troops should stay as long as it takes.
US Congressman calls Pakistan 'enemy' of US, and Looks to Dismember the Country:
US Republican Congressman Dana Rohrabacher on Tuesday said that the Government of Pakistan was radical, and supported the Taliban, there by an enemy of the United States and freedom. Rohrabacher made these statements while addressing a press conference on the subject of Balochistan at the National Press Club. Reps. Steve King and Rep. Louie Gohmert, who were co-sponsors of his house concurrent resolution on the right of self-determination for Baloch, accompanied him at the press conference. Rep. Rohrabacher, who mispronounced Baloch as Bal-ook for the entirety of the press conference, dispelled allegations that he was being paid by a lobby or an individual for raising the cause of the Baloch people. He said that Pakistan was murdering women and children in Balochistan. He said that his trips to the region came from committee funds that were in turn financed by US taxpayers. In response to a question, he said that he has also raised the issue of human rights in Kashmir in the past, and said that certain people were purposely raising the issue of Kashmir to deflect attention from the issue of Balochistan. Rep. Rohrabacher, who is also the chair of the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigation, said that he was one of Pakistan's best friends in the past. The US Congressman said, "Pakistan decided to be enemies of the US years ago." He said that during the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan, Pakistan was sending money to radicals who hated the United States. He alleged that Pakistan has an "anti-American" relationship with China. Congressman Louie Gohmert said that Pakistan was not only supporting the Taliban, but was also terrorising the Baloch. He said that the Baloch people wanted the right to freedom. When asked about the statements by the Indian and US Government who have said that they support Pakistan's territorial integrity, the Republican representative said that they are trying to change the US policy, and the Balochistan resolution was an effort to start a national debate on Balochistan.

Through this momentum HTI drive all people to reject capitalistic policies and remove the system and establish Khilafah "Caliphate" Islamiyah. As the summit agenda, HTI will make rally in front of the presidential palace together with 10.000 Muslim, on 29th of March 2012. Before, HTI also had performed series of rally and public discussions in several cities in Indonesia. At dawn on Thursday 15th March 2012, the blessed revolution in Syria entered its second year. Last year was a tragic year, in every sense, in which the criminal Syrian regime committed heinous crimes, so proving that it is the primary enemy of the Syrian people.
These people have proved their faith gives them life. They have given the finest examples of patience, fortitude, bearing of sacrifice and the determination to change this regime and throw it into the dustbin of history.
They have watered their blessed land with their pure blood, after crushing fear with their feet. And they remain determined to crush the tyrant of Sham and its criminal security regime, together with all of the security gangs, media lackeys and anyone who protects it - namely the unjust international system and the manmade international law that protects and helps the oppressor against the oppressed.
It is only their belief in Allah ta'ala which has created within the Syrian people this superior ability to bear sacrifice and determination to change the regime.
They responded to the regime's attempts to humiliate them by shouting "we will never kneel except to Allah."
They responded to its attempts to divert them towards secularism by saying: "It is for Allah! It is for Allah!"
The dissenting army brigades chose names of the Sahabah; thus all Muslims inside and outside Syria started to smell the fragrance of the hadeeth of the Messenger of Allah salla Allahu alaihi wasallam: "The centre of Islam's land is in Sham."
Just as this was a good sign for the Muslims, it was a bad sign and a source of fear for the West, which recognized that the rebels inside Syria are motivated by Islam, unlike the secular opposition outside Syria that has no popularity to allow them to pursue Western interests in the future.
We, in Hizb ut-Tahrir in Syria, are pleased to deliver to you a warm call, asking Allah that it finds listening ears and conscious hearts:
We appeal to our people in blessed Syria:
By your faith, patience and sacrifices you have crushed of the fear, cowardice and defeat of men that the miserable Syrian regime practiced against you for more than forty years.
You have exposed every hypocrite and agent until people find themselves in one of two camps: a camp of faith having no hypocrisy in it, and a camp of hypocrisy having no faith in it.
In one year you have revived the hope in the whole Ummah of the return of the Khilafah "Caliphate" State and its shining history.
