Raheel-Nawaz Regime Continue Holding Pakistan Hostage to IMF

The IMF Fund 'mission' gave the go-ahead over the weekend of 8 and 9 November to release the fifth tranche of $1.1 billion to Pakistan in spite of the Government missing three performance indicators. This type of action shows that the IMF is eager to give Pakistan money, as much as the rulers are eager to take it for their own corrupt intents. This is because it is in the IMF's (and the western powers who run it) interest to give such 'aid'.

It is well known that these funds are given with strings attached ('structural reforms') that are ruinous for the countries that take them. The aim of the IMF is but to fashion the economies of third-world countries into suitable markets to be exploited by economic powers such as the US. The logic of structural reforms towards liberalisation and free trade is attractive but deceptive. What eventuates is 'competition' between well established powerful economies and weak economies - the result should be obvious: the hyena ravages the prey!
That IMF 'assistance' is poison disguised as medicine is proved by the fact that no country struggling economically has been revived through IMF assistance. The IMF and World Banks are but tools of capitalist exploitation. Only Islam and the Islamic economic system can bring true economic progress in Pakistan.

Regime and Opposition Play Fiddle as Pakistan Burns

The regime and opposition are locked in a new battle over elections and their examination by a commission and whether or not intelligence officials should be included. "During talks between the government and the PTI it was decided that a judicial commission would be formed and assistance from any institution might be taken under the constitution," Imran Khan said while addressing participants of his party's sit-in in Islamabad on 10 November.

Whilst the regime and opposition are tussling who should now take their turn to rule through Democracy, Pakistan is being destroyed by the fires created by Democracy. With regards to Economy, the Kufr Capitalist laws are implemented by Democracy, leading to immense concentration of wealth in the hands of the rulers and their cronies, whilst tens of millions of people suffer growing poverty. With regards to Foreign Policy, the Kufr concept of nation states is implemented by Democracy, dividing Muslim Lands into pieces whilst forging strong ties with hostile nations such as India and America. With regards to Ruling, Democracy prevents the implementation of Islam as it gives Sovereignty to an assembly of human beings, rather than ensuring that the sole Sovereign is Allah (swt) and the constitution is derived solely from Quran and Sunnah.

It is upon Muslims to turn their backs on Democracy and its adherents and join Hizb ut Tahrir to establish the Khilafah "Caliphate", which will implement Islam exclusively. Only then will the Muslims have rulers and elected assemblies that please them by striving to please Allah (swt). Allah (swt) said,

"So judge among them by what Allah has revealed and follow not their vain desires from what came to you of Truth." [Surah Al Maaida 5:48.]

Privatization of Energy Sector is Opening the Doors for Disaster

On 11 November, Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif, stated whilst in Germany, "There is a lot of interest of German businessmen in Pakistan's energy sector and the government is aggressively pursuing the policy of attracting foreign investors." However, far from saving Pakistan's economy, privatization of Pakistan's energy sector is damaging it.

The IMF, the World Bank and the Raheel-Nawaz regime work together to continuously raise the prices of gas and electricity, in order to guarantee strong profits for the new private owners, even though it causes great hardship for the people. Privatization has also led to crippling power shortages of several hours every day, because private owners are under-producing when they cannot make good profits. Moreover, when the private owners are foreign, they do not care for strengthening the local economy. Instead, they are bound by their own governments or colonialist institution to ensure that Pakistan does not compete effectively globally. So, foreign companies are continuously securing great profits, whilst local industry and agriculture falters and collapses, unemployment soars and the backs of the people break with every increasing costs of electricity and gas.

The cure to Pakistan's economic illness does not lie in privatization or foreign investment. The only cure is the implementation of Islam's economic system, which alone would generate more than enough revenue to revolutionize the economy. Islam has declared that energy is neither a private nor a state property but a public property for all the Muslims. RasulAllah (saw) said,

«المسلمون شرکاء فی ثلاث الماء والکلاء والنار»

"Muslims are partners in three things: water, pastures and fire (energy)" [Abu Dawood.].

Thus, its revenues are for the public, looking after its affairs and securing its interests, and not for the state or private companies.

