As soon as the agreement between the Moroccan regime and the Jewish entity was announced to raise diplomatic representation to the level of embassies, exchange ambassadors, and expand air travel between the entity and Morocco to include flights operated by Moroccan airlines, following a meeting held under American sponsorship, a sweeping wave of condemning reactions began, at both the popular and civil levels across the Maghreb region, especially since this step comes amid the escalation of the Jews’ aggression and their crimes against Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Gaza Strip. This sparked widespread anger and condemnation, and constituted a shock to the living forces and civil activities supporting the Palestinian cause, which viewed the announcement as an acceleration of the pace of normalization at the expense of the blood of the people of Palestine and the sanctities of the Ummah, and as an attempt to circumvent the pulse of the Moroccan street, which remains steadfast in its absolute support for Palestine. This confirms that the train of normalization is boarded by the rulers alone, while the entire Islamic Ummah is left behind.

And this reinforces the state of separation between the ruling regimes in the Muslim lands and the Islamic Ummah, and Morocco is an example of that. At a time when the Ummah burns with longing to support the people of Palestine in the West Bank and Gaza, and Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the blood boils in the veins of its sons and soldiers out of longing to liberate all of Palestine and the sanctities of the Ummah from the usurping Jews, we witness how the Moroccan regime hastens to show allegiance to the Jewish entity and assist it in breaking the global states of denial and estrangement toward its leaders, thereby contributing to repairing something of the image of the Jewish entity before its supporters, who have begun to see the global responses to their government’s policies, and in strengthening the image of the Trump administration, which is seeking Jewish votes in the coming elections.

That is, the collaborating Moroccan regime, in this step of its own, is aligning itself not only with the Jewish entity that is usurping Palestine and America that sponsors it, but is also extending a helping hand to its criminal, hardened leaders to overcome the obstacle of elections there, thereby bearing witness against itself to its complete separation from the Ummah, its concerns, its pains, and its aspirations.

Yes, indeed, the Ummah’s first calamity lies in its rulers. Had it not been for them, the Jews would not have overstepped against it and occupied the place from which its Prophet (saw) ascended, nor would America, Britain, India, Russia, China, Europe, and all the creeds of disbelief have overstepped against it, for they are loyal to them, to their interests, and to their colonial projects.

And there is no way out for the Ummah and no salvation for it except by removing this colonialist influence, and appointing a Khalifah (Caliph) who is from among it, whose concern is its concern, whose work is to support it, and to remain vigilant over the protection of its interests, its lands, and its religion.

Allah, the Exalted, said:

[لَا تَجِدُ قَوْماً يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ يُوَادُّونَ مَنْ حَادَّ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَلَوْ كَانُوا آبَاءهُمْ أَوْ أَبْنَاءهُمْ أَوْ إِخْوَانَهُمْ أَوْ عَشِيرَتَهُمْ أُوْلَئِكَ كَتَبَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمُ الْإِيمَانَ وَأَيَّدَهُم بِرُوحٍ مِّنْهُ وَيُدْخِلُهُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُوا عَنْهُ أُوْلَئِكَ حِزْبُ اللَّهِ أَلَا إِنَّ حِزْبَ اللَّهِ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ]

“You will not find a people who believe in Allah and the Last Day having affection for those who oppose Allah and His Messenger, even if they were their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their kindred. Those - He has decreed within their hearts faith and supported them with spirit from Him. And We will admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally. Allah is pleased with them, and they are pleased with Him - those are the party of Allah. Unquestionably, the party of Allah - they are the successful.” [Surah Al-Mujadila: 22].