We congratulate you for what you have done; and may Allah bestow upon you that which He bestows upon His sincere slaves.
We in Hizb ut-Tahrir stress that you must take Islam alone as basis of your revolution - drawn from its ‘aqeedah and built on its foundation, rather than on the basis of an immoral secularism or a disbelieving democracy - for these are not your garments. Islam alone is your garment.
So, we sincerely invite you to make nothing less than the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" as the target for your revolution.
Beware not to fall like your brothers in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya and Yemen have fallen - where their revolution has been stolen and the blood of their martyrs sold; such that their revolutions have become in need of revolutions.
To those of our people in Syria who have not yet moved against the tyrant of Sham, we ask this: What are you waiting for?! Can you accept for the deen to be disgraced, where the mosques are shelled, prayers are prevented, jum'ah prayers are disrupted and copies of the Quran are torn?! If you do not rise up for your deen, for the honor of your sisters, or for the killing of your relatives and the sons of your deen, for what would you rise up for?!
Once you stand by your deen and your people in their revolution in all regions there will be no place left for this current system to stand. This is a legal duty you are obliged to undertake, and you have no choice in that. Otherwise Allah ta'ala will let down those who let down his deen and Ummah.
We call upon the ‘Ulema of Syria:
Allah, ta'ala has taken covenant upon you that you explain the Truth to the people and do not hide it. The first thing you must explain in Syria is the obligation of overthrowing the disbelieving regime so as to establish the rule of Allah in its place. The responsibility upon you is greater when the demonstrations set out from the mosques, and after the jum'ah prayers. So be the true leaders of the people and commit yourselves to the method of the Messenger of Allah salla Allahu alaihi wasallam regarding bringing change, for you are most worthy of it.
You must also warn the people of the dangerous calls of democracy, secularism and the civil state; and which demand foreign intervention and beg for solutions from the UN Security Council, the enemy of the Ummah. These are seditious calls, which have no answer except with the sincere belief that the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wasallam told us of in the hadeeth narrated by Ahmad: "Indeed faith is when tribulations take place in Sham." Who other than the ‘ulema would carry the responsibility of revealing these tribulations and explaining the true faith regarding them?
We appeal to the sincere Muslim people in authority in the Syrian army:
Your splits from the ruling faction revealed the genuine nature of your souls when you refused the orders of the regime to kill your people.
Naming your brigades after the names of the noble Sahabah was evidence of your love to Allah, His Messenger, his Sahabah and his great deen of Islam.
We see you have been reached by the deception from the Western States and their tools - the rulers in the region. So we warn you about the claims that you have been armed by the enemies of Islam, for this involve compromise on your deen and your principles. So, be careful of the enemies of Allah - and of those who visit them in their countries and their embassies from the suspicious secular external opposition. Do not give your leadership to any one of these.
Let all the honest Muslim people of authority in the Syrian army (the dissidents and those who have not yet dissented) realize that there is a legal duty, which obliges them to unite their efforts with the efforts of the army officers in the Syrian army who in fact work to establish the Khilafah "Caliphate". This is the same duty, which the ansaar (supporters) of the Messenger of Allah salla Allahu alaihi wasallam performed; that is to overthrow the rule of the tyrant now present in Sham and delivering the authority to Hizb ut-Tahrir, which have prepared itself to establish a rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" on the model of prophethood, so as to rule with the divine law of Allah.
