[وَإِنِ اسْتَنْصَرُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ]

“And if they seek help of you for the religion, then you must help” [TMQ Al-Anfal:72]

For seven months, Gaza has been annihilated by the hands of the Jews under the watchful eyes of the agent rulers and their Western colonial masters, especially America. They were not content with Gaza; they started with Rafah, demolishing it over the heads of its people and those displaced there from Gaza and its sector. America, the so-called defender of humanity, supports them by saying: "Bomb Rafah, but first, remove the people of northern Gaza and return them to their homes!" As if the people of Rafah and their homes are expendable, and as if the people of the north still have homes to return to!

Amid this destruction and genocide, there remains a steadfast group in Gaza, Rafah, and the West Bank, inflicting losses on the Jews through killing and capturing them. This happens despite facing a military machine equipped with the latest technology, while they – the mujahedeen - are barefoot, fighting with almost individual weapons. Yet, they carry in their hearts a belief powerful enough to move mountains, proving to everyone with weapons and strength in this Ummah that the issue is not the weapon, but who carries it and what they believe in. This is a lesson that the armies in the Muslim lands, especially those surrounding the blessed land of Palestine in Egypt and Jordan, need to understand.

The primary function of the agent rulers and their security apparatus is to restrain the armies and the Ummah’s forces, seen only in suppressing the movements of the people or attempting to silence the word of truth mandated by Allah. They view words that incite the armies as dangerous as bullets, a sentiment shared by all regimes in the Muslim lands regardless of their size!

All matters in the Muslim lands come to a halt and become dysfunctional, except for the meetings of the security agencies and the ministries of the interior. These are not for coordinating the fight against the enemies of the nation, those who occupy its lands or violate its sanctities, but to prevent any voice or movement that incites the armies to oust the rulers and establish Islamic rule in an Islamic State, or incite them to support their brothers under attack in Gaza, Rafah, and all of Palestine. If some members of the army move out of zeal for their Deen, honor, and people in Gaza, the Jews and the regimes obfuscate this news to prevent these sincere movements from spreading to the armies and the Ummah!

O Muslims in Lebanon:

We know that your hearts burn with the desire to support your people in Gaza and Rafah. Your conversations are filled with this topic, and you have revived the qunoot in your prayers, especially on Fridays. The scenes of killing and genocide pain you, just as they pain every protective Muslim from the sons of this Ummah. But you live, as all Muslims do in all Muslim lands, under a corrupt authority and security apparatus that does not work for your safety but for suppressing your attempts to move, even if from student groups wanting to express their opinion. When Hizb utTahrir in Lebanon, known for supporting the Ummah’s causes and calling for the movement of armies, wanted to lead you in a demonstration in front of the Egyptian embassy and others, the security forces became frantic like one possessed by the devil, not wanting any movement or expression! Despite the political decision-makers in the country, those who control the security agencies, claiming enmity towards the Jews, they see in the word of truth and the call for the movement of the Ummah’s forces a threat to them. Conversely, they do not see the betrayal of maritime demarcation that occurred or the betrayal of land demarcation that will occur as something that deserves their intervention to arrest those who betrayed the Ummah and its faith. Instead, they move to silence the word of truth and the voice that expresses the true feelings of the Ummah and its latent anger.

O Muslims in Lebanon:

We consider these moments to be pivotal in the life of the Ummah, as it has been proven that with limited resources, much can be accomplished. It has been demonstrated that with trust in Allah (swt) and His Nusrah (Victory) the bearer of the weapon can be victorious, not due to the type or technology of the weapon he carries. The enemy of the Ummah is weak and cowardly, fighting only as our Lord Almighty has said:

[لَا يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ جَمِيعاً إِلَّا فِي قُرًى مُّحَصَّنَةٍ أَوْ مِن وَرَاءِ جُدُرٍ]

“They will not fight you all except within fortified cities or from behind walls.” [Al-Hashr:14]. And they draw their strength only as Allah (swt) has said:

[ضُرِبَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الذِّلَّةُ أَيْنَ مَا ثُقِفُوا إِلَّا بِحَبْلٍ مِنَ اللهِ وَحَبْلٍ مِنَ النَّاسِ]

“They have been put under humiliation [by Allah] wherever they are overtaken, except for a covenant from Allah and a rope from the Muslims” [Aal-i-Imran:112]. If it were not for the treacherous regimes in our lands that guard the entity of the Jews, and behind them the colonialist, infidel (kufr) West, this entity would have been in the dustbins of history long ago!

O Muslims in Lebanon:

You are part of a noble Ummah, an Ummah that ruled the world for more than 13 centuries, leading with sovereignty and pioneering achievements. Do not allow the leaders of Lebanon to isolate you from your Ummah in projects that serve only the colonial enemy. Stand with your Ummah, raising the banner of the desired change, the change that restores your Ummah's pride and glory, and returns your significant and authentic weight here in Lebanon. Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Lebanon extends its hand to you to make a change based on the method of the Prophethood. Be among the makers of this change whose signs have begun to appear on the horizon.

O Muslims in Lebanon:

The colonial disbeliever has made Lebanon a platform for spreading secularism, and a symbol of it in its current form, a fragile entity serving the agendas of major powers, primarily America. Do not accept that it remains this way. Restore it to be a platform for truth and a stronghold of Islam, with you as guardians of Deen, not guardians of the corrupt. Be as Allah (swt) said:

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُونُوا أَنصَارَ اللهِ]

“O you who have believed, be supporters of Allah” [As-Saff:14] So that He may fulfill His promise to you, as He, the Exalted, has said:

[فَأَيَّدْنَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا عَلَى عَدُوِّهِمْ فَأَصْبَحُوا ظَاهِرِينَ]

“So We supported those who believed against their enemy, and they became dominant.” [As-Saff:14].
