The truth behind the policy of "negotiation with the Taliban" has been exposed in the last years, theoretically and practically. Finally, the US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton reiterated the conditions for the reconciliation with the Taliban last Sunday, "Now, if they do so, they have to renounce Al-Qaeda," she explained. "They have to renounce violence. They have to give up their arms. And they have to be willing to abide by the Afghan constitution."

These are clear quotes, which have repeatedly announced by all Western colonialists many times. What is then the meaning of such a Jirga? The policies are dictated so why jirga? " إنَّ النَّاسَ إَذا رَأوُا الظَّالِمَ فَلمْ يَأْخُذُوا عَلى يَدَيْهِ أوْشَكَ أن يَعُمَّهُمُ اللَّهُ بعِقَاب "

If the people witness an oppressor and they do not take him by his hands (to prevent him) then they are close to Allah covering them all with punishment. (Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, ibn Maja)

Indeed the main concern of the Western colonialists islim Ummah and a deep mistrust that has developed between the Afghan people and the puppet government in the last nine years.
