The Ummah's Charter Stems from its Pure Doctrine, not from False Democracy!
(Translated)

Under the title "Democratic Era in the Arab World: Roadmap to Democracy," a group of so-called Arab intellectuals are holding a suspicious conference in Sarajevo, where they discuss what they describe as practical solutions to the crises of tyranny, oppression, and the absence of social justice, and they are examining the intellectual and political challenges posed by the war on Gaza. Dear Educated Gentlemen: The old Arabic proverb says, "He who tries what has been tried will regret it," and we say that it is time for people of reason to apply the general rule, "What has been tried should not be tried." We say this first to the convener of this conference, former Tunisian President Moncef Marzouki, who tried democracy directly during his presidency of Tunisia after the Jasmine Revolution in 2011 and the woes that followed it in Tunisia, which led to the election of the current president, Kais Saied, in a democratic election. We ask him to answer honestly: Has democracy improved the situation of the country or made it worse and more degraded? This is the case in Egypt, Yemen, Syria, Iraq, Jakarta, Malaysia, Jordan, and others...

Perhaps Marzouki and his fellow intellectuals will say that they did not practice true democracy, and did not have the opportunity to apply it and judge its failure or success. Here we remind these people who are witnessing the crimes committed by the “democratic” Jewish entity in Gaza and Lebanon, that it is the entity that the West is proud of as the only democracy in the Middle East. So, what has this democracy brought other than devastation, destruction and death?

Haven't these intellectuals witnessed, and it has become clear to every rational person, the flaws and falsehood of the prevailing regimes and the international organizations that have emerged from them, and has it not become clear to all that these democratic countries have no concern other than fighting the peoples who seek liberation from injustice and colonialism, and in particular the Islamic peoples?

The intellectuals gathered in this suspicious conference claim that the solution is to "move away from the illusions of the past, and continue to think about realistic solutions that meet the aspirations of the peoples for democracy, justice and national liberation." We have to ask here: Who appointed you and delegated you to speak on behalf of the peoples and mislead them by saying that they aspire to democracy?! These people are Muslim people who carry a pure doctrine (Aqeedah) from which emerges a complete and comprehensive system of life that Allah sent down as a mercy to the worlds and a guidance for all people, and not misleading democratic illusions that the world has witnessed their failure and the evil and corruption they brought in a period of a century in which they prevailed and ruled the world with man-made laws that spread panic and terror throughout the earth, ignited wars, displaced people and starved people so that they could enjoy the bounties of the earth at the expense of the vulnerable?! Allah Almighty said:

[أَفَحُكْمَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَبْغُونَ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللهِ حُكْماً لِّقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ]

“Is it the judgment of ˹pre-Islamic˺ ignorance they seek? Who could be a better judge than Allah for people of sure faith?” [Al-Ma'idah 5:50]

Gentlemen, we draw your attention to the fact that your trade in the sacrifices of the Islamic Ummah, whether in Palestine or elsewhere, does not qualify you to speak on behalf of these people, because you have separated their Deen and Aqeedah from their life affairs by adopting democracy and rejecting Islam behind your backs. And know that these Mujahideen in Gaza do not need false necklaces under the slogan: "Man of the Year for Democracy and Coexistence"! They sacrificed their lives so that the word of Allah would be supreme, not for the hateful democracy that this destructive war in Gaza revealed to the entire world the complicity of the democrats and the conspiracy of their regimes against the Muslims and their standing with the Jews in their aggression and injustice.

Dear intellectuals: You are witnessing against yourselves the misleading of the people, as you acknowledge, as Marzouki himself said: "The complicity of Western regimes in this genocide contributed to the further loss of confidence among Arab peoples towards democracy, which they have come to see as a Western ideology that has lost all credibility," and as Tawakkol Karman described: "The fragility of those Western regimes has been exposed with the rise of waves of hatred, racism, and hostility towards refugees, and they have also failed in the test of freedoms when they suppressed and imprisoned students who support Gaza and Palestine." This is enough as evidence of your misguidance, evidence of your separation from the Islamic Ummah, and an exposer of your illusions.

What democracy are you talking about?! And what democracy do you want to implement?!

Democracy in short is a system of kufr (disbelief) and has no connection to Islam, and anyone who calls for it or demands its implementation is suspicious and misleading, because the Ummah aspires to regain its dignity and pride through Islam and the victory of Allah when we support Him and His Deen by returning to our unity in the system of the Khilafah Rasheedah (rightly guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood. That is why we call upon you to return to your senses by adopting Islam and its system, for it is the truth and anything other than it is false.

[المر تِلْكَ آيَاتُ الْكِتَابِ وَالَّذِيَ أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ مِن رَّبِّكَ الْحَقُّ وَلَـكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ]

“Alif-Lãm-Mĩm-Ra. These are the verses of the Book. What has been revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ from your Lord is the truth, but most people do not believe.” [Ar-Ra'd 13:1]
