This is the Doctrine by which Modi is Running the Government Apparatuses!

On 24 Feb 2022, NIA officials released information via PTI News service about the arrest of Ziyavudeen Baqavi for making speeches (bayans) on the importance of the Khilafah (Caliphate) State, its role in history and its future for the Muslim world.  Allegations made include slanderous claims that Hizb ut Tahrir is an offshoot of ISIS, implying the justification to impose the draconian Unlawful Activities Prevention laws. And even more than that they are trying to deceive the public with a shameless lie which claims that a 70 year old intellectual organization is the offspring of a 20 year old militant group, which can only mean one of two things, either the country’s top investigation agency and the aforementioned newspaper are being run by juveniles, or that in their haste to scare the public opinion with lies about terrorism, the people at the top of both organizations assumed that the people reading the news are 5 year old children. And thus it only right to say that the resignation of the chief-editor of the online newspaper, The Print, and the chief director of the NIA are overdue.

Press Releases issued by Central Media of Hizb ut Tahrir on 23 Apr 2021, 04 June 2021 and 30 September 2021 have warned the public opinion of what has been happening and further articulated the deliberate misleading attempts by the corrupt officials at the NIA, in relation to the developments of this case. These press releases exposed the ill-attempts to associate discussions about the Khilafah ruling system on social media posts, possession of literature, discussion circles (bayans) as ‘terrorist’ activities.

Any competent bureaucrat or professional journalist who has respect to his/her profession, would have searched the renowned sources of information around the world, and would have easily found the well-known truth, which is that Hizb ut Tahrir (HuT) is an intellectual and political party established in 1953 by the esteemed scholar Sheikh Taqiuddin Nabhani (may Allah have mercy on him) to re-establish the Khilafah in the Muslim world. It is neither an offshoot of ISIS, that is known to have evolved and mutated since 2006, nor is ISIS an offshoot of Hizb ut Tahrir.

It is truly alarming how the staunch hypocrisy of Modi has afflicted the men at the top of an agency that has partnership with all federal and union territories of India and other international organizations, none the less those men were unable to get the obvious facts and truth right!

This extraordinary cover-up of facts comes at a time when India, on its 75^th year of independence from Britain, was cheer-led by America to be nominated for a two-year non-permanent membership in the UNSC and overseen by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, whose implied complicity in the 2002 Gujarat Massacre of thousands of Muslims at the hands of the Hindutva terrorists sees its 20^th anniversary on 27 Feb 2022 - needless to mention that it shot him to fame to become India’s Prime Minister.  It comes at a time when India’s governing establishment, led by Modi, are unable to throw their hat in any ring, despite their seat in UNSC. India is neither able to restrain Russia on its onslaught on Ukraine placing thousands of Indian students at harm’s way nor talk tough with America that has precipitated NATO, forcing the Ukraine crisis on Europe and risking a nuclear war on the planet. Despite India’s ‘tough’ talk on ‘state-sponsored-terrorism’, it remains silent when America and Europe are putting light and medium weapons in the hands of civilians to ‘defend’ their country.

But it should not be surprising to any keen observer, for Modi’s government has chosen a list of International Partners for the NIA which highlights their ‘collaboration’ with the West and only with the Western agenda led by America. The partners list comprising FATF, UN1267 Sanctions List, FBI, CIA, Scotland Yard, clearly shows America’s successful outsourcing of its destructive ‘War on Terror’ to India with the Modi keeping the government apparatus busy with the western agenda instead of objectively tackling the rampant corruption, organized crime and violence in India that truly deserve attention and competence to make the nation stronger. Driving the Western agenda is sure to weaken India’s federal, regional and global role.

Our conviction of the fruits of reminding people of the truth motivates us to re-iterate about Hizb ut Tahrir’s global dawah work. Accordingly, the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir affirms once again that Hizb ut Tahrir is a global political party that works to re-establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood in Islamic countries, in an intellectual and political manner. Since its establishment, Hizb ut Tahrir is firmly convinced that deep and truthful thoughts are adopted only after they are studied by minds and their application in life is observed so that hearts may accept them. This is the truthful approach that allows thoughts to influence individual and collective behavior, changing it to an elevated, revived behavior.

Similarly, we are certain that Islam and the Khilafah system is the only system capable of rescuing humanity, including the people of India, from the state of chaos in which it is living today, at the hands of rulers who destroy their own people, merely to preserve their chairs and thrones. Therefore, everyone who is loyal to his people must listen to what Hizb ut Tahrir offers, with respect to a comprehensive view based on the way of life lived by our Master Muhammad (saw). We would like to recall that the Indian Subcontinent was ruled by the just Islam and under the rule of Islam, it witnessed unprecedented peace, security and prosperity. Indeed, the day on which the Muslims reform the world again is coming soon, Allah willing. Allah (swt) says:

[الَّذِينَ إِن مَّكَّنَّاهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَمَرُوا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْا عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ وَلِلَّهِ عَاقِبَةُ الْأُمُورِ]

[And they are] those who, if We give them authority in the land, establish prayer and give zakah and enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. And to Allah belongs the outcome of [all] matters” [Al-Hajj: 41].