We appeal to the Ummah:
Allah, subhanahu wa ta'ala has addressed you in His Book that you are one Ummah, and that you are the best Ummah raised up for mankind. The Messenger salla Allahu alaihi wasallam has also addressed you that you are an Ummah distinct from other people, the most common among you can give pledge of protection to anybody, which is binding the most prominent of them; and you are all united against anyone other than you. And you have in the hadeeth of the Messenger salla Allahu alaihi wasallam the decisive speech: «Whoever lets down a Muslim when his sanctity is violated and his honour is disgraced, Allah ta'ala would let him down at a time he wants to be helped. And whoever helped a Muslim when his honour is disgraced and his sanctity is violated Allah would help when he likes to be helped. » (Ahmad)
We, in Hizb ut-Tahrir, ask Allah to take our call to every believer and every fair person and every conscious person. And we ask Him ta'ala to hasten His help and His relief to the people of Syria; to make the plot of the oppressors return to their throats; to make their destruction in their own planning; and, at the end of this crisis, to give us two joys: the joy of the fall of the tyrant, and the joy of the declaration of the rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate". On 03/03/2012, the Minister of European Union affairs in the Turkish government and chief negotiator, Agman Bagis, stated to a Cypriot reporter during his visit to Britain there to meet with officials about the matter of Cyprus, "All options are on the table for a solution to Cyprus. It can be a solution in the form of a confederation by agreement between the two leaders. Or in the form of two states a state, a federal union, with a settlement agreement between the two leaders. Or the annexation of northern Cyprus to Turkey. All options are on the table. But what we hope for is a federal union of two states in Cyprus. "However, the Turkish minister did not mention the solution, which is an annexation of Cyprus in its entirety to Turkey as it was part of it. What about these statements, May Allah reward you?
Answer:
1 - The Turkish minister presented an old American project, which the US had been presenting in its plans since the seventies of the last century. Namely, either dividing the island into two separate states or two states within one i.e. a federal union or to annex North Cyprus to Turkey and South Cyprus to Greece.
But, after South Cyprus became a member of the European Union, it is unlikely that there will be any thought of annexing the southern region to Greece. Like Greece it enjoys full membership of the Union and also has independence and consideration. It will assume the presidency of the Council of European Union the coming July. And the situation in Greece is bad, particularly the economical situation. The people in south do not prefer annexation, even though they have the feelings of Greek nationalism mixed with religious sentiments.
Thus, the threat comes from one side, Turkey. This is the first time any Turkish official has spoken, since the start of the emergence of the Cyprus issue on the ground, when the United States began to take action in Cyprus, in the fifties of the last century, to affect the influence of Britain and repel it in order to take it place. This forced Britain to grant formal independence to Cyprus in 1960 and install in it a Christian cleric, Patriarch Makarios, and made its agent Rauf Denktash, a representative of the Muslims and his deputy. Thus, the island remained united in the grip of Britain.
It appears that the Turkish threat came after the stumbling of talks regarding Cyprus with the British, where the minister Laghman Bagis added in his remarks to that newspaper on 3/3/2012, when he met with British Foreign Secretary, William Hague, saying, "Britain watches with sensitivity both sides, but I do not see that it behaves very enthusiastically on the issue of using its sanction power", he argued and added, "We tried to convince them on this issue. We believe that Britain, as a guarantor power, should follow a more active policy and play a more constructive role in the Cyprus issue."
2 - It appears here that the British do not want the solutions offered by the United States and offered again by the Turkish minister, even if they express support of the resolution of the issue. The British have two important military bases in Cyprus with more than 24 thousand of British soldiers, asides for surveillance and intelligence agencies in order to spy on and control the region. It is one of the guarantor countries according to the agreement that was signed in 1964 so that Britain, Turkey and Greece are guarantor countries of the situation, which were drafted about the island after the events orchestrated by Greek Cypriots against Turkish Muslim. Thus, Britain maintained its presence and influence there, according to the present agreement.
The southern region of Cyprus is recognized internationally and regionally, i.e. by Europe. It is part of the European Union (EU) and Britain is also part of the European Union, so the British presence in Cyprus has became internal, not external, and other EU states are not disturbed by this presence. Moreover, they even support the British position implicitly when they announced their support for the Annan plan because they believe in the control of the Greek governance over the island and an end to the presence of the Turkish state. Therefore Britain will not abandon its presence and influence in Cyprus.
