On the 5th of March 2013, in Bashkiria, Russia; four Muslims have been released from the prison. They were kept in prison since the 6th of November 2012. Aleksey Hamadeev, Rasim Sataev, Ewgeniy Kulagin, Aydar Garifyanov were prosecuted by Article 282.2 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russian Federation, incriminated in organization of activities of the Islamic political party Hizb ut Tahrir.

A welcoming ceremony took place for four Hizb members released by the criminal Russian authorities in Bashkiria, after being arrested in a barbaric manner on the 6th November 2012.
