It was not expected that the Arab regimes would unequivocally support the people of Gaza with their stationed armies, and perhaps that is for the better. Maybe Allah disliked their mobilization, so He restrained them. If they had gone out, they would have added nothing to the steadfast and valiant mujahideen, except confusion.
