Trump Threatens Gaza with Direct Occupation and the Expulsion of Its People

On the evening of Tuesday, February 4, 2025, U.S. President Donald Trump declared in his meeting with Jewish Prime Minister that "the Palestinians have no option other than leaving the Gaza Strip. I want to see Jordan and Egypt receive Palestinians from Gaza. There is no alternative for the residents of Gaza except to leave." He added, "Jordan and Egypt have already refused to accept residents from Gaza, but some people reject things only to eventually agree to them."

In a press conference, Trump stated: "The United States will take control of the Gaza Strip, and we will manage it as well. If necessary, we will do so, seize that piece of land, develop it, and create thousands and thousands of jobs. It will be something the entire Middle East can be proud of." When asked who would live there, he said it could become a home for “the people of the world," predicting it would turn into "the Riviera of the Middle East."

Trump seems to believe he is the Pharaoh of this era, holding the keys to the entire planet. Since his first day in office, he has been making bold promises and threats everywhere, from Panama and Greenland to neighboring Canada and Mexico, all the way to rivals like China and Russia, and even to his allies in Europe. All have faced his arrogance, and the list keeps growing. He acts as if the world is his private estate: either submit to him or face his wrath and severe, especially economic, sanctions.

Now, he treats the Palestinian issue as just another one of his business deals, threatening to occupy Gaza and seize it to build his tourist city atop its ruins and the skulls of its people. Ironically, he speaks of Gaza's devastation and unlivable conditions as if it were the result of a natural disaster, like an earthquake or a volcano, rather than the outcome of his country’s and the Jewish entity’s aggression over the past 15 months. He even hints at his willingness to make life in Gaza impossible to force its people to migrate. His Middle East envoy and Secretary of State have also stated that it will take decades to rebuild Gaza to make it livable again. Envoy Steve Witkoff said, "It’s absurd to think Gaza could be habitable for Palestinians within five years after the devastating war between ‘Israel’ and Hamas."

The process of tightening the noose has already begun. Since the ceasefire took effect, they have allowed the Jewish entity to delay the entry of humanitarian aid, tents, and mobile homes, alongside shortages of water, food, and deteriorating health conditions, making life in Gaza extremely difficult, if not impossible.

Trump’s and America’s hostility toward Muslims, especially Palestinians, is neither new nor hidden from anyone with eyes to see. Whether the Jewish entity occupies Gaza with U.S. support or the U.S. does so directly, both are ruthless enemies that will never be accepted by the people of Palestine or the Islamic Ummah. Muslims will not submit to Trump’s arrogant decisions. His dreams and plans will shatter against the resilience of the Islamic Ummah and the steadfastness of the Palestinian people. The fact that Palestinians have held onto their blessed land and stood firm for 77 years against the Jewish entity and all the colonial powers behind it proves that the Muslim Ummah is not like its complacent rulers. The cooperation and compliance Trump sees from puppet leaders will never be mirrored by the nation or the people of Palestine.

O Muslims:If you had a Khalifah (Caliph) ruling you by the method of Prophethood, Trump and his ilk would think a thousand times before daring to utter a word against you or Islam. Therefore, you must urgently rally around the people of power and influence to establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) today. Throughout your history, it was the armies of the Khilafah that silenced the ambitions of the greedy.