3 - The Europeans are applying pressure on Turkey to achieve their demands with respect to the Cyprus portfolio, which is one of the portfolios that are not settled between the Turks and Cyprus. And it is one but one of the outstanding portfolios which stands in the way of Turkey's joining the European Union, where the total number of these portfolios is about thirty-five, including internal matters such as the subject of the so-called minorities, from the Kurdish portfolio to the Alawi file to the Armenian portfolio, to the democracy and human rights portfolio, to the portfolio of Constitutional amendment and the acceptance of international supervision on elections related to reduce the role of the military in governance, amongst other portfolios. About the Cyprus portfolio, the Europeans demand the opening of the Turkish ports and airports to Greek Cypriots. But Turkey has not implemented the agreement about that, because the Europeans did not fulfill their pledge to lift the ban on Cypriot Turks according to the agreement between the parties. The Cyprus portfolio along with seven other portfolios are frozen and not settled. Also Turkey refuses to admit the state of South Cyprus, which is controlled by the Greeks until the case is settled. Britain has worked through its agent to complicate the US plan, called the Kofi Annan Plan, named after the former UN secretary, when the majority in the southern region of the island voted against it in 2004. And the Turks in the northern region voted for it when the government of the northern region headed by Mehmet Ali Talat, an agent for America, and Erdogan's government has supported it strongly and put all its weight to vote for this plan. Rauf Denktash opposed strongly at the time and called for rejection. Moreover, he came to Turkey and complained about Erdogan's government to the Turkish military command, which opposed this government and was not supporting the Annan Plan, highlighting the conflict between the English and American agents in Turkey and north Cyprus. The plan calls for unification with the participation of the Turks in governance by a certain share, whilst the Greek Cypriots will have the lions share in governance and the Turks must give up to 7% of their land to the Greeks.
4 - America will not be satisfied for the issue to be resolved by annexing the north of the island to Turkey, such that the southern region remains unchanged with the English remaining comfortable within it. If that happens without affecting the English existence and influence, they will relax and accept that. But America will not be satisfied with that until it removes the English influence and replaces it and removes their bases and camps from it, whilst a conflict has persisted for more than fifty years. So, America will not approve of a mere extension of its influence in the north of the island, leaving the English comfortably in the south! The English in their media about America, suggest that that America has established bases in the northern part of the island, but the Americans did not take such a step because that would be a justification for the English presence there. America has proposed the Annan plan to control the two regions, when a new political formula is made in the island to enable them to control the government and force it to implement its orders.
5 - The statement by the Turkish minister to annex northern Cyprus to Turkey, even though it is one of the old American projects, appears currently only to be a threat in order to apply pressure on the British, the Europeans and the Greek Cypriots. The British are happy with their situation in Cyprus and therefore do not show enthusiasm to resolve this issue and impede the US project using their agents on the island. The Turkish minister announced from Britain and accused Britain directly of impeding the solution because it does not move with great enthusiasm regarding the use of its influence, it does not use a more effective policy and does not play a more vigorous constructive role. These diplomatic formulations are an implicit indictment of Britain that it impedes the solution and does not even work for a solution.
The annexation of northern Cyprus to Turkey will increase the obstacle to Turkey's entry into the European Union, as the Europeans do not accept this at all. So, it is unlikely that Turkey would do that because at the present time, it is seeking to enter the European Union. America is supporting Turkey in this quest and pressurizes the Europeans to satisfy Americas demands against the European Union. At the same time it does not allow America to achieve what it aspires to do, the removal of the British presence and influence in the island, because it will keep the status quo in South Cyprus and so America can not achieve its ends in this way. So, the words of the Turkish minister are nothing more than pressure.
Note that such annexation of the northern region of the island is not difficult for Turkey because it is already under its control. There are more than thirty thousand of its troops there and the leadership of the Turkish army has supported the current government and stands on its side. This action will not upset the army and will maintain its presence there. The protection of the northern region, its security and its interests are all linked to Turkey. And no one recognizes the state and government of this region of the island. Its fate is in the hand of Turkey. So annexation is the easiest option. However, the system in Turkey is not independent and Turkey does not make a move which is not inspired by America. Thus, the hint of annexing Northern Cyprus to it is to put pressure on the English and the Greeks to accept the US plans.
