Press Release
Sisi's Regime Will Not Be Able to Hide its Support for the Jewish Entity
(Translated)

Many media outlets have revealed that Egypt allowed the ship MV Kathrin, which is carrying explosives and weapons bound for the Jewish entity, to dock and unload in the port of Alexandria, which prompted Amnesty International to state that "Egypt must not assist or facilitate the illegal transfer of a shipment of explosives bound for ‘Israel’." Nataša Posel, head of Amnesty International's branch in Slovenia, had previously warned, saying: “The deadly cargo believed to be on board the MV Kathrin must not reach ‘Israel’ as there is a clear risk that it will contribute to the commission of war crimes against Palestinian civilians.”

In a failed attempt to deny providing military assistance, the Egyptian government issued an official statement denying any military assistance to the entity. The statement is clearly false and cannot be believed, as the docking of the ship itself is evidence of cooperation and support.

The ship set sail with its cargo from the Vietnamese port of Hai Phong on July 21st. On August 24th, Namibian authorities revoked the ship’s prior permission to enter Namibia’s main port, citing information from the ship’s operator that the explosives on board were for the Jewish entity. On August 31st, the UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the occupied Palestinian territory, Francesca Albanese, said that the MV Kathrin contained eight containers of explosives (reportedly key components of aerial bombs and rockets) used by the Jewish entity against Palestinians. Albanese called on other states to prevent the ship from docking in their ports.

The European Legal Aid Center previously reported that the ship had been prevented from docking at a number of African and Mediterranean ports, including Angola, Slovenia, Montenegro and Malta. The Portuguese authorities had asked the ship to change its flag from Portuguese to German before continuing its journey. In additional details, the center indicated in its request that this shipment of explosives could be used in the manufacture of ammunition in the ongoing war in Gaza, which could lead to the commission of war crimes and crimes against humanity. According to reports, the shipment is headed to Elbit Systems, one of the largest companies in the Jewish entity in the field of supplying military equipment.

These evidences reveal the lies of the Egyptian authorities who claim that the cargo was intended for the Egyptian Ministry of Military Production.

Therefore, simply allowing the ship to dock regardless of the reasons, undoubtedly indicates that Egypt is cooperating with the Jewish entity and supporting it in its extermination of the people of Gaza. Thus, it is directly participating in the killing of children and women and the demolition of homes. Crimes that modern history has not witnessed anything of their likes.

The Egyptian regime did not pay any attention to the warnings and alerts of many countries preventing the ship to dock in their ports, and allowed it with all impudence and arrogance, thus defying the feelings of Muslims, the anger of the Ummah, and even the indignation of many honorable people in the world who are in pain by what they see of the crimes of genocide and brutal war in Palestine. In doing so, it proves time and time again its conspiracy and support for the usurping entity, and its alienation from the Ummah that does not accept these betrayals and does not accept this humiliation and degradation.

On the other hand, the Suez Canal Authority confirmed in an official statement its "commitment to allowing warships to cross the canal without discrimination based on the ship's nationality, in accordance with the Constantinople Convention, which stipulates freedom of navigation." In doing so, it is trying to exonerate itself from allowing warships that directly or indirectly support the Jewish entity to cross, and if it justifies the matter based on an international agreement, it is also acting in a manner that contradicts its obligations under another international agreement, namely the Geneva Conventions, which stipulate the prohibition of the transfer of military equipment involved in crimes against civilians, and to work to prevent all such transfers.

It is not only the regime in Egypt that contributes to supporting the Jewish entity in its war against the defenseless children and women of Palestine. Rather, the countries surrounding and beyond the surrounding area of Palestine continue to provide commercial support in secret and in public, as is the case with the land corridor crossing the Arab countries extending from the Arabian Gulf to occupied Palestine to pass food and industrial materials to the Jewish entity, as well as the flourishing trade between it and Türkiye.

O sons of the noble Islamic Ummah, pulsating with goodness: Do not limit yourself to calling for a boycott of the products of the Jewish entity or the companies that support it, but you must work with all your energy to cut off every hand that helps this criminal entity and provides it with assistance in its crimes. Above all, you must work with Hizb ut Tahrir to overthrow these agent rulers and establish the second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Khilafah on the method of the Prophethood that will uproot the Jews and their entity from the blessed land and purify it of them.

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِن تَنصُرُوا اللهَ يَنصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ]

“O believers! If you stand up for Allah, He will help you and make your steps firm” [Muhammad: 7].
