[إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ يُنفِقُونَ أَمْوَٰلَهُمْ لِيَصُدُّوا۟ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ فَسَيُنفِقُونَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ عَلَيْهِمْ حَسْرَةًۭ ثُمَّ يُغْلَبُونَ ۗ وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰ جَهَنَّمَ يُحْشَرُونَ]
"Surely the disbelievers spend their wealth to hinder others from the Path of Allah. They will continue to spend to the point of regret. Then they will be defeated and the disbelievers will be driven into Hell"

The British Ambassador in Yemen Jane Marriott said on Sunday 24/11/2013: "There will be no extension to the Dialogue Conference, and the outcomes phase should begin for the citizen to sense it", as it was indicated by the envoy of the secretary-general of the United Nations Jamal bin Omar in his report, entitled "A Statement on the Security Council Briefing" 27/11/2013 for the extension of the dialogue. This came after the conference failed to achieve its goals which it seeks to achieve through creating chaos in the absence of security, the spread of assassinations and taking control of the economy, after the program of financial reforms was instilled in it, and the underway work to break up the country. Whether or not the dialogue conference will be held, it means nothing to the people of Yemen except that it is happening on their land, for it was readily apparent the real makers of the dialogue, those who were frightened by the slogans: "It is for Allah, It is for Allah" and "Our leader forever is Prophet Mohammad" and "No to foreign interference", hence they rushed to the holding a Dialogue Conference and the formulating its agenda, and they frightened the nation with the outbreak of civil war if the people rejected the dialogue, therefore they fell in the trap. So how will the agenda and the ideas of the Western Conference dialogue solve the problems of the Muslims? Did we not take heed from their ideas throughout the past 50 years?

The envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations Jamal bin Omar did not come to rule by Islam in Yemen, he came to achieve the American agenda in Yemen in extending its political influence, even if it was done through spreading chaos and the fragmentation of Yemen. This is what America does outside the dialogue conference after failing to achieve it on its desk, it is America that ignited the Dammaj front in Saada between the Salafists and Houthis, the fighting that is taking place in Dammaj in Saada is purely political, undertaken by America internationally, Iran regionally and the Houthis locally, against Britain internationally, Saudi Arabia regionally and reform and the Salafists locally. The people in Yemen who follow different Taqleed in Madhahib (following of school of thought) lived side by side for hundreds of years and reached the level of intermarriage, while America deliberately manipulates with the difference in Madhhab to weaken it and to achieve their political agenda to infiltrate the country and appoint their agents to take power, after it did the same in Pakistan, Iraq and Lebanon, not for the good of Yemen nor its people but for their misery, for their blood is what is being spilled in the battles.

We have learned from the rulings of Islam the prohibition of bloodshed of the Muslims among themselves. Allah (swt) said:

[وَإِنْ طَائِفَتَانِ مِنْ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ اقْتَتَلُوا فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَهُمَا فَإِنْ بَغَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا عَلَى الأُخْرَى فَقَاتِلُوا الَّتِي تَبْغِي حَتَّى تَفِيءَ إِلَى أَمْرِ اللَّهِ فَإِنْ فَاءَتْ فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَهُمَا بِالْعَدْلِ وَأَقْسِطُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ]

"If two parties among the Believers fall into a quarrel, make peace between them: but if one of them transgresses beyond bounds against the other then fight ye (all) against the one that transgresses until it complies with the command of Allah; but if it complies then make peace between them with justice and be fair: for Allah loves those who are fair (and just)." [Al-Hujurat: 9]

It was related by Muslim, that Abu Hurairah reported that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

«كُلُّ الْمُسْلِمِ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ حَرَامٌ، دَمُهُ، وَمَالُهُ، وَعِرْضُهُ»

"The whole of a Muslim is inviolable for another Muslim: his blood, his property, and his honour."

