In a startling move this week, Texas Governor Greg Abbott declared the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the Muslim Brotherhood as “foreign terrorist organizations.” His declaration prohibits these groups from acquiring property in Texas and authorizes state legal action against affiliated entities.

The current U.S. administration, led by Donald Trump, is following the path of its clients among the tyrannical rulers of the Arab and Muslim world - those who disregard the standards of public opinion, govern through absolute dictatorship, and ignore the creed and values of the Ummah.

In a recent interview with radio host Sid Rosenberg, Secretary of State Marco Rubio indicated the on-going process of designating the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR as terrorist organizations. Secretary Rubio stated that such designations were “in the works, and obviously there are different branches of the Muslim Brotherhood, so you’d have to designate each one of them.”
