KUALA LUMPUR 15 June - Remembering the collapse of the Khilafah "Caliphate" on 28 Rajab 1342H, Hizb ut-Tahrir Malaysia had organized Rajab Calls after Friday prayers simultaneously throughout the country.
In the Call, Hizb ut-Tahrir Malaysia did not only focus the attention of the Muslim ummah on the fall of the Khilafah "Caliphate" 91 years ago, but also addressed the ummah on the obligation of re-establishing this noble political institution.
The Call stressed the fact that the obligation in establishing the Khilafah "Caliphate" is extracted from the Quran, Hadeeth and the Consensus of the Sahabah. In this issue, the shabab iterated that there is no disagreement among the scholars.
Hizb ut-Tahrir Malaysia, under the slogan of the al-Hadeeth,

وَمَنْ مَاتَ وَلَيْسَ فِي عُنُقِهِ بَيْعَةٌ مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً

"And whosoever dies whilst there was no bay'ah on his neck (to a Khaleefah), dies the death of Jahiliyyah (ignorance)." [Muslim]

had made the Rajab Call this year (2012) in all corners of the country, in towns and villages. Crowds of the ummah who support the Call listened attentively and stayed until the end

Deaf regime! Despite mass protests and unanimous demands from the people of the country the Hasina government and the democratic regime refuses to help the Muslims of Myanmar and continues to drive the Muslims into the sea. The foreign minister, Dipu Moni, insisted the government's policy is logical. Indeed she has spoken the truth. It is truly logical from the democratic system. This democratic government and regime does not even look after the people within the country, so it is only expected that they will not come to the aid of the Muslims of Arakan which was once part of the unified Islamic Ummah and who are now considered outsiders due to the artificial boundaries imposed by imperialist Britain. Furthermore it is even more logical for this kufr democratic regime to violate the order of Allah (SWT), who commanded the Muslims in His ayah,

وَمَا لَكُمْ لاَ تُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَالْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنْ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاءِ وَالْوِلْدَانِ الَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا أَخْرِجْنَا مِنْ هَذِهِ الْقَرْيَةِ الظَّالِمِ أَهْلُهَا وَاجْعَل لَنَا مِنْ لَدُنْكَ وَلِيًّا وَاجْعَل لَنَا مِنْ لَدُنْكَ نَصِيرًا (النساء: 75

"And what is wrong with you that you fight not in the cause of Allah and for the oppressed among men, women and children who say, "Our Lord, rescue us from this city of oppressive people and appoint for us from Yourself a protector and appoint for us from Yourself a helper" [Surah An-Nisa: 75]

O Muslims!

The true solution which will save the Muslims of Arakan is the mobilization of the military of Bangladesh against the tyrannical regime and people in Myanmar. This mobilization will only be undertaken by the Khilafah "Caliphate" state, whose leader is the Khaleefah whom the Rasul (SAW) described as the Imam of the Ummah behind whom the Muslims fight and protect themselves.

"Indeed the Imam is a shield, from behind whom one would fight, and by whom one would protect oneself." (Muslim, Sahih, #1841)

Therefore Hizb ut-Tahrir guides you the correct action: continue your protests against the Hasina government's policy; however at the same time direct as much effort, even more effort, in calling upon your fathers, sons, brothers and relatives in the military to remove this government and democratic regime; and re-establish the Khilafah "Caliphate". Only the Khilafah "Caliphate" state will save the Muslims from oppression in this world. Khilafah "Caliphate" is the only correct leadership of the Ummah which will implement the blessed solutions of the Qur'an and the Sunnah, thereby ensuring internal political stability and economic prosperity. And the Khilafah "Caliphate" will build an advanced military to not only repel aggression against Muslims but also to carry the message of Islam to the world through dawah and Jihad.

With great regret, we inform you that yet again the government agencies did not comply with the court orders and did not produce Naveed Butt in court. These agencies and government institutions are using delaying tactics, as always, to suppress and delay the matter. These agencies have claimed under oath in seven cases of abducted members of Hizb ut-Tahrir that they were not in their custody. However, after severe torture for several months in the torture cells of these agencies, members of 000 00 were later recovered from their dungeons. These members later recorded their statements in the court against these intelligence agencies. The people of Pakistan are well aware that these agencies are lying and perpetrating treachery and enmity towards their own people for the sake of securing America's interests. Instead of arresting and spying on the real enemies of Muslims of Pakistan; the Americans and Black Water personnel, these agencies are abducting, harassing and taking into illegal custody, the sincere politicians of the Muslim Ummah. We want to make it very clear to these security institutions that by doing this you are not serving your country; rather you are doing a great harm to Muslims and this Islamic country. Also, remember that as Muslims it is your duty to safeguard the life and property of Muslims. But we are sorry to see that you have become their enemies. Rasool Allah (S.A.W.) has said,

"إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُعَذِّبُ الَّذِينَ يُعَذِّبُونَ النَّاسَ فِي الدُّنْيَا"

''Allah will surely give torment to those who used to torture people in this world" (Muslim)

Allah's Prophet (S.A.W) has also said,

"المسلم أخو المسلم لا يظلمه ولا يسلم"

"A Muslim is a brother of Muslim, he neither oppresses him nor leaves him without help." (Muslim)

And still you torture the members of Hizb ut-Tahrir only because they say that our Lord is Allah and they call for the establishment of Islam's system, the Khilafah "Caliphate". We are extremely worried about the security and wellbeing of Naveed Butt as these agencies are continuously threatening us. We along with the people of Pakistan demand that these security institutions immediately release Naveed Butt.

And these rulers and the traitors within the ranks of intelligence agencies must know that even if they lay their lives to secure the interests of their masters, they will never succeed. This is because Allah SWT will establish His system come what may. This is Allah's promise to the Muslims. Let these people try to extinguish Allah's light with their breath,

{ يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يُطْفِئُوا نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَيَأْبَى اللَّهُ إِلاَّ أَنْ يُتِمَّ نُورَهُ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ }

"They want to extinguish Allah's Light with their mouths, but Allah will not allow except that His Light should be perfected even though the disbelievers hate (it).)' (Surah alTauba:32)
