Schools and institutes in the modern state have become ticking time bombs that take the lives of our youth and our dear children, due to the negligence of the rulers and their poor care. The tragedy of the death of three students—may Allah have mercy on them—and the injury of others following the collapse of a wall at the institute in Mezouna reveals the deceit of the rulers toward the people, their shortcomings, and
