Hariri’s "Glad-Tiding" to us is the Egyptian Experiment!!!

The first Arab-European summit was held in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, with the participation of 50 Arab and European countries. The National Media Agency cited on 25/2/2019, a statement by President Saad Al-Hariri on the sidelines of the summit. He said, “The fight against terrorism is at various levels. Part of it is the security. There is another part that requires us to develop ourselves and the economy of our country and cooperate among ourselves to improve the life of the Arab citizen, which is the basis, and I believe that this is what President Sisi focuses on in the first place. When I visited Egypt I found out that it is different to how it was two or three years ago, and this makes us proud, and it is what we will also do in Lebanon. Security cooperation between Lebanon and Egypt is very large, whether in terms of intelligence or information or the fight against terrorism, and these things exist and will continue Allah willing…”

We ask President Saad Al-Hariri, what glad-tiding is this, you want to bring the Egyptian experiment to Lebanon?! Is this a glad-tiding or a warning and threat?!

The Egyptian experiment led by Sisi, no one disputes the extent of its failure, and the extent of suffering of the Egyptian people at all the political, economic and security levels ... President Sisi works with the pillars of his state in full swing to amend the man-made constitution that you take as a guidance, to ensure that he remains in power, and the head of the executive and the military institutions, beyond 2022, i.e. for a third term! And even to the year 2034! Is this what you are promising us, Mr. President?!

Or do you promise us the economy of Egypt, which suffered under high prices and poverty since Sisi took office on 4/6/2014? While the dollar was equivalent to 6.69 Egyptian pounds, it rose to 17.99 Egyptian pounds, a liter of petrol rose from 1.85 pounds to 6.75 pounds, while the metro rates increased sevenfold from one to seven pounds, and the gas cylinder from 8 pounds to 50 pounds ... In addition to the rise in domestic debt from 1.4 trillion pounds to 3.6 trillion pounds, and foreign debt from 34.5 billion dollars to 82.9 billion dollars!!! ... Indeed, Mr. Saad Al-Hariri, found a different Egypt to what it was two or three years ago, as you say! Is this what gives you pride?! Is this what will do to improve the life of the Arab citizen as you stated!

In terms of security, the existing security and intelligence cooperation, but the very large one according to you! Mr. President, the blood of the sons of Egypt has not yet dried, and the pillars of the gallows are still standing. They have killed young people, mothers have lost their sons, children have been orphaned, and the pain of their loss of their wives did not subside. The “Human Rights” champions’ rage with Egypt's dire security situation and torture in its prisons and detention centers has not seen an end!!! Allahu Akbar, Mr. President, if this is what you promise us ... Our sons are still in the Lebanese state prisons without trials, years and false elections promises have passed, and then you promise them and us the Egyptian security experiment!

These glad tiding are –by Allah- ominous, and a calamity that will be inflicted on Lebanon and its people, if the Sisi and his regime’s experiment is copied. As if it is not enough on Lebanon and its people, are going through in terms of hardship, corruption and absence of the state, except for what benefit its leaders, and perhaps it is like the promises in April 2018, following the Cedar Conference; 900 thousand job opportunities!

Then, Mr. President, instead of deepening your understanding of the rules of Islam in politics, economy and security, and work to implement them, and end the Lebanese crisis from its roots, we see search for the worst regime, to copy its experiment on Lebanon.

The solution to the crises in Lebanon is to return to its origin, part of the Islamic Ummah, under the rule of Islam, in the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood, which will come soon Allah willing

[يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ فَلَا تَغُرَّنَّكُمُ الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا وَلَا يَغُرَّنَّكُم بِاللَّهِ الْغَرُور]

“O mankind, indeed the promise of Allah is truth, so let not the worldly life delude you and be not deceived about Allah by the Deceiver” [Fatir: 5].
