News On February 17, 2014, Bangladeshi state-owned Petrobangla signed two production sharing contracts (PSC) with the Indian state-owned ONGC Videsh Ltd and Oil India Ltd for hydrocarbon exploration in two offshore blocks in the Bay of Bengal.