Pakistan and Afghanistan Should be Under One Khaleefah

"On the invitation of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, the President of Afghanistan, Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, would be visiting Pakistan on 14-15 November 2014," Foreign Office spokesperson Tasneem Aslam said on 13 November. "The visit of President Ghani will help advance this process of consolidation and further expansion of Pakistan-Afghanistan relations, to the mutual benefit of the two countries and of peace, stability and development in the region," the spokesperson noted.

How is it in the mutual benefit of the Muslims of Afghanistan and Pakistan to be divided and weakened before their mutual enemies India and America? How can either country find peace whilst the disruptive, scheming and violent American presence remains in both countries?

How can either country know of stability when Kufr is implemented in every sphere of life from ruling and judiciary, to health and education? And how can either country know of development when the existing capitalist order exploits the resources of both these Muslim Lands and destroys the local industrial and agricultural capacity?

The existing rulers are a burden upon the Muslim Ummah.  They give lip-service to the desires of the Muslims but maintain Kufr rule and division of Muslim Lands which ensure that these desires will never be fulfilled. The need of the time is for the Muslims to establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" which will seize these tyrants and bring them to trial for their crimes. The Khilafah "Caliphate" will eradicate all borders that divide Muslims, gathering their strength as one powerful state. It will end all relations with belligerent hostile states and adopt a war stance with them. And the Khilafah "Caliphate" will ensure that the Muslims benefit from the guidance of Islam by implementing a constitution derived exclusively from the Quran and the Sunnah.

Reforming Elections in Democracy is not Enough - Abolish Democracy

The Dawn reported on 16 November, "The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has empowered the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to suspend any officer - who is performing election duties or is a public functionary - for being involved in influencing the result of local government elections in the province." The government and the opposition have locked horns over the validity of elections in the current system of Democracy. However, they are leaving the people behind, because the majority of people have expressed that they want neither democracy nor dictatorship. They want Islam as a system and constitution. Even if there were entirely free and fair elections in the current Democracy, the people will suffer the consequence of ruling by other than Islam.

The current secular constitution gives rise to the ruling system of democracy, which assigns assemblies of men and women as sovereign, allowing them to choose laws according to their whims and desires, even though Allah (swt) said,

"And judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their desires, and beware (O Muhammad) that they might seduce you from some of what Allah has sent down to you." [Surah Al-Maaida 5:49]

It is this democracy gives the right to any ruler, minister or member of assembly to choose to command what

To the sincere truthful Brothers that carry the Dawah...

To all Muslims everywhere on this globe...

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,

I ask the Almighty that He accepts the fasting and Qiyaam of the Muslims and that Allah forgives us for all our previous sins, as RasulAllah (saw) said as extracted by Bukhari and Muslim on the authority of Abu Hurayrah said: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

«مَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ، إِيمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا،غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ» "Whoever fasts during Ramadan with faith and seeking his reward from Allah will have his past sins forgiven" and in another narration from Abu Hurayrah may Allah be pleased with him: that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: «مَنْ قَامَ رَمَضَانَ إِيمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا، غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ» "Whoever prays Qiyaam (voluntary night prayer) during Ramadan with faith and seeking his reward from Allah will have his past sins forgiven".

Dear brothers, in the month of Sha'ban of the second year after the Hijra, Allah (swa) made fasting the month of Ramadan obligatory. It is a month in which Allah revealed the Quran: ((شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أُنْزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدًى لِلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِنَ الْهُدَى وَالْفُرْقَانِ)) "The month of Ramadan [is that] in which was revealed the Quran, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion" [Al-Baqara: 185]. It is the month in which Allah honored the Ummah with victories and distinct and clear conquests. Thus, the great Battle of Badr was on 17th of Ramadan when the polytheists of Mecca were wholly defeated... Then there were other decisive battles in this blessed month, starting with the conquest of Mecca on the 20th of Ramadan in the eighth year after the Hijra to the battle of al-Buwayb (currently near the city of Kufa) which was the Persian Yarmouk when the Muslims were victorious under the leadership of al-Muthanna on 14th of Ramadan of the year 31 AH, then to the conquest of Amuriyah led by Al-Mu'tassim on 17th of Ramadan in the year 223 AH, and to the battle of Ayn Jaloot when the Muslims defeated the Tatars on 25th of Ramadan in the year 658 AH to other victories in this blessed month...

