To the Army of the Kinana and the Armies of the Ummah, a Call of Duty to Liberate the Blessed Land

(Translated)

To the Army of the Kinana specifically and the armies of the Islamic Ummah, to the leaders and soldiers, to the sons of this Ummah who have been honored to bear arms and defend the Deen, land, and honor, we address you today with these sincere words, words that stem from the creed of Islam that you carry in your hearts and from the great responsibility that Allah has placed upon your shoulders.

O soldiers of the Kinana and all the armies of the Ummah: The land of Palestine, the place of your Prophet’s (saw) Masrah (ascension), is crying out to you, its people are being slaughtered, its children are orphaned, its mosques are desecrated, and its land has been usurped for decades. This would not have happened if it were not for the collusion of the treacherous regimes and the abandonment by those among you who possess power but have not moved their armies in support of Islam and the Muslims!

Indeed, Allah Almighty has made it obligatory upon you to support the oppressed. He (swt) said:

[وَمَا لَكُمْ لَا تُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ وَالْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاءِ وَالْوِلْدَانِ الَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا أَخْرِجْنَا مِنْ هَذِهِ الْقَرْيَةِ الظَّالِمِ أَهْلُهَا وَاجْعَلْ لَنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ وَلِيّاً وَاجْعَلْ لَنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ نَصِيراً]

“And what is [the matter] with you that you fight not in the cause of Allah and [for] the oppressed among men, women, and children who say, "Our Lord, take us out of this city of oppressive people and appoint for us from Yourself a protector and appoint for us from Yourself a helper?"”[Surat An-Nisa:75].

By Allah, words fail to describe the crimes of the Jews as they bomb the tents of sleeping innocents, targeting unarmed civilians under the pretense of a false and deceptive ceasefire. However, the greatest crime and the gravest betrayal is the abandonment of these oppressed people by the rulers of the Muslims and the armies of the Ummah who have the ability to aid them and eliminate anyone who dares to oppress them. As for the rulers, they are partners of the Jews in their crime, and we bid them farewell. But the hope remains in the sincere sons of the Ummah within the armies, whom we will never tire of reminding of what Allah has obligated upon them, a true support for the people of Palestine and the complete liberation of its land. We remind them of the saying of the Prophet (saw): «مَا مِنَ امْرِئٍ يَخْذُلُ امْرَأً مُسْلِماً فِي مَوْضِعٍ تُنْتَهَكُ فِيهِ حُرْمَتُهُ وَيُنْتَقَصُ فِيهِ مِنْ عِرْضِهِ، إِلَّا خَذَلَهُ اللهُ فِي مَوَاطِنَ يُحِبُّ فِيهَا نُصْرَتَهُ. وَمَا مِنَ امْرِئٍ يَنْصُرُ امْرَأً مُسْلِماً فِي مَوْضِعٍ يُنْتَقَصُ فِيهِ مِنْ عِرْضِهِ، وَيُنْتَهَكُ فِيهِ مِنْ حُرْمَتِهِ إِلَّا نَصَرَهُ اللهُ فِي مَوَاطِنَ يُحِبُّ فِيهَا نُصْرَتَهُ»“No (Muslim) man will desert a man who is a Muslim in a place where his respect may be violated and his honour aspersed without Allah deserting him in a place here he wishes his help; and no (Muslim) man who will help a Muslim in a place where his honour may be aspersed and his respect violated without Allah helping him in a place where he wishes his help.”

Any Islamic land, such as the land of Palestine, if attacked, makes jihad an individual obligation upon the people of that land until sufficiency is achieved and the enemy is repelled. If sufficiency is not achieved and the enemy overcomes them, placing the land under its authority and controlling its affairs, then the individual obligation of jihad shifts from them to those who are nearest to them, then to those after them, until sufficiency is achieved and the attacking enemy is repelled, even if this obligation extends to the entire Muslim world.

Al-Kasani states in “Bada’i al-Sana’I,” "If the people of a frontier region are too weak to resist the kuffar (disbelievers) and fear for themselves from the enemy, then it becomes obligatory upon those behind them, those closest first, then those after them, to march to them and support them with weapons, horses, and wealth. As we have mentioned, it is an obligation upon all those who are eligible for jihad. However, the obligation is lifted from them when sufficiency is achieved by some. Until sufficiency is achieved, it is not lifted."

[فَلْيُقَاتِلْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ الَّذِينَ يَشْرُونَ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا بِالْآخِرَةِ ۚ وَمَن يُقَاتِلْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ فَيُقْتَلْ أَوْ يَغْلِبْ فَسَوْفَ نُؤْتِيهِ أَجْراً عَظِيماً]

“So let those fight in the cause of Allah who sell the life of this world for the Hereafter. And he who fights in the cause of Allah and is killed or achieves victory - We will bestow upon him a great reward.” [Surat An-Nisa:74]

O Soldiers of the Kinana and all the Valiant Soldiers of the Ummah: Are you not appalled by what you see and hear? Do you not become enraged for the sake of Allah, for His sanctities, and for the blood of your brethren in the Blessed Land that is being shed like rivers? Are you pleased with their hunger, their displacement, and their blood? Do you not see what the Jews are doing and how they break every truce, treaty, and agreement? How do your veins not burn with anger at the killing of your brothers?! If what is happening to the people of the Blessed Land does not move you and push you towards its liberation, then there is no good in you. Your duty now is to stand with your Ummah, support it, protect the blood that is being spilled, and liberate its usurped land. First and foremost, remove everything that stands between you and this duty and prevents you from aiding your oppressed brothers and sisters. Do not abandon your Ummah, support it, and may Allah have mercy on you.

O Soldiers of Islam: This is not a matter of political borders, nor a dispute between factions. It is a matter of Aqeedah (creed), a matter of occupied Islamic land that must be liberated. You are responsible before Allah for defending it, and you have no excuse for inaction and silence.

We have seen how the armies of the kuffar (disbelievers) move to support their people and protect their interests, while you, the people of faith and strength, stand idly by in the face of Jewish tyranny, as if the matter does not concern you! Do you fear the West and America? Do you fear submissive rulers? Allah is more deserving of your fear if you are true believers!

Do you not know that Allah is the All-Powerful, the Almighty? Do you not know that victory is in the hands of Allah? Have you not read His words:

[إِن يَنصُرْكُمُ اللهُ فَلَا غَالِبَ لَكُمْ وَإِن يَخْذُلْكُمْ فَمَن ذَا الَّذِي يَنصُرُكُم مِّن بَعْدِهِ وَعَلَى اللهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ]

“If Allah should aid you, no one can overcome you; but if He should forsake you, who is there that can aid you after Him? And upon Allah let the believers rely.” [Surat Aal-i-Imran:160].

O Armies of the Muslims: Your rulers prevent you, restrain you, and shackle your hands with treaties of humiliation and treachery. But you are the sons of this Ummah, its free men, the descendants of Khalid ibn al-Walid, Salah al-Din, and al-Muzaffar Qutuz. Beware of becoming tools in the hands of the oppressors! Beware of selling your Hereafter for the worldly gains of corrupt rulers!

Your duty today is:

- Immediate action to liberate Palestine with all your strength.

- Rejecting any orders that prevent you from aiding your brothers and sisters in Gaza and the Blessed Land and removing the borders that besiege them and separate you from them.

- Aligning yourselves with your Ummah, not with rulers who have betrayed Allah, His Messenger, and the believers.

- Working to establish the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate), which will unify the Ummah and lead its armies to liberate Palestine and all occupied Muslim lands.

O Soldiers of the Kinana: The hour of decision has come, and you have no excuse from this day forward. Either you support your Deen and your Ummah, or you bear the sin of inaction and betrayal. Allah will ask you about your weapons, were they used to support the Muslims or to guard the thrones of the oppressors?!

O Soldiers of the Kinana and all the armies of the Ummah: Who will stand for Islam if not you? Who will support it if not you? Who will bear the concerns of the Ummah besides you? The Ummah needs you, it looks to you, cries out to you, and seeks your help. Answer the call of the Ummah, proclaim the truth, carry your weapons for Allah, and march in His cause. Know that nusrah (victory) is inevitable and will only come by your hands, with the establishment of the Islamic State, the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) upon the methodology of the Prophethood and the implementation of Allah’s Law on earth.

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا هَلْ أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَى تِجَارَةٍ تُنجِيكُم مِّنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ * تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَتُجَاهِدُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ]

“O you who have believed, shall I guide you to a transaction that will save you from a painful punishment?, [It is that] you believe in Allah and His Messenger and strive in the cause of Allah with your wealth and your lives. That is best for you, if you should know.”[Surat As-Saff:10-11].

Allahu Akbar wa Izzatu Lillah Allah is the Greatest, and to Allah belongs the honor, and to His Messenger, and to the believers!
