A Stage Pervaded with Despair, Heralds the Victory that is Preceded by the Intensification of the Menace
(Translated)

The crime of forced displacement was the last crime committed against the people of Ash-Sham in full view of the whole world, a world that made the slogans of human rights a blueberry leaf which covers its crimes against humanity. Hence, the international community was the first enemy of this revolution making the criminal Bashar al-Assad its facade. As for the revolution of Ash-Sham, after knocking doors it thought were doors of mercy, but they turned to be the doors of torment, it knew for certain that no door should be knocked but the door of Ar-Rahman, wherein the grace and empowerment, and from which comes victory and triumph.

After the killing, destruction, and repeated displacement resulting from the truces and negotiations, and after the failure by the near and distant, the enemy barges into the hearts of people to infuse its poison calling for despair, submission, surrender and subordination, and perhaps this weapon is more fatal than its destructive missiles, explosive drums, and its exiling conspiracies, since vulnerability and weakness is a fatal disease that no nation is struck by it except it gets destroyed.
Therefore, the Quran stressed that this disease only covers the disbelieving people. The Almighty says on the tongue of His prophets:

(إِنَّهُ لاَ يَيْأَسُ مِن رَّوْحِ اللّهِ إِلاَّ الْقَوْمُ الْكَافِرُونَ)

“Indeed, no one despairs of relief from Allah except the disbelieving people." [Yusuf: 87]. And He (swt) says:

(وَمَن يَقْنَطُ مِن رَّحْمَةِ رَبِّهِ إِلاَّ الضَّآلُّونَ)

“And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray?” [Al-Hijr: 56]. Thus, the believers are strong with their Deen and their trust that Allah will grant victory to His Deen, no matter what appears to the eyes that the falsehood is exalted and tyrannical, for the Ummah of Islam was triumphed and was empowered and lived under the shade of the Islamic Khilafah (Caliphate). It was the state of might that they were honoured by it, and it was the master of the world and the Ummah under it was the master of the nations until the kings of the East and the West feared the Muslims and they were reckoned a great force.

O Muslims of Ash-Sham the Abode of Islam:

You have realized that the factions associated with the money of the supporters are the ones who pose a threat to your revolution, and you have realized the danger of the platforms when they were taken by the legitimizers, who issue Fatwas without knowledge and follow their whims.

You have realized the need of your revolution for a covenant among yourselves and a covenant with your Lord to establish Khilafah Rashidah (righteous Caliphate) and to take a conscious, sincere and truthful political leadership that directs the energies of the Ummah and the sincere people of power in it--and they are many--to overthrow the regime and establish the rule of Islam.

This consciousness of yours is the key to victory, and the evidence for the strength and progress of the revolution, although its regions are receding. For the revolution is an idea that begins by uprooting the fear of a deaf wall that is rumoured to have listening ears, and it ends with the uprooting of the existing systems that were built by the hands of the colonizers. And indeed, Allah would destroy your enemy, however long it may take. This is the established way of Allah with His creation which Allah executed on His prophets: severity of the scourge precedes victory. So, stay firm on the Truth that you went out for, the Almighty says:

(حَتَّى إِذَا اسْتَيْأَسَ الرُّسُلُ وَظَنُّواْ أَنَّهُمْ قَدْ كُذِبُواْ جَاءهُمْ نَصْرُنَا فَنُجِّيَ مَن نَّشَاء وَلاَ يُرَدُّ بَأْسُنَا عَنِ الْقَوْمِ الْمُجْرِمِينَ)

“[They continued] until, when the messengers despaired and were certain that they had been denied, there came to them Our victory, and whoever We willed was saved. And Our punishment cannot be repelled from the people who are criminals.” [Yusuf: 110].

That is, until when the messengers despaired from the response of their people to them and were certain that their people will not believe them and that they have denied them; all this from the adversity that the messengers face in their call, then at the peak of the distress comes the victory from Allah Almighty. Thus, the Muslim never despairs of Allah's mercy, but he may despair of the people to respond to him due to the severity of their mischief and injustice. All this shows that the distress is followed by relief, by the permission of Allah, and that the darkness of the night is a foreshadowing of the dawn. So, O Muslims in Ash-Sham, remain firm on the Truth that you are on, and Allah supports those who support Him, Allah is the Exalted in Might and He is the Wisest.