O People of the Yemen of Iman and Wisdom:

Until when will you keep running after the solutions given by America, Britain and those with them, as if you do not know them, and it is they who are scheming against Islam and against you? You will not succeed until you leave it behind you and rush to the concepts and rulings of Islam to solve all your life's problems, from the ruling system to economy to education and foreign policy and others in your life's affairs. Although America and Britain differ and conflict over imposing their political influence in Yemen, they however agree to the maintaining of the republic and democratic system. What is strange is that the people of Iman and wisdom (Islamists and others) have agreed with the West in the dialogue conference, and turned away from presenting the thoughts and rulings of Islam at the dialogue conference's table, and what is more strange is that the Reformists, Salafists and Houthis did not agree to establishing the Rule of Islam under the Khilafah "Caliphate" State! But consented to the Kaffir colonizer's solution, its nation "civil" state, failed corrupt democracy and its French constitution!!!

The West that is giving solutions to your problems is itself feeble intellectually, powerless in convincing its own people and followers with what it advocates of separating religion from life, and using the human mind for regulating life's affairs... it is also politically feeble with what it performs of wars here and there, as well as crises that have intensified in pressure on the people, and its thoughts and actions are no longer welcomed or accepted by its followers... it is also economically feeble since long ago even before the Economic crisis in 2008 which has never dismantled its grip on America and Europe.

The dawn of Khilafah "Caliphate" is nearly rising on Earth, and it will be established by the will of Allah (swt) through the victory of the Muslims on the whole Earth and their empowerment. Hizb ut Tahrir works with the Muslim Ummah and within it to establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" in the method of Prophethood according to the Rulings of Islam since it was established in 1953, at the hands of Sheikh Taqiudeen An-Nabahani, and its following leader AbdulQadeem Zalloum, may Allah (swt) have mercy on their souls, as well as its current Leader Ata bin Khalil Abu al-Rashtah, may Allah protect him, and allow victory to be achieved on his hands soon by the will of Allah. The Ummah will then have a Ruler, and a ruling system that exists for the purpose of spreading good and mercy, will be able by the will of Allah, the Almighty and Great, to repel the maliciousness of the colonizer Kaffir through its severing.

O Muslims

It is you, not the West, who has the correct ideology and the correct Aqeedah which emanated from it the correct system that provides solutions to all life's problems without exception. And through the Khilafah "Caliphate" State on the method of Prophethood, with its constitution which is built on the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger, and State's organizations that are taken from the Islamic legislation as provided by Hizb ut Tahrir, through it will you and the world become content.

[هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَى وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَكَفَى بِاللَّهِ شَهِيدًا مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ وَالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ أَشِدَّاءُ عَلَى الْكُفَّارِ رُحَمَاءُ بَيْنَهُمْ تَرَاهُمْ رُكَّعًا سُجَّدًا يَبْتَغُونَ فَضْلًا مِنَ اللَّهِ وَرِضْوَانًا سِيمَاهُمْ فِي وُجُوهِهِمْ مِنْ أَثَرِ السُّجُودِ ذَلِكَ مَثَلُهُمْ فِي التَّوْرَاةِ وَمَثَلُهُمْ فِي الْإِنْجِيلِ كَزَرْعٍ أَخْرَجَ شَطْأَهُ فَآزَرَهُ فَاسْتَغْلَظَ فَاسْتَوَى عَلَى سُوقِهِ يُعْجِبُ الزُّرَّاعَ لِيَغِيظَ بِهِمُ الْكُفَّارَ وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ مِنْهُمْ مَغْفِرَةً وَأَجْرًا عَظِيمًا]

"It is He Who has sent His Messenger with Guidance and the Religion of Truth, to proclaim it over all religion: and enough is Allah for a Witness  Muhammad is the apostle of Allah, and those who are with him are strong against Unbelievers, (but) compassionate amongst each other. You will see them bow and prostrate themselves (in prayer), seeking Grace from Allah and (His) Good Pleasure. On their faces are their marks, (being) the traces of their prostration. This is their similitude in the Taurat; and their similitude in the Gospel is: like a seed which sends forth its blade, then makes it strong; it then becomes thick, and it stands on its own stem, (filling) the sowers with wonder and delight. As a result, it fills the Unbelievers with rage at them. Allah has promised those among them who believe and do righteous deeds forgiveness, and a great Reward." [Al-Fath: 28-9]
