On 7th October 2017, Bangladesh’s Prime Minister Sheikha Hasina has been accorded a grand reception at the airport by her party leaders and activists for her ‘bold speech’ (!!) on behalf of Rohingya Muslims at United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).

When a fresh wave of Muslim genocide is being carried out in Myanmar by its army in the name of "clearance operation", using a shady militant attack on police check posts in the Rakhine state as an excuse to completely wipe out the civilian Muslims, all that the treacherous Hasina government could do was to offer joint “anti-terrorism operations”

The flood situation in the north and north-eastern parts of Bangladesh has already gone from bad to much worse as the woes of the calamity-stricken people are being completely neglected by the government. Almost 7 lac (0.7 million) people are under siege from fresh floods for weeks, and now they are passing days in extreme misery while government reliefs are yet to be received.

After keeping her in prison for more than six months, the Jessore Police have once again shamelessly arrested Masuma Akther on 29th March (2017), from Jessore jail gate soon after she got out on bail! She was taken along with her younger brother, Tanjir Ahmed.