So, fasting was coupled with the Holy Qur'an which cannot be afflicted by falsehood from before it or from behind it ... And fasting was coupled with distinct conquest and victory ... Fasting was coupled with jihad ... Fasting was coupled with application of Allah's Laws ... And anyone with clear vision and insight realizes that Allah's Laws cannot be separated from one another, whether they are acts of worship or jihad or transactions or morals and conducts, or crimes and Hudud punishments... For all of these are from the same niche, and whoever ponders the verses of the Holy Quran and the texts of the honorable Ahadeeth finds that this is explicitly clarified. A Muslim recites from the Holy Quran ((وَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ))، "And establish prayer", as he recites ((وَأَنِ احْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ)) "And judge, [O Muhammad], between them by what Allah has revealed". And he recites((كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الصِّيَامُ)) "Fasting is prescribed to you", as recites

Fasting is prescribed to you". Also he is reading about the pilgrimage in the Hadeeth of RasulAllah (saw)

«خُذُوا عَنِّي مَنَاسِكَكُمْ» "Take from me your rituals"; extracted by Bayhaqi in his As-Sunan Al-Kubra from Jabir, as he reads about the Hudud (punishments)

«خُذُوا عَنِّي، خُذُوا عَنِّي، قَدْ جَعَلَ اللهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا، الْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْيُ سَنَةٍ، وَالثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ، وَالرَّجْمُ» "Receive from me (this revelation), receive from me (this revelation). Allah has ordained a way for those women (unmarried females who committed adultery). When an unmarried man commits adultery with an unmarried woman, they should receive one hundred lashes and be exiled for a year. If they (fornicate while they) were married, they shall receive hundred lashes and be stoned to death"; extracted by Muslim on the authority of Ubada bin As-Samit. And he reads about the transactions

«البَيِّعَانِ بِالخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا - أو قال حتى يتفرقا -» "The seller and the buyer have the right to keep or return goods as long as they have not parted - or he said till they part -"; extracted by Bukhari on the authority of Hakeem bin Hizam, as he reads in the Bayah of the Khalifah «وَمَنْ مَاتَ وَلَيْسَ فِي عُنُقِهِ بَيْعَةٌ، مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً» "And whoever dies without the Bayah (allegiance) on his neck dies the death of Jahiliyyah" extracted by Muslim on the authority of Abdullah ibn Umar. Thus, Islam is an indivisible whole, and the call to it is one to be applied in the state, life and society. So whoever separates between Allah's verses, and calls for the separation of religion from life, or the separation of religion from politics, he has committed a grave sin and a major crime that lead a person to the shame in this world and painful punishment in the Hereafter.

In conclusion, Allah Almighty mentioned the act of supplication between the four verses of fasting in Surat Al-Baqara, the Almighty said:

((وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِي عَنِّي فَإِنِّي قَرِيبٌ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ الدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُوا لِي وَلْيُؤْمِنُوا بِي لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْشُدُونَ))

"And when My servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning Me - indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them respond to Me [by obedience] and believe in Me that they may be [rightly] guided" [Al-Baqara: 186]. And the separation of the inseparable is a proof that the partition is intended, for Allah the Almighty has commanded the fast, then commanded the act of supplication, and then completed the verses of fasting to indicate the greatness of the act of supplication. So increase supplication in Ramadan, for RasulAllah (saw) said in the hadith narrated by Ahmad from Abu Hurayrah said: The Messenger of Allah (saw)

"The Supplication of three people are not rejected: the supplication of a just ruler, of a fasting person at the time of breaking fast, and a person who is wronged. Allah causes their supplication to rise above the clouds, and gates of heaven are opened for them, and Allah says, ‘By My Majesty, I will help you, even if it is after a while'". And supplication was mentioned between the verses of fasting as proof for the insistence of supplication in the month of fasting and a statement of its merit and glad tiding of it being answered, for Allah is close and responds.

And the final conclusion, as we must be protective of our fast so Allah may be pleased with us and forgive our sins, thus we should also be keen to work for the resumption of the Islamic way of life with the establishment of the rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" so that we will be among the victors in this life with the implementation of Allah's Laws, under the banner of the Messenger of Allah (saw), the Rayat Al-Uqab, the banner of "There is no God but Allah and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah", and likewise be the victors in the Hereafter, Allah willing, under Allah's shade on the Day there is no shade except His, so that we may attain victory in both realms, and so is a great victory.

Wassalamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh.