6 - The facts of this matter will become clearer after the coming July when the regime in the southern part of Cyprus takes presidency of the council of the European Union and Turkey experiences difficulty in dealing with this union. Thus, the Turkish Minister Bagis, who is in charge of the relations with the Europeans and the chief negotiator with them, announced to the Cypriot newspaper above, saying: "We will not address the Roman government in South Cyprus when it takes the rotating presidency of the European Union in July .... But we will deal with the union as if we do not see a Roman regime as president of the Union. The Roman regime in south Cyprus is acting recklessly and that there is a possibility of participation in the meetings of Brussels under the presidency of this regime." In other words, the situation will be exploited and it is an opportunity for America to establish confusion and fear in the Europeans and Greeks from that, if the English and their puppets do not give up in the southern part of Cyprus and accept the American plan called Annan plan.
The US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, confirmed this last year, after meeting her Turkish counterpart Davut Oglu, saying: "We do not believe that the situation in Cyprus serves any one interest. We want to see a union of two regions and two sets (in Cyprus) and we want to see it as soon as possible" (16 / 7/2011 APP), so America is not satisfied with the status quo in Cyprus and wants to fashion it according to its vision.
7 - The right solution ordered by Islam regarding the Cyprus issue is to annex it to Turkey. Cyprus is an Islamic land and must be attached to its homeland Turkey. The island of Cyprus is an Islamic island, our master the third Khaleefah Uthman RA opened it. The European crusader captured it in the first occupation wars that it waged on the Islamic countries, but the Muslims liberated it later and took it back to its origin, the Muslim lands and bought it under the rule of the Uthmani, as all other Muslim lands because the Khilafah "Caliphate" passed over to them. And the British took control over it during the First World War and declared its annexation to Britain and their client Mustafa Kemal conceded to that in the Treaty of Lausanne. However, Muslims in Turkey considered Cyprus as part of their land. They have worked on supporting their brothers there in the sixties and seventies, when they faced massacres at the hands of the Romans backed by Britain and America in different ways. Their army is still there to protect more than three hundred thousand Muslims.
With all the above, the plan of including the northern part of Cyprus to Turkey without the southern sector, is in compliance with the US projects, although neither is it likely nor is Turkey working to practically achieve it. It considers a waiver of two-thirds of the island to the Roman "kuffar" - as the Turk officials call Greeks in Cyprus these labels and say: the Romans, the Roman southern region and the Roman government - and be content with a third of the island, the northern part, is contrary to Islam and every one who approves it will be sinful, because in origin all of Cyprus island should be annexed to Turkey and attached to it.
The government headed by Erdogan and his party is working on laying to waste this case decisively by making the Muslims look to this issue as if it is not theirs! The Kuwaiti news agency KUNA reported from the Turkish "Ocksham" newspaper on 9/3/2012 an official source in the ruling Justice and Development Party as saying. "The government of Erdogan believes that the Annan plan for peace can form a ground mission to achieve a just and lasting peace in Cyprus, especially since the United States and all the countries of the European Union support this plan." He added, "The Justice and Development Party seeks to establish a new view of the Cyprus issue and to persuade many of the circles in Turkey not to consider this issue as a pure Turkish nationalist issue, but to consider that it is an issue of human rights in origin. What concerns us in this matter is the protection of Turkish Cypriots rights, through the international, American and European assurances."
Considering Cyprus merely as a human rights issue lowers it to any foreign affairs issue in any corner of the earth, rather than being the cause of an Islamic land separated from its origin. Such consideration is laying Cyprus to waste, and every one party to abandoning the island or accepting this will be sinful until the Day of Resurrection. The Muslims will not abandon Cyprus, and any part of the Muslim lands abandoned by the tyrant rulers, but they will restore it, insha'Allah, sooner rather than later and that tomorrow to the observant is near.

The Federal Attorney-General, Nicola Roxon, also weighed in on the topic, saying, "There is no place for sharia law in Australian society and the government strongly rejects any proposal for its introduction, including in relation to wills and succession."
