Press Release
Baseer Salangi Uses his Crimes as an Obstacle against Hizb ut Tahrir
(Translated)

1 TV published a report on rising instability in Parwan Province. In a report broadcasted on Tuesday, August 13th, 2013, Baseer Salangi the governor of Parwan Province claimed that Hizb ut Tahrir had suspicious activities in this province for more than 3 years, and listed the Hizb, the second most dangerous Islamic group, after the Al-Qaida. "Its activities are not in our favor. They can't operate here. For the first time when they wanted to deceive people, we warned the people through the local media outlet. We told people that they have to realize that Hizb ut Tahrir is one of the parties that wants to drive the people back into the 3 decades of war and instability. And it has ties with the Al-Qaida as well."  Report further added that Hizb ut Tahrir struggles to establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" (Islamic State) in the Muslim world and it's against the elections.

Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Afghanistan strongly condemns such baseless accusations made by the Parwan Province governor against the Hizb, in which enmity is brightly visible. We hereby remind the Mujahid Muslims of Afghanistan, not to be deceived by such words of the devil and deceptions. The local media outlets are one of their strongest means, through which the voice of colonialism and hostility with Islam and its true Da'wah carriers of Hizb ut Tahrir are visibly heard. They are trying to vilify Hizb ut Tahrir and ruin its reputation among the Muslims of Afghanistan, in order to stop or at least slow down Hizb's growing influence inside the Muslim communities. He is accusing Hizb ut Tahrir, as being one of the dangerous parties, whilst Baseer Salangi is one of the infamous faces, who was involved in murdering innocent Muslims, looting their homes, and many other devil crimes during the last 3 decades of Afghan War.

Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Afghanistan questions such opportunists in front of the Ummah: "Were you and your leaders not the ones who used to receive support from Al-Qaida, during 3 decades of war?" While, Hizb ut Tahrir is carrying the Da'wah towards the righteous Khilafah "Caliphate" under the leadership of the great Mujtahid Sheikh Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah in more than 40 countries around the world. Hizb ut Tahrir is an Islamic party which was established on the Islamic 'Aqeedah, adopts the Islamic thoughts, laws and solutions, and follows the method of the Prophet (saw). It means that the Hizb will never use any physical and armed means before the establishment of Khilafah "Caliphate"; it will rather continue its political and conceptual struggle among the Ummah, so as the Ummah adopt the system of Islam and demand change under the banner of a single and righteous Khilafah "Caliphate".

We, thus, consider his warning and allegations in like manner to that of the QURAISH in Makkah, which never were able to stop or slow the Da'wah. Not only their efforts couldn't weaken the Da'wah towards Islam, it rather publicized the noble Islamic thoughts and values among the people. Hizb ut Tahrir is active in many provinces across the country, where it's flourishing. Da'wah and Cause have been supported by different spectrums of the Mujahid Muslims of Afghanistan. Nowadays, Hizb organizes rallies and demonstrations at universities against the plots drawn by the crusaders. It also gives the Muslims of Afghanistan a bright vision of Islamic politics against any devil plan made by the western crusaders and their slaves.
